well growth has exploded since the application of the soil activator last week. Also concentrated fish shit from my fish tank system was also applied liberally. Looks like they will be ready about 2 weeks early thanks to fast growth, great lights and the Gas Lantern lighting technique.

-was on vacation for a week -plants got watered every other day by my sister -noticed some spots on leafs as well as yellow leafs -defoliated some yellow leafs and leafs that didnt get enough light -put the light on 12/12 today and will start with biobizz in a few days -Whats does the spots on the leafs mean? First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. Beginning of the 6th week of flowering.. It's smelling a lot.

It’s-a-growing... Not too stoked on how quick the top layer of soil is drying out with the hot weather. Definitely see a decrease in predator mite activity on the surface... hopefully they’re still busy down below. I added straw to help keep the upper layer from drying out... This decrease in beneficial bug activity could also be from switching to tap water... I did some rain water from my barrel to begin with, but got scared of pathogens because I know crows take lunch breaks on my roof and their scraps definitely means rodents coming in to clean up 😩 The tap water has no chloramide in it, so that’s a good thing. Hopefully my tiny air pump and stones bubbling a 5 gallon bucket for 24 hours gets rid of enough chlorine to keep the micro biological ecosytem in balance 🙏

Finally back to the garden after 4 weeks away. They were really in need of love by the time I got back to take care of the garden. BIG NEWS! Now running a California Lightworks Solarxtreme 500 as my main light. Will add a second SX500 light into the room once I start flower. Hit the LST on the again and just making sure they are getting fed and lots of love. Will have to push back my starting flower by another few weeks. See how the recover

Nov 13 - Day 94 - More bulking up, girls are holding water longer. Watered Older plant at 7.45PM. Started defoliating withered leaves with trichomes, I'm keeping those for now, and will combine with bubble hash trim. Nov 14 - Day 95 - Both pots aren't super light so I'll wait until tomorrow and water both at the same time. Starting to think about drying and harvest, I suspect there to be a fortnight between each harvest - but unsure if I can afford the tent space with next run growing. I think I'll water either as lights turn off (if humidity wont rise) or first thing on Nov 15. Nov 14 - Trichomes are milky with the speckle of clear and amber. Lets hope the lagging cola fattens up in the week to come. Nov 14 - WATERED Younger plant at 10.30PM. Nov 15 - Watered Older plant at 3PM Nov 16 - Watered Younger plant at 5PM Nov 17 - Woke up to 80F. Likely at higher temp for 1 hour before noticing. Defoliated a few leaves, including one or two with trichomes, of which I've saved. Nov 18 - Watered Older plant at 6AM. Younger plant pot is light at lights off- will water first thing in the morning. Also removed dead tips and accidentally chopped a healthy fan leaf. I was hoping to chop today, but it might be another week before the younger plant is ready. Nov 19 - DAY 100 - Watered Younger plant at 10.30AM. Trichomes are developing nicely, I suspect 1 more week with younger plant which makes me wonder when to chop older plant.

Opium is maturing faster than the other 2 outside photo periods Fractal & Lemon Cake. Many of the feeder leaves are yellow and fall off at the slightest touch. The buds are dense and starting to be sticky. She is strong and resistant to our heat & humidity, and pests. Her tall lanky structure is true to a sativa. She had huge fan leaves and long internodal stretch. This strain would definately need topping or other high stress training to keep her short for a tent grow. The buds are noticeably swelling up, getting thicker and more solid every day. They’re really starting to take on that dense, compact form I’ve been hoping for. It's amazing to see them take shape, becoming more compact and substantial. The plant seems to be doing really well overall—healthy, vibrant, and strong. Every day, I'm noticing more trichomes forming on the buds. It’s a sure sign that everything is progressing nicely, and resin production is in full swing. I’m eager to see how things will unfold in the coming weeks. The excitement is building as I get closer to the final stages. Can’t wait to see what’s next!🌱
