This week has been one of great gains in both size and vegetation we have seen a vertical leap in two plants that is astronomical almost 4 inches in a week! Had to do some pruning to expose new bud and a little bit of low stress training on to plants to see if we can expose light to the underside and perhaps get a little more love out of our lower buds The stalk size on almost all of these plants is almost as big as your thumb but on one it is actually relatively skinny that is the one we’re doing the low stress training on we just started the low stress training and it is taking very well to it One of these plants is extremely dark in color on the vegetation and has typically about 11 fingers per leaf! What's up Growmies🤟🏽. I am back with another week #9 is in the books, hello Week #10. I noticed small rust spots and yellowing on the top sugar leaves on Tropicana Cookies, White LSD #2 and Caramelicious. It isn't fungus, (it doesn't rub off and is more like its burned into the leaf rather than growing on it) so I'm guessing it is due to a lack of calcium or magnesium. As a result I have implemented calmag into the feedings. I swear it creeped up out of nowhere. Other than that things are going very well, I am enjoying the journey. It is crazy to me how my 2 white LSD plants while the same seed have taken on different characteristics. White LSD #2 has taken on a pinkish/red undertone which looks pretty amazing if you ask me. I wonder if I mislabeled it at the beginning of my grow and if it is actually my Tropicana Purple Cookies? I doubt it but then again I was high around the time I put these babies from their incubators into their final home. Not much to report other than I stopped smoking new years eve, so for the first time in a long time I have clean urine🙌🏾🙌🏾. I mainly stopped to take a tolerance break and to prove to myself that I am in control. I will be tasting these suckers once they are done. I did the same thing on my last grow, took a little over 90 day hiatus, once harvested and I decided to smoke, boy was I super zooted! It was like the first time I got high, had me questioning why I smoke because I was sooo stoned😂. I'm looking forward to feeling that way again. It won't be long now another 7 to 8 weeks (including 1 week to dry and 2 to cure) and I will be smoking again more than likely. I still have them on a 2 waterings with nutes and 2 waterings with plain ph'd water schedule. Going forward I plan on adding calmag into the mix, which is something I didn't have to use on any of my 6 previous grows, we shall see how it goes. Day 83 Currently drying, will update before Robert Smith turns up.... Day 87 5 days in, all trimmed and back in to dry. Temp 18c RH 50% Will raise humidity to 62% for last 5 days and add fan. Day 92 Girls pruned to similar size buds and in jars to cure. Will wait a few days until the residual moisture dissipates then weigh for the final time. Lemony tones coming off her already. Pleased as was getting worried during drying. Think I'll try a dry trim on the two Lemon Kix I have in atm (see my other diary) Sampled some this afternoom and eveb before a cure its smooth enough to smoke, citrusy in profile and burns a nice clean white ash. Looking forward to seeing the flavour/texture evolve over next few weeks before smoke report. I'm not the most patient person, this part is extremely difficult. Day 97 Final weight dried and a week cured is 87.8g (3.1oz) Extremely pleased with the yield. Smoke report I've got to be honest, it's not the stinky monster I was expecting but its made up for it in other areas. Really smooth on the inhale, lemony forest taste, no horrible aftertaste. No coughing, which is a novelty! For my first run, I'm v happy. I feel the excessive heat may have microwaved some of the terps but we live and we learn. Not long until my Auto Lemon Kix are ready, hopefully got the temp under control in time for them.....

Yoooyooyoo, Wekk 13 got some ups and downs. I ran out of calmag starting the grow and kinda hoped i don't need it. If you have strong LED lights and like to have the light close to the canopy like me i would HIGHLY recommend you using calmag. You can see i got magnesium chlorosis pretty early on and the Plagron basic fertilizer did not provide enough with the low-ish dose i gave (1,2ml/l). I like to grow autos and you can't feed that more than that, it feels wrong to do it with photos haha BUT i did. 2ml/L EACH. and 0,5 calmag which seems enough. But me wanting to try out foliar spray (brilliant idea), because i already could see calcium spots on the leaves. kinda got me some slight toxicity (you can see the tips if you look closely) But she is gucci on calmag i can tell haha. Got a nice green color again and looks very healthy right now. she is drinking about 1-2L a day depends on the weather. DLI was around 35. She will look so good in a few weeks, i can't wait. A great grow despite some silly errors by myself and one crazy pheno weathered the storm to produced some serious quality cannabis that showcases the best award winning genetics that Royal queen seeds have meticulously bred. I'll always have a royal queen seed plant in my tent from now on.

D34 Defoliation

Beginning of week 10(veg): Wow the progress this week. Biggie smalls(Short one) really took off. I added my flowering LED light for these girls and they are loving it! I moved the girls into the flower tent for now. The ventilation inside my closet is horrible and I think I’m seeing white mildew spots on some leaves =( Now that they’ve been inside the grow tent for about 4 days I don’t see any signs of the white spots, which is a relief. I defoliated biggie smalls yesterday, which made it so I could really see the branch structure underneath there. I’m really happy with what I see, some really good looking branches. They no longer need the ties, they seem to be growing how I want them to, and when they don’t I give them a little bend to match the canopy height. I’m going on vacation in a month so I set purchased a drip system from amazon. After spending about 20 minute setting it up, and then painstakingly driving the stakes into the roots of my plants, I realized the product didn’t actually work. I’ve purchased another pump and some hosing, we’ll give this another go when it arrives. I’ll be feeding them again tomorrow. One more week of veg for Biggie Smalls and then she’s going for 2 days of darkness and flower. Really excited for that. Hopefully she continues the strong growth over the next week.
