🌿 Journal de Culture : Mac 1 – "Spirit" (Plante #2) – Floraison Initiale

Grand déménagement réussi ! La Permanent White Marker ayant libéré l'espace, j'ai enfin pu installer Spirit et sa sœur dans leur nouvelle tente. Et le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est qu'elle a explosé.
📊 État de Santé & Évolution de la Structure
Un monstre de vigueur :
Spirit affiche une structure tout simplement monstrueuse. Même si sa sœur prend énormément de place en largeur dans la tente, Spirit a décidé de s'exprimer en hauteur. Malgré le LST intensif et l'installation du filet de SCROG pour essayer de la contenir, elle dépasse largement sa sœur jumelle.
Stade de Floraison :
La transition est bien confirmée, nous sommes en plein début de floraison. Les premiers pompons se forment et sont recouverts de magnifiques pistils bien blancs et vigoureux.
Le défi de la hauteur :
C’est la grosse bataille du moment ! Avec le pot surélevé, le haut de la plante culmine désormais à 1m35 du sol. Mon plafond étant bas, la marge de manœuvre devient critique : il ne me reste plus que 20 cm de battement maximum avant de toucher le haut de la tente.
⚙️ Paramètres Environnementaux & Culture
Lumière :
Toujours à 75% d'intensité. En raison de sa poussée verticale incontrôlable, la canopée ne se trouve plus qu'à 37 cm de la lampe.
Je surveille de très près pour éviter tout stress lumineux ou thermique.
Climat :
Températures maintenues à 24°C le jour et 21°C la nuit.
Humidité en hausse :
L'hygrométrie est montée à 60%, ce qui est un peu haut pour ce stade. C'est sûrement lié à la présence des Autopots et du réservoir principal dans la même pièce. Pour redresser la barre et sécuriser la floraison, j'ai mis en route le déshumidificateur.
Arrosage & Nutrition :
J'ai coupé l'arrivée d'eau du système Autopot hier. L'objectif est de laisser le substrat s'assécher légèrement afin de pouvoir lui administrer manuellement son premier boost de floraison : le Bio PK 5-8 de Biotabs.

📝 Résumé de la situation
Le phénotype de Spirit est impressionnant de puissance, mais il va falloir continuer à tricoter fermement les branches les plus hautes sous le filet de SCROG si le stretch ne s'arrête pas rapidement. Les signaux sont au vert : les pistils sortent massivement et la plante déborde d'énergie. Le passage au PK 5-8 va venir nourrir cette structure massive pour maximiser la formation des têtes.
Pour éviter toute confusion dans mes prochains suivis, sa figurine fétiche veillera sur le pot jusqu'au cut !

This week i defoliated on day 18 because i have way too many top coming out and too many lowbuds that were getting no light from being covered by layers and layers of leaves. All strains but the og Martian have real tight internodal spacing.

Woche 4 bricht an und es läuft hervorragend! Die Orange Sherbet bekommt diese Woche frischen Boden: eine Mischung aus Bio-bizz All-Mix und Greenhouse-Feeding, perfekt für die letzten Vegetationswochen und blüte. Zudem hat sich die Orange Sherbet sehr gut mit dem Backhefe-Buttermilch-Melasse-Experiment entwickelt, was zu einem starken CO2-Anstieg auf bis zu 1500 ppm geführt hat. 💨 Ich bin gespannt, wie sie sich in der neuen Umgebung entwickeln wird. Auf der anderen Seite explodieren die Frozen Black Cherries förmlich in der Hydroponik! 🌱 Die Entwicklung ist beeindruckend, und ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein mit ihrem Fortschritt. Die Blütephase rückt näher, und ich bin gespannt, wie sich alles weiterentwickelt! Ich halte euch auf dem Laufenden! 🚀
Week 4 is here, and things are going great! The Orange Sherbet is getting new soil this week—a blend of Bio-Beth All-Mix and Greenhouse-Feeding, setting her up perfectly for the final weeks of vegetation and . Additionally, the Orange Sherbet has responded well to the back yeast-buttermilk-molasses experiment, resulting in a significant CO2 increase of up to 1500 ppm. 💨 I'm excited to see how she adapts to her new environment. Meanwhile, the Frozen Black Cherries are absolutely thriving in hydro! 🌱 Their growth has been phenomenal, and I couldn't be more impressed with their progress. The flowering phase is getting closer, and I can't wait to see how everything unfolds! I'll keep you updated! 🚀

Sorry for the lack of content this week. I have been swamped with work and studies. It's hard to keep up with documentation.
This plant is growing great. It is drinking about a gallon every two days and just exploding with new growth. I haven't had to fight her tops with super cropping or anything. She has this incredibly even top very healthy new growth. Fantastic strain so far.
She has started giving off a funky smell. Like ozone, raw bananas, and coffee.

So I changed lights this week to 600 w hid
Hood is air cooled so we’ll see how this finishes! Everything is going great, buds getting bigger every day.

Only 2x struggling.. Ill give them this week to recover-then ill be using that space for the new critical orange punch auto & 3 watermelon zkittlez auto barney's farm.. Anyways all buckets water was replace with fresh h2o & nutes before 9AM.
Took off some branches & leaves.... Not to much!!
5/5 the 2 critical orange punch autos that are doing so well are both receiving liqui cannabiz local south african brand.. With a touch of... Not telling

Harvest for top buds which are already done ❤️ smell is strong sour/fruit/sweet. The rest of the plants i will leave in tent to be ready for harvest in few days...
I will leave sugar leaves on for few days and then do the trimm work. Buds are rock hard and covered with trichomes!

El stretch alcanza su máxima intensidad y las plantas experimentan un importante incremento de tamaño, ocupando rápidamente el espacio disponible. Las ramas secundarias ganan protagonismo y se acercan a la altura de las puntas principales, generando una canopia cada vez más uniforme y eficiente para el aprovechamiento de la luz.
Los puntos de floración se multiplican y comienzan a definirse con claridad en toda la estructura. El consumo de agua y nutrientes aumenta de forma notable, impulsado por el elevado ritmo de crecimiento y la creciente actividad metabólica propia de esta fase. Las plantas mantienen un desarrollo vigoroso y una respuesta positiva a las condiciones de cultivo.

Week 15 days 99-105 . I'm am flushing all plants with 1 gallon of filtered water each. I've reduced the light cycle from 18 to 14 hours to reduce heat stress. It may reduce yield as well based on comments I've read in other growers diaries. An oz per plant would be nice. Of course more would be better but an oz makes a pound of cannabutter. Reducing the light hours is reducing the purpleness in the stems of og kush and gorilla glue but Purple chill still has purple stems
The Natrona sisters spend their nights in the garage where the temps are 10-15 degrees cooler than in the day temps in the tent. Night temps ranged this week between 63-66 with rh 51-76%. The high rhythm comes after a rain.
During the day, I'm keeping the tent open while circulating 2 fans. Day Temps can reach 80 so it gets hot in there.

This is a stress technique used to force plant phenotype colors. I don't think it will work for mine as I over fed. While I have 3 different strains, they look the same with blue green dominance.

I'm not seeing any change in leaf or bud colorations from flushing out the fertilizers nor from the ice treatment.
General comments"
After putting the plants in the garage during the night, morning soil temperatures are within a degree of the night air temperature. This has been about 15 degrees cooler (50s) than the tent temperatures (75+). This week our weather has been unseasonably warm so the night temperatures have been 63-71 with Rh 51-70%
Tent temps in the day 75-80 and RH 47-59%.

She needs a serious defoliation. I am closely monitoring the full moon coming as we are in the dry season, they rainfall may be lower hopefully. Everything else is good with her for now.

I harvested Whiskey Zulu at 75 days, it smells amazing and isn't building anymore.
It's a really light and airy structure but smells like a super funky sour grandaddy purple.
I quick dried and smoked some lowers and the flavor reminds me of GDP x Amherst Sour Diesel × an earthy og (with a slight note of northern lights.) Fantastic flavor and potency. It's like I'm smoking multiple buds at the same time—it's so complex.
Makes me want to find and breed this pheno to get this flavor on a bigger plant with a decently dense bud structure.
The flavor profile is nothing like anybody online said about it that I could find. Serious stuff for a freebie

Ok now this is a canopy to be proud of! This looks incredible woot woot! Did a massssive and final defoil about 3 days ago and cleaned up anything that isnt going to be a smokable flower. Took some contortioning i dont care to admit but its all good 😂 So today I started using some koolbloom to start really plumping these flowers up. Also as expected, that twin stem cola is looking like its gonna be crazy big 😃 The whole tent looks very healthy and i'm hoping for a smooth sailing to harvest!!!
