D29 Did top dressing with bone and kelp meal as well as worm castings. D31 Performed a little more LST, a few more days and I will let her do her thing. D32 More LST exposed lower nodes and evened out the canopy. D33 Removed all bonsai wire and rolled down the rim of the pot to even it out with to soil, more airflow. D35 Not much growth but overall looking pretty good. Heatwave last couple days keep temperatures higher than desired.

Well I had to break down my tent this week. Long story but I took some clones to do these at a later date. Minor setback but hopefully I will be back up and running again soon. These are the pictures from right before I broke it down.

But for those who love the details, the full spread of pictures is right here, as always. t this point in flower, the girls are not eating — they’re just drinking clean water with nothing but System Clean in the reservoir, at a rate of 0.25 ml per liter. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. Pheno #7 and #4 showed the most desired traits and will be running both indoors iagain the coming weeks under better conditions. I didnt get as much photo's as promised but things have been hectic on all fronts, but I will do better next time ;) Its a pitty we had some issues and not all phenos where in a position to show the true potentail. There for we are running the 5 with re-running outdoors this season. Along with some new beans :D

After what felt like a month of waiting for my seeds to arrive- I got them and got to work. I’m Only doing two plants at a time to start. Both toof decay seeds popped little tails in 24 hours using toilet paper and dechlorinated tap water and a DVD case of mothman prophecies- blockbuster copy. I planted one directly into my fox farms happy frog soil- now shall be called- the runt.The other I planted in a germ pellet and into ocean forest. My cat got into my closet somehow and destroyed the cloth pot with ocean forest in it. Destroyed. Luckily my little lady survived and I put her in a root rocket? Root riot? Anyway- that’s why she is in The corner of this 5 gallon pot with my runt. I am waiting for them both to get bigger before I move either one of them. My cat is fine btw- gave her a bath as payback- muhahahah. Anyway. As I type this it is day 5? I don’t know- I can’t tell time at the moment. It’s def I’m their first week. How do they look?

1/28/24 - Day 83 - Here we are on day 83 and the trichomes are looking good. I bet one week, if not two weeks before I start to flush with water. There are some photos of the Trichomes a couple of weeks ago and then again today. 1/31/24 - Day 86 - The buds are starting to get FAT and grow outward. Tons of new buds coming from the buds. Sounds werid but the buds are growing buds now. The smell is out of this planet strong. Im looking forward to the next couple of weeks!

Beginning of week 5 and I finally started to LST the lady's. Had to give time for blueberrys recovery from getting FIMed lol. To be honest I'm gonna let them grow another week and transplant week 6 into there final pots. So this week will be the start of a very long and dedicated process of maintaing a good canopy. Overall I think flowering should be 3 weeks away. Not trying to have a monster harvest on my first go around. My focus is to just succeed at my first grow and be proud of my personal stash at the end of this awesome journey. I plan on starting a new grow after this one so I know what to expect and plan bigger and better, this is more of a test run to see if I can grow good weed indoors. So far so good. Day 30- Topped Alaskan purple.

Week after week the flowers are developing very good

This was a very pleasant strain to grow!. It kept short, bushy and controllable. It would of yielded more if it wasn't taken over by the sativa dominant love potion, which I'm fine with because I enjoy the variety. I also made a couple newbie mistakes which effected yield and I'm hoping to avoid them next round. It was exactly what I was looking for flavour wise, which I'm very happy about, and they were completely loaded in trichomes and the smell is amazing. The flavour in my vape is exactly how they smell accompanied with earthy taste and a potentcy shutter. This will definitely keep me satisfied until next variety is ready.

9.1.25: Watermelon 🍉 is doing well, slowed down a bit, but at least I got the LST going earlier on her. Which will hopefully stand her in good stead going forward. I've been readjusting the LST. I just took all the pegs out and reshaped her. Watering with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 with the following nutrients;- ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 2ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Biobizz Top Max ♡ 2ml Cal-Mag ♡ 2ml Ecothrive Flourish. Good growth, flowering stated, started nutes at low %

(UPDATE- Apple Strudel got the chop on Day 72) Week 10 starts on Thursday so I'm jumping the gun by a couple of days in terms of uploading as I'm going away. Things are coming along nicely with the Apple Strudel, I can just smell sweet creamy scent with a bit of apple and funnily enough it smells a bit like the old cheese strain from about 20 years ago, very unique, I like it .😁👌🏻 Some purple colours are starting to show too, trichomes are 80/20 cloudy/clear. I'm going to give her another week then she's getting the chop. Will update further once harvested and dried.
