Switched to flower nutes too early. Back to full strength terp tea grow 711. Atleast for the next 2 weeks, maybe less. 5/1/24 Plant is stretching now. FYI just to clarify, I switched lights to 12/12 on 4/20 but I am considering her being in veg still until I see more pistils. Probably the end of this week. After a 2 week transition period 5/3 2 days later and I need to get my damn camera in the tent! This stretch is starting to look like nursery explained. She’s supposed to triple in size. I thought I tied her down too much and she would stay short. I swear she’s grown an inch over night. Starting to dominate the tent. Literally 2 days ago, I said that I didn’t consider this week to be flower and still the transition phase. Now she looks like she’s fully in the flowering phase. She’s beautiful and I’ve been impressed since veg. Since I chose her as a clone I liked the way she was. Hoping she follows through🌱💚

So, I've switched to blooming after all. So far so good, except for the fact that I broke my lab PH meter, which is quite expensive. There is also a lot of humidity. In between when the AC is not running, the humidity goes up to 80%, which is no joke at all. I will either buy a dehumidifier or turn on the air conditioner for 24 hours. I don't know what to choose yet, the dehumidifier consumes a lot of electricity, maybe I should just leave the AC on for 24 hours. Yeah, growing in hot countries is not a good idea ^_^.

New week

Looks like she's getting close! Buds are nicely plump and dense! Plenty of cloudy trichomes. I'm looking for the first amber trichome to harvest. I want this to be uplifting not couch lock.

Flush the water once, the rest will be watered.

Added some CO2 to help with photosynthesis while at higher temps. These ladies really blew up at the end of last week and this week! The smell has really starting to be noticeable and pistols / flowers are finally showing! Side note I finally got more seeds to replace the one I lost early on. These ladies are really starting to become a treasure. Ended my LST this week.

Day 14 flowering: A great week for stretch among all the ladies this week. The Banana mash got a clean out and minor defoliate as they desperately needed it. They can now breath a bit better and airflow can get around the bases far better. The #1 isna nice size and looks very happy tonget in with growing unheeded. The #2, #3 and #4 are not so grown up and need Daddy to keep helping out !. #2 is not a happy girl from being overfed. She has a nitrogen claw around the bud sites and has now been given plain water to relieve the toxicity hopefully. The others have absorbed the feeds and not shown any signs but sjebseems to need less food. The #1 and #2 Purple Monkey are really focused on their bud growth now it seems while the # 3 is still stretching and sharing the energy around I have had to supercrop a few of her bigger mains to stop them touching the lights and her node distances are still widening with the stretch. 2 differently structured phenotypes are at play now and clearly different. I am very impressed with these genetics and wish I had a room full of them now..... The mimosa x exotic crosses are doing well too with the Mango X Mimosa gaining some speed now and definitely a lady. Exciting to see what she buds like now. The Exotic ? is starting to lengthen her branches finally. I have moved her to the end to encourage the gains upward. she isnt in female mode yet but is showing some signs of a reveal. The heat waves we keep getting are driving temps up to the 30° s. Thankfully running with the doors open helps as does having the exhale bag to offer more co2. I have a new viparspectra xs1500 to add to the room now too but it is a 150w and a really neat little unit so should be easily to add. plans afoot on this one.... Well it is time to see what all my work will produce dry. 10 days in dry room then into the mason jars with a vivi cure can't wait. This grow I changed a lot from my water source from fox Alaska natural water to RO. Man was this a challenge. Not a single person I watched said anything about how unstable it is. To some research and problem solving to figure out how to stabilize it. Well if your wondering I added air to my AC infinity self wicking basin and set a timer to run 5 minutes on and 10 minutes off. I also went constant feed after week three. Will need to do some adjustments but it seems to be viable. More to come. See you next post

Diese Blattform gefällt uns sehr. 😍 Wir sind gespannt auf den Stretch der Blüten und hoffen das sie nicht zu instabil wird. Sie hat ein sattes grün und zeigt keinerlei über- oder unterdüngende Eigenschaften.😎

Very slow growing this week (even thought it was a long one as I was counting days wrong) but i think its entered flowering. Its definitely stretched a whole lot. Side branching is pretty nice on both plants so hopefully it'll be a decent yield considering the pot size. Gonna stick with 10 litre pots now. Adding in more bloom nutes seems to have helped clear up the spots so i'm grateful for that. Gonna keep feed at this level until the biobizz runs out in a week or two. Heat is still an issue as you can see from the leaves taking on the classic taco shape. I still have a small 4 inch inline fan that im not using, would that be better for temps than passive intake? But still, good progress considering it's pushed 40c a couple of times.

420 Fastbuds Week 8 Gorilla Punch Auto What up GrowFam. Hopefully everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving. This week has been exciting after leaving for a camping trip and returning to super smelly tent. Low and behold they made it fine I think I was more worried I'd come back to soggy plants from my drip system over watering. Everything worked as it should and the plants are thriving. I'd say probably another week or two left is all before they'll get the chop. All in all Happy Growing

* ***************** Week 3 of Growth From Seed, April 25 to May 1, 2020 - Days 15 to 21 from germination ********************** * Started the head scratching more this week and wondering what is going on with the slower growth she has experienced the last 4 days or so. She is looking good and not dark....environment is good.....what the heck is the pH so high when been given feed well inline and below 6.0......why runoff numbers in low 7's so early in the run?? A number of heavy feedings this week so that I can read the runoff numbers for her. Going to keep staying the course with feeding but lower the pH because she is still progressing and its still pretty early in the run........not much veg time for an auto though so I need to get this figured out pretty soon. Gave her some Epsom salts this week as well as I have been battling Magnesium deficiency the last run or two. Always just used CalMag but I don't think the girls always want as much Calcium as they are given this way though. Fed at a rate of 1tsp/gal in a two litre feed early on in the week. Little more Detail........... Apr 25/20, Day 15 - 500ml feed - VitaThrive and Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml - 700ppm and 6.0pH - small feed of base nute to try and perk her up. - noticed the lower leaves are droopy while the upper leaves are perky still. - Still working on dialing the light for these girls as they are happier at 30" away from canopy. Apr 26/20 - Day 16 - 500ml feed - AN Sensi Cal @ 1.5ml, Sensyzime @ 2ml, Epsom Salt @ 1tsp/gal - 700ppm and 6.0pH - The Epsom Salt alone shot the ppm to 500 - Only have the veg switch on for the UnitFarm light. - feeling some of the other girls are showing some magnesium deficiency with the yellowing perimeter of the leaves. Apr 27/20 - Day 17 - dry out day - Cut slits in the bottom of the bag today to let more water out, more quickly when feeding. - Wondering if the root zone is staying too wet and therefore causing some stunted growth. - She has been falling a sleep too early in the day so either too much light or getting root bound? Apr 28/20 - Day 18 - needing some runoff numbers to see what the hell is going on - fed 3L - Piranha @ 1ml, VooDoo @ 2ml, Dual Fuel @ 1ml - going in was 575ppm and 5.3pH - runoff numbers were 1450ppm and 6.9pH - WTF......bring it down......next feed at only 500ppm and 5.0pH to lower her?? - leaf colour is perfect. Stems are a little immature yet, but side branching is coming out stronger. Apr 29/20 - Day 19 - 8L feed - Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 325ppm and 5.0pH - runoff after the watering was 500ppm and 7.0pH - WTF.....expected it to be more in the 6.5pH range and not that high still? - KK looked worse off, still droopy, after this than the other girls did. Lack of oxygen in root zone with so much water? Its coco though shouldn't be for too long. Apr 30/20 - Day 20 - dry out day - KK likes it a little dryer in her medium.....she perked up more today and looking a lot better. - She has had more vertical growth the last day and she is spacing out some of her nodes. - Her stem is thicker and she is getting stronger. - Still a week behind though in my opinion and they should have been this size a week ago. Apr 31/20 - Day 21 - dry out day - she has done very well the last two days and going to keep riding that wave, didn't water today. - She has certainly gotten taller and wider.......getting her back on track? That will wrap up this puzzling week........pH is not staying low after being brought down......shoots back up over 7 in only 24 hours idea. Working on it Growmies. So how was this week. Major changes: Turned lights to 14 /10 to reduce heat on the plants and reduce burning the tips. Keep tent open during the day to reduce humidity and temperatures using 2 fans. Temps range from 76 -78 with rh 43 - 46%. Put the plants in the garage at night. This greatly reduces night temperatures also we have been having colder than normal weather. The night temperatures ranged from 53-58 & rh 41-51%. I continued to flush with a gal of water for each plant on day 79. This is because I've been over feeding and thought this could reduce the in plan nutrient stores. Responses to my last question revealed that I have a cal mag problem. I go to our local hardware / garden store that I know carries cannabis fertilizers. No they did not have any cal mag solution. Order came in yesterday at the end of the week. Day 81 fed 1 tsp tiger bloom per gal ( used 2 gal for all plants). Ppm was at a very low 410. This is much lower than the recommended feeding range but they have been getting too much. Day 82. Normally I would not water as the pots still had weight to them, but the cal mag came in so I made up 2 gal with 2 tsp fox farm cal mag and fed their usual water amount. 👏 Based on the seed info, it looks like I'm within a week or two from harvest.
