. 🌱 Tag 21 – Eine Woche voller Experimente Drei Wochen alt.

7 weeks later and she's flowering nicely, not too much verticle growth but the buds are getting bigger every day. Stoked! Nothing new, might make another compost tea up this week. I'm giving them 1L of water every 2nd day, 500mL top feed and 500mL bottom feed. Until next week friends, thanks for checking in.

This is the beginning of week 3 in bud. I’ve decided to not put the ATF plant in my bud room this round. I’m hoping she will just keep growing slow and my clones will eventually catch up with her so they can all go in together next round. The buds have definitely starting to swell up this past week. They all seem to have bounced back from their week 2 lollipopping. I’m very excited for this Melato in the back. She’s obviously outgrown the other 2 strains I have in the room currently. She’s also started throwing off the most smells as well. With some really strong indica OG gas smells. But other than that, everything normal this week. Just plain PHed water every other day. Thanks for checking out the garden. 🤙

Hola cultivadores.

Busy week getting the new setup going. GG is going really good has taken to training well. Expecting a bit of stretching off her in flowering. Can notice the sativa traits in her with more distance between nodes, and her slimmer sativa type leaves . Have noticed how sticky she's starting to get when training her, left with sticky resin coated fingers😋 she's a nice plant

Colors of fall are filling the tent along with some lovely smells. Black Cherry 1 smells of sour candy and gas. The sour candy is up front and then followed by a funky gas. Black Cherry 2 smells of wild cherry medicine with a hint of wood. There's a strong wild cherry smell with a faint little bit of medicine all mixed with a small woodsy smell in the background. Tahitian Vanilla 1 smells of an elves' bakery tucked deep in the woods. Creamy, doughy, bakery goods and Cashmere blast for this plant. Tahitian Vanilla 2 smells of pine dumped in cream. Heavy pine smell upfront then a sweet warm creaminess comes into focus but the pine tar never leaves

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went pretty good for the Strawberry Banana Auto, I did go out of town for 4 days and my PH got too high in my reservoir so that set me back a couple days or so but the plants still look pretty healthy, I did notice a couple rust colored spots on the lower most leaves of this plant. She is topped and I did a light defolilation yesterday and some LST just to try and keep a level canopy. The tomatoes are looking great as well as enjoying the runoff from the cannabis, got my first flowerson them this week. In the tent I am still running the Spectrum X at 60% power in V1 mode which is the veg mode and it is keeping the plants very green, bushy, and with tight internodal spacing. I will continue LST and slowly make the change to flower nutes as soon as the stretch is about over. Thanks for stopping by, Stay Safe and Blaze On!!! 💪 Website: https://medicgrow.com/ https://growdiaries.com/grower/medicgrowled

Scrog is filling up nicely. This may be the final week before starting 12/12. Plants are looking good and feeling good so I think it's time to flip the switch. Just filling out the scrog a bit more. Going to defoliate a bit more at the bottom and next week is flowering. Contest Pheno seems to be the largest in the top right corner. Scrog is keeping it nice and level as possible. A bit stretchy she is. But very fast growth on her.

Week 6 Flower Report: Maturation in Full Swing! 🌟 Welcome to the week where the magic of maturation takes center stage! 🌟 The garden has reached a pivotal moment as the trichomes are bursting with potential. Each one a glittering universe, they are the undeniable stars of this show, taking over every surface with their frosty brilliance. ✨ Watching them evolve is like witnessing art being created in real time – it’s a reminder of the beauty and patience this craft demands. Trichomes: The Frosty Frontier This week, the focus is all about those frosty beauties! • Trichomes are the key indicators of ripeness and cannabinoid production. Watching their progression from clear to cloudy to amber provides the ultimate insight into maturity. • Currently, we’re seeing a fantastic mix of cloudy trichomes with some clear still hanging around – a perfect sign that they’re gearing up for their final push. • Fun fact: Trichomes serve as the plant’s natural defense mechanism, protecting it from UV rays and pests while being our treasure trove for cannabinoids and terpenes. Spectrum Tuning: The Science of Light Light plays a major role in shaping the maturation process, and this week, we’ve dialed in the spectrum for optimal results. Here’s the breakdown: • Whites: Running at 77% to maintain robust overall growth and trichome density. • Deep Reds, Far Reds, and UV: Maxed out at 100% to mimic the end-of-season spectrum, signaling the plants to finish strong. • Deep Reds: Enhance photosynthesis efficiency through the Emerson effect. • Far Reds: Promote stretch and flowering hormone production. • UV: Stimulates trichome production for an extra boost of frost! We’ve also added a timing twist: • Reds & UV start 15 minutes before whites to simulate sunrise. • Reds & UV finish 15 minutes after whites to mimic sunset, creating a more natural light transition. These subtle timing tricks help reduce stress while optimizing light absorption, ensuring every photon counts! 🌞 Environmental Conditions: Precision is Key Here are the dialed-in parameters for the week: • Temps: 26.3°C • RH: 70.1% • CO2: 800 ppm • VPD: 1.03 kPa With these numbers, the ladies are thriving in their sweet spot, absorbing nutrients efficiently while maximizing trichome development. Lighting Power: • Lower layer at 800 PPFD and the upper layer shining bright at 1500 PPFD. The canopy coverage is perfect for even development throughout the garden. Nutrition: Balanced and Boosted We’ve stuck with the tried-and-true nutrient mix this week but with some strategic adjustments: • Removed Breaking Powder to focus on trichome maturity. • Introduced K-Boost at 0.5 ml/L, giving the plants the potassium edge they need to pack on weight and enhance terpene production. • Feeding solution details: • pH: 6.2 • TDS: 755 ppm • Temp: 20.6°C In the Autopots, the medium stays perfectly hydrated at 100% with: • TDS: 580 ppm • Temp: 22.2°C Shoutouts and Gratitude A huge shoutout to the amazing genetics and these incredible ladies, and a big thanks to Trol Master, Aptus Holland and Pro Mix for the stellar products that are elevating this grow to new heights! 🌱💪 To all growers out there, remember: Patience is the secret ingredient. Watch, learn, and trust the process – the results will always amaze you. Here’s to another week of growth and gratitude. Predators Unleashed & First Frost ❄️🕷️ This week brought a few challenges—but also some exciting signs of progress! First off: spider mites tried to crash the party, but I wasn’t having it. 😤 I’ve been manually removing them every day, and today—finally—no new sightings. On top of that, I released a fresh squad of predatory mites, who are now keeping things in balance. Nature's tiny enforcers are on the case. 🕵️‍♂️🔬 I noticed some slightly yellowing lower leaves, so I trimmed them off. It could be a touch of nitrogen deficiency, so I slightly increased the BioBizz Grow dose during this week’s feeding. I’ll keep a close eye on it over the coming days. 🌿 Otherwise, she’s looking strong, vibrant, and full of life. Beautiful structure, steady growth, and she’s just starting to shift into bloom mode. I gave her the usual round of care: 💧 Weekly care routine: 🔸 BioBizz Grow, Bloom, TopMax, CalMag & Alg-a-Mic 🔸 Compost tea (homebrewed magic, as always) 🔸 Effective Microorganisms for a living soil boost 🔸 And this morning—a full feeding session to keep things on track ✨ Exciting signs of change: The first trichomes are starting to sparkle under the sun, and when I sit next to her, there’s already a faint, sweet scent in the air. She’s officially getting into bloom mode! 😍 Now that she’s out of the tent, she’s following the natural 16/8 rhythm—and since she was hormonally triggered into flower before leaving the tent, she’s holding that bloom energy steady outside. 🌞🌒 The vibes are good, the buds are on the way, and I couldn’t be more excited to see where this beauty goes next. Let the Red Hot journey continue! 🔥💚
