Buds are not as big as I'd hoped going into the 6th week of flowering. Not sure if it's got anything to do with it, but it's been quite warm this week. It's cooling down next few days so hopefully can get the temp back down below 30c with the lights on. A couple more of the lower leaves have yellowed and dropped off, and now there's a clear canopy area between the leaves at the base of the colas and medium, which should help with airflow. There's been no noticeable vertical growth beyond colas getting taller so I've dialed the biogrow back a bit more, and will probably stop using it all together from next week onwards.

Week 5

I am dropping Bubba Kush Mintz Auto from Aeque Genetics. I will be growing her in Athena blended line nutrition. She will be under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights. Everything is ready to go. Plants are finishing up, maybe another week and I can wrap things up. Buds didn’t get as fat as I would have liked but everything looks really nice and frosty. cleaned up all the plants with some defoliation.

05/17 - received last "week 4" nutrient mix. Next watering will introduce overdrive. Buds are looking a little smaller than expected - especially that the Northern Lights is a 6 to 7 weeks. Will most likely be pushing right to 7 maybe 8. 05/24 - May have mislabeled Bubblegum and Northern lights; Based on the "bubbled gum" being clearly more mature than the other 2 and I had some seed dropping issue I thought I had cleared up. It is what it is - but one plant has much more orange hairs than the other 2, and I had 1 "fast version" The Northern Lights. Top nugs on "Bubblegum" are nice and tight, fed last nutrients on 05/24 - will start flush on next watering. Trichomes seems to be clouding up - generally speaking. The "northern lights" and Pink Berry will keep on AN feed schedule - possibly to 9 weeks. (there's virtually no browning hairs at the start of week 6).

2 weeks to flower in main tent. Red Hot May have had a little nute burn. Lighting is at 628 on Par meter. 78deg avg. Malt was accidentally super cropped. Healing from splitting her branch. Oozecake aka Judy is my prize now. She fought through some mold 1st week. Transplanted her with only 1 node. Then her 2nd transplant to 1 gallon she was stunted for a week.

Just updating last weeks progress

The effect is quite strong, I just smoked a joint to write a description and suddenly the day ahead of me is feeling quite difficult! I feel flowing with ideas, and very happy. The taste has still yet to develop, as I am only now going into curing. I'll update this once the flavour is a bit more developed :)

Completing their first week of bloom. They’ll be measured again on Sunday but going into flower they sat at 42”. There was a runt and I was able to hoist up the xxl autopot to even out the canopy before flipping. I did a heavy defoliation but you’d never know. I’ll wait until stretch is over and really get in there to open up the airflow. Super healthy and very vibrant. Constantly praying and up taking Lotus extremely well. I expect a 10-11 week bloom. 13/06/25: Last week of these autos in the grow box, weather is clearing up and they will move outside soon! The Plan to give them a little jumpstart in the early veg is coming together nicely and they took the repotting like nothing at all! 14/06/25: vigorous growth. 3 days since repot; and i can already see roots at the drainage holes, insane! 17/06/25: Started hardening off by putting the plants outside in the evening (6 - 8pm) ☀️ 18/06/25: Hardening off from 4 -8pm, and I could already see the first pistils at the top nodes...tbh honest I hoped to get a few more days or even an extra week of veg but stretch is already incoming! 😔 I directly Repotted to ~13 L per plant and put some extra perlite into the final soil so I can get some decent roots on these ladies! I guess we learn as we grow 19/06/25: Today they got direct Sun from 2 - 6 pm and will stay outdoors from now on!

Testing for Connoisseur genetics Outback haze #1 17th January 2022 BOOM I really believe that these absolutely gorgeous ladies are beginning their stretch 👌 FUCK YEAH!! 😎 I am no expert on sativas but I do believe that I can see some definite Thai coming out in them both especially those thin razor edged leaves . the lineage does have "Hempys 78 thia " which is a thai variety that was crossed with a Nevils haze x Mullumbimby madness so the outcome of this grow could be something really really special . 💪 As soon as the girls begin to bloom I will start to use the Greenhouse feeding bio bloom . I like to wait until the stretching has stopped before adding the bloom formula I also need to get hold of some molasses , I am hundreds of kilometers from a decent store that sells anything like that so will need to hunt down some online maybe . I have tried a few of the "sweeteners" that are sold in the grow shops and I am convinced they are simply made from the same thing ( molasses) with added fish emulsions and maybe other things? but it is just basically molasses based. Most of them charge like $20+ per bottle of said "sweetener" where as you can get quality unsulfured molasses quite cheaply compared to the alternative. Harvested Around 220 Grams from 3 Plants, terps were there slightly, smoked fine, its alright, went with a differnent breeder after.

Last week we made some cuttings, dont ask me why but i never tried a monster cropping 🤣🤔 so why not trying with this great genetics we have here! We are now at week 5 but in my opinion there are lot more of weeks to go (at least 4 or 5 more), she goes slowly but its worth it, she's getting bigger, fatter and a better bud structure than other strains in the tent, im really happy with this strain 👌
