Original Sensible seeds GIRL SCOUT COOKIES update 6th Jan 2020 Welcome back to my Original sensible seed sponsored grow . The girl scout cookies plant has now had 9 weeks of veg and is really starting to look better and capable of producing atleast a couple of ounces for Me to try. Still only feeding water as that is all she needs until flowering starts next month. Thanks once again for looking in on my diary and I will be back next week with another update 👍

Week 2 begins, not much to report other than the pro-mix HP hasn't dried out enough to warrant another feeding.

Very fast germination on these 3 ladies. They've been planted into pellets and placed on my heat mat. Three days later and and 3 plants have emerged from the soil 🙌 All surfaces cleaned using The Hydro Company's Clean X Plants potted up and fed their first feeds with thehydroco nutrients. They will be staying on my heat mat and under my LED light until there ready for the tent 💖🌱

DAY 11 !! can someone let me know if my plants are looking healthy ? It’s my first time so I’m trying not to fu** up... and should I be worried that some of them already have purple stems? They have been purple for at least 4-5 days and nothing else looks wrong with them?

Not much for feeding this week, accept for the Rezin and some blood meal since she's not as dark green as I would like. Nodes are looking okay so I'm leaving it at current light distance to keep them closer together. Did a large trim and another spray for thrips. Microbe populations are also looking good. Added supplemental CO2

at last we are in harvest week. im happy at all it was a good experience. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are dense and frosty but very little in size! i had some mistakes and problems with this grow so i admit i wasted them . lesson from this grow : grow autos far from fems and always give them 20 hours or more light per day to get good weight in little time.

Week Six (more like Week 4 or 5) alright, a lot happened. first in rearranged the plants to get a nice even canopy to flip to flower. as planed, I changed the lights to 16/8 and upped the power to around 75% at 50cm to the canopy. every plant got a topdressing with Terra Preta, rockdust, biovin and seeweed (rooting powder) and fed the plants with colonize and organic feed 5-2-5 (see pics). I got worried about the bagseed. on RNG 2# I see what's looks like male and female sex. on RNG 1# I think there a female sex signs, but I am not sure. only on RNG 3# I see more than one female sign on the nodes. I read you can have a high chance of hermies with bagseeds. on the other side, some strains came from bagseed. but I don't search for strains, so two new plants appeared suddenly. one gelato from zamnesia and one San Fernando Valley X The Purps from growers choice, both feminized and photoperiod. I decided to keep the RNG 3# as she is the safest to grow out. she shows female sex clearly and is the smallest of the bagseeds. so the fits nice with the fastbuds and the two new plants. I can happy give the bagseeds to a new home, so maybe I still see some result from the RNG 1# and 2#. I mixed some new soil with amendments and transplanted to 11l pot. they also got a good chunk of colonize and the normal dosage of feeding. I watered them in and the gelato popped back up, the SFV was a bit sad, some lower leafs hung down, but she like the transplant. both are in very good shape. one day after the transplant I will do some deleafing and training. also I get the mars hydro clip fan to get some needed air-circulation in the tent. so in a week or so, I will flip to flower, this will be the last update in veg. thanks for reading or checking out my grow. Great strain, would recommend. Nice smoke/vapor, friends love it, stupefying and euphoric, no heavy couch lock like heavy indicas. Taste great in The Mighty vaporizer, citrus with a hint of pine.

The hot weather makes growing Mary Jane very difficult the air conditioner is running full speed and jet the temperature is 30 degrees celsius or higher while the light is running on 50%. I really like this strain. Its hands down one of my favorites. It flowers extremely fast therefore if u are not on top of its training you will lose out on yeild. She smells amazing and tastes like dessert... My kinda lady. Will be attempting to breed her. I also took a flowered clone and have a moster crop clone of her that I just flipped... Cant wait...
