Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

There are simply beautiful plants. Starting to see signs of flowering now... especially with the Pineapple Meatball. I have noticed some yellowing of 5-10 lower leaves on the FM and CB, but none on the pineapple meatball. I top dressed everything a week ago and also did another top dressing of crab meal and neem seed meal (about 3/4 cup of each on each plant). Should be plenty of Nitrogen in there if the plants need a bit of a boost. I've also caught just a few adult aphids sniffing around the chem brulee plant. My brussels sprouts are nearby, and I'm battling aphids heavily with them. IPM Sprayed with Canncontrol (basically thyme oil) and top dressed with neem seed meal.

HEY GANG UPDATE BEFORE THE FLIP!!!!! So guys I had the WPM (white powdery mildew) issue with the gelato auto haven't really seen it coming up elsewhere I'm already using a OMRI 3-in-1 spray for it will update on that as well, hopefully that'll cure it, otherwise these other girls are doing great! I have almost finished setting up the tent system and will update that also, see video, thanks for everyone's help, I cant imagine what I would do without the whole forum here and the wisdom I'm definitely a lot more knowledgeable about the process and systems that I have for it so again, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shes a strong little seedling , gonna give her a light does of Voodoo and B52 this week to see how she responds , going to be giving it at 1/4 strength . Other then that shes growing really well and has already started on her second set of leaves <3 I'd like to thank everyone thats stops into the diaries . Arrancó la floración. Las plantas se fueron bastante arriba, así que estas dos semanas voy a estar aplicando lst para manejar la altura y no estresar a las plantas en floración. Es una variedad de floración rápida y 90% indica, por lo que no espero un estirón muy fuerte. Por el momento elegí usar EMRO desde el principio, dado que la reacción de las plantas fue mejor que al bioestimulante en las aplicaciones foliares. El presupuesto no me dio para delta9 esta vez. Pero la próxima espero que si. De todos modos le tengo mucha fé a la combinación de los dos productos usados. Estaré actualizando. Es el 5to día de flora y las plantas vienen mostrando un estiramiento medido. Por suerte tengo lugar para manejar la altura. Pero aún así voy a tener que agrandar el depósito ya que cada 2 días debo agregar agua. 18 litros no son suficientes para este tamaño de plantas. Pero voy contento con los resultados. El bioestimulante que usé no es muy bueno. He visto mejores reacciones con delta 9. Día 7. Tuve que usar LST obligado para intentar poner las plantas a la misma altura. Al final la pequeña de atrás no prosperó demasiado, así que va a quedar ahí y sea lo que sea. Por el momento las yemas no se muestran tanto, pero eso es la falta de un bioestimulante de calidad. De todos modos por el momento los resultados son buenos y las plantas están fuertes y sanas. Ya estan a 20cm de las luces y voy a tratar de mantenerlas ahí o como muy cerca a 15cm. Mañana cambio el depósito y repetiremos las fórmulas con un poco menos de EMRO.

I started the flush with simple osmosis water, corrected with a PH of 6.1! I managed to increase the EC from 2.1 to 1.3, with about 4 liters per plant!! I was able to remove the excess water in the tank using a pump! I'm aiming for an EC between 0.1 and 0.5 for half of week 9, before letting them dry on the foot. In any case, there are fewer seeds in my flowers than I thought, I tried to remove a few seeds with tweezers, it worked for a few plants but the code red #1 didn't like it... some pieces of flowers dried a little and some trichromes matured faster!! 420Fastbuds FBT2311/Week5 What up grow fam. Sorry for the late weekly update but was having some technical difficulties. This week has been eventful to say the least. My heater went out letting my Temps drop to high 40'f for a night or two and wow did the plants tell me they're angry. Definitely starting to bounce back but just goes to show the reselants of Fastbuds genetics. I lollipoped and did one more defoliation this week so hopefully flower stage will be smooth sailing.
