Its clear at this point that Big Lemon is root bound bc i did not transfer her into 7gal w/One Shot. So, this week she is recovering from a calcium deficiency because my (now former) hydro store completely lagged on my 5 gal of Herc. Damn you , ZenHydro!!!! Hence, lots of sacrificed and cooked leaves, but of course the buds are fine 😎.

Another week closer.... I know I said it before but these girls have been a pleasure to grow...they are 23 days into budding and pushing out like crazy blowing up and stacking up..going to be some full girls. Nothing to really say everything is dialed in perfect, this week it was very hot out so my room got a little hotter... but no big deal the girls really didn't mind... Week 02 Introduction This week has been a bit of a struggle. Had my first experience dealing with slime and brown algae. But I think adding enzymes and increasing the beneficial bacteria helped to fix the issue. Also experienced nutrient burn for the first time. My nutrient solution strength got as high as 671 PPMs. So backed it down to about 430 PPMs during the end-of-week reservoir change. Also cut Hydroguard (expired?), CaliMagic, and Superthrive from this grow. Now she's still stunted, but is starting to recover. Hopefully... [START OF WEEK 02] Day 01 - Monday - 08/10/20 - Total Days: 008 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Still looks a bit yellow. But getting larger! --- Solution strength was at 248 PPMs. --- Just topped off with a bit of distilled water --- PH went up to 6.1 so PH'd down to 5.8 --- Ran the top feed for a bit to wet the hydroton. - [2130]: She's looking even more yellow now. --- Even the new leaves are really yellow. --- Decided to add more base nutes. --- Added 4ml of Sensi A --- Added 4ml of Sensi B --- Now at about --- Solution Strength went up to 304 PPM. --- PH was at 6, --- Also raised the water level a bit more. --- I really hope it's a nutrient deficiency and not an over-watering issue. --- Please live! Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/11/20 - Total Days: 009 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looking less droopy. But still yellow. --- Decided to do a reservoir change. --- 4.5gal of distilled water --- 8ml of Sensi Grow A --- 8ml of Sensi Grow B --- 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- 4ml of B-52 --- 4ml of CaliMagic --- 4ml of Hydroguard --- 4 drops of Superthrive --- PH'd down to 5.8 --- Solution strength: 302 PPM --- Since I didn't want to risk over-watering the rockwool, I did not to do a top feed, may do one tonight after the sleep cycle (lights are still set to go off at 10am and back on at 4pm). --- As I was doing a reservoir change, I noticed that the tubes and bucket were a bit slimy. Didn't really stink or anything. Is this normal? Maybe due to the Hydroguard and Voodoo Juice? --- I hope she gets better soon! - [2215]: Getting larger! But still yellow. --- Also can see a root growing through the net pot! Tiny little thing but it's there! Will have to start dropping water once more appear. --- After looking over a few DWC diaries using AN nutes, seems like my solution strength is still too low. Most around this stage average around 500 PPMs with about 4ml per gallon. --- Top fed for a minute to wet the top of the hydroton. --- Solution strength went down to 263 PPM. --- Added 8ml more of Sensi A --- Added 8ml more of Sensi B --- Now base nutes are at 16ml for 4.5 gal of water. --- PPMs went up to 411. --- Still lower than 500 PPMs, but that's okay. --- PH was at 6. Not sure if I should adjust PH using AN nutes. So going to not ajdust unless PH goes above 6.1. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/12/20 - Total Days: 010 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looks like more root growth! --- She still looks yellow. But leaves are perky. --- PH was at 6.2 so lowered down to 5.8. --- Solution strength was at 394 PPMs --- Since roots are still growing, I decide to lower the water level a bit. Now water level is a bit below the net pot. - [2200]: Root is getting longer! --- Slime is returning. Not sure why. --- Solution strength: 357 PPMs --- PH: 6.1 --- Decided to add an enzyme along with more beneficial bacteria to hopefully cure the slime. --- Added 16ml of Sensizym --- Added 5ml of Hydroguard --- Added 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- New solution strength: 430 PPMs --- New PH: 6.1 --- Top fed for a minute. --- This slimy residue is really freaking me out! I hope the added enzymes will help eliminate the slime. --- Going to do a full reservoir sterilization/nutrient change over the weekend. Please survive until then girl! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/13/20 - Total Days: 011 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: I think the enzymes worked! There is little to no slime now! --- Although I think the root was also dissolved in the process. It's now just a little stub sticking just below the net pot. The enzyme is also suppose to dissolved dead roots too but guess that root was too weak? Not sure what happened there. But I think the slime is cured! --- Solution strength went down to 395 PPMs. Decided to add more base nutrients. --- Added 8ml of Sensi A --- Added 8ml of Sensi B --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- Solution strength went up to 598 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.1 --- As long as the PH is between 5.5 and 6.3, I'm not going to use PH Up or Down. But still will monitor PH levels. - [1715]: Checked up on her after her nap and shes looking alive but stunted. But no slime! --- Decided to add some sugars to help maintain the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. --- Solution strength was at 587 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.2 --- Added 8ml of Bud Candy --- Solution strength went up to 671 PPMs. --- PH also went up to 6.3 --- Lowered water level a bit to hopefully promote more root growth. --- Top fed for a minute. --- She is getting bigger, but still looks yellow. Day 05 - Friday - 08/14/20 - Total Days: 012 ----------------------------------- - [0915]: Leaves look a little burnt on the tips. Still no slime. --- Going to back off on the PPMs to hopefully fix the nutrient toxicity. --- Solution strength was at 632 PPMs --- PH was at 6.3 --- Added/Removed water until PPMs were at 536. --- PH was still at 6.3 --- Raised water up a bit, then top fed for a minute. - [2200]: Looking better. Still yellow though. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 6.5 --- Added PH down. --- New solution strength: 518 PPMs --- New PH: 5.2 --- PH was kind of high. So decided to PH down. Had to use quite a bit to bring it down. But eventually got it to drop down to 5.3. A little low, but so far, the PH has always gone up so wanted to start it really low. --- Ran the top feed for a minute to re-saturate the top of the hydroton. Day 06 - Saturday - 08/15/20 - Total Days: 013 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: She looks stunted. leaves are still yellow. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 5.6 --- Top fed for a minute. --- Not sure what to do at this point. Going to do another reservoir change soon. Hoping she lives until then. - [2145]: Looking pretty much the same. --- A bit of slime has returned. Since I've been diluting the nutrient solution, the enzyme ratio has dropped. So I guess this is expected. --- Also noticed that slime build up was on the air-stones. Never really checked the stones so not sure how long that has been there. Looks brown too, which can't be good. --- Going to do an H202 sterilization of the system (minus the net pot) tomorrow so did not add anything. --- Lowered the water level to below the net pot. --- Then top fed for a minute. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/16/20 - Total Days: 014 ----------------------------------- - [0900]: STERILIZATION DAY! --- Decided to skip today's night cycle for a deep clean. --- I'm hoping that skipping a night cycle won't be too stressful. --- Temporarily moved her to a new bucket. --- Used about a half of gallon of straight distilled water to flush out the net pot. --- Drained the system and wiped up all the brown sludge. Also removed the air stones and cleaned up all the goo. --- Filled the system with 2 gallons of distilled water and at least 30ml of food grade hydrogen peroxide (35% strength). --- Yea its a lot, but since I'm not going to sterilize the system overnight, I went with a really high doseage. Basically I kept adding until I started to see little bubbles start to form. --- Then I ran the water pump. - [0915]: Boiled the air stones in tap water for about 10 min. Then reconnected them to the airlines. --- I let the air stones and hose soak in the sterilization solution for about 5 minutes so the peroxide can absorb into the stones. Then ran the air stone to help mix and agitate the solution. --- Occasionally, I'd repeat the process of turning the air pump off for a few minutes to let the stones soak. - [1000]: Covered the top two row of holes of the net pot with some aluminum tape. Hopefully this solves the light leaking in through the hydroton. - [1200]: Used an old toothbrush and scrubbed the pump clean. Then drained the system. --- Refilled with more distilled water and peroxide. Again added a lot. --- Ran system again to sterilize even more. - [1530]: Drained the system and refilled with distilled water to rinse. --- Ran the system for a few minutes, then drained and rinsed again. --- Did this a few more times over about an hour. - [1630]: Added 4 gallons of fresh distilled water. --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow A --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow B --- Added 12ml of B-52 --- Added 16ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 16ml Sensizym --- Solution strength was at 430 PPMs --- PH was at 5.6 --- I was going to add Hydroguard, but I think the bottle is expired. Since 2017 or 2018!? I think Hydroguard is good for up to 2 years from the date on the bottle or 6 months after opening. So not going to use from now on. I wonder if this could have contributed to the slime build up. --- Also removed the CaliMagic and Superthrive too. Going to only use AN products to eliminate the chance of incompatible nutrients. --- Placed her back in the bucket and top fed for a minute. --- Here's hoping for the best. Going to let it ride until morning! Please feel better! [END OF WEEK 02]

Die vierte Woche der Blüte hat begonnen. Der Platz im Zelt ist mehr als ausgeschöpft und die Pflanzen küssen fast die Lampe. Ich denke der Stretch ist vorbei, ich hoffe es zumindest. 🙏🏻 Diese Woche startet mit etwas Bio PK 5-8 von Biotabs. Die Blüten und die anliegenden Blätter fangen an zu glitzern. 💎 Ich habe dem Wassertank meines Autopot Systems einen Luftstein hinzugefügt. Wird das einen großen Effekt bringen? - keine Ahnung. Kann es schaden? - ich denke nicht.

This grow was educational. I had major problems not with just germination, but actually getting the seed to grow .... I am majorly pleased and happy over all... Her buds are super dank sticky icky... smells of fuel, citrus, earth, wood... visable THC/ Cannabinoid Crystal's all over her buds... her buds are THICK... MA2 definitely yielded more than MA1! But both plants very similar in "body type" she took longer than MA1, but shes definitely fatter... I can not wait to try this sexy hot mamma....

Day 117. Trim jail and heavy upload session for 24 hours at least. Don't like to keep photos, so ill upload each plant separately and will delete them. Phone camera is still cracked and off-focus, but they are all nice ! Day 121. Made even bubble hash, if Runtz was white and brownish when dried, Kalini Asias bubble went a bit redish/pinkish/brown after drying, you can easy see difference in colour between Kalini and Blue Dream in photo. Kalini + Blue Dream ended up in 14 g of bubble. Runtz made about 5, smoked it too quick to weight even ;) nice buzz and taste ! Day 128. #3 85, #2 87, #3 68. Buds are nice and closer to dense side, but again result was far from my expectations. This strain is really good, have just find the way to make her bulk, better lolitoping maybe ? .... Lost, but this strain is really really nice by taste and how she grew. Happy Growing !!!

A week with lots of activity from my side, from the Gorilla's side, not so much. She stays behind and I can't find any other reason than genetics/seed quality. She is in exactly the same conditions as the other girls. I'm letting her do her thing. She will give some weed, well see how much. Maybe she is a late-bloomer. She does look lush and healthy so we do not understand but are learning. I put in the scrog net since her roommates need it and lowered the lights and started giving more flowering feed. The light is still awesome, the amount it puts out. This SP- 3000 rocks and, wallet permitting, we will go for a second one. @MarsHydroLED might be so happy with the amount of coverage we give them, they'll send us another one 😏 If you haven't seen it yet and you are in the market for new gear, check out the Black Friday super sale on www.mars-hydro.com!! We are gonna see what happens coming weeks with this strain. So far I am a bit disappointed and didn't expect this from this strain. We will never know if it was the age of the seeds or something else. What I do know is, it was the last time I use a third party seedbank, it is apparently too hard to keep fresh stock with too many strains. Until breeders put a production date o the packaging. Isn't it time someone said that? Cause lets keep it real, we are talking seeds that in any other case would have a cost of production of fractions of cents per seed. We pay what? 3 to 5 to maybe even 20 dollars a seed for an exceptional strain? Is it then too much too ask to put a friggin expiry date on the package? Or store them cooled? The breeder that does that and arranges a deal with third-parties that overstock can be sent back, packaging recycled, in exchange for fresh stock. Like any other fresh trade. For an industry making what, a billion worldwide, it is remarkable how many are still in the stoner with a garage / 80's trailer park, backwater funfair warranty, kinda customer service. Me: i grow organic weed for 30 years, these seeds were old Seed dealer: Yes but you failed to do a raindance on the rising moon, no refund. Me: but its for cannabis? Weed industry: Yes why we charged you double! Me: wow no germination after paying 20 bucks for seeds? Industry: They are all stoners, they won't notice.... Me: but this bong is made from toxic plastics? Headshop: yeas but it has this crumbling image of a leaf, 20 dollar! Can they get their shit together? For god's sake, I've seen crack dealers with better PR and customer care. Someone do sumtin, take us out of the car boot era please?

Tag 63 - Beginn der 10 Woche. Die Blätter haben sich diese Woche leider weiter verschlechtert, Blätter vertrocknen und sterben ab, zudem kommt, dass ich an den einzelnen Blättern Anzeichen von Stickstoff oder Eisenmangel wahrgenommen habe. Deshalb habe ich den ph-wert weiter gesenkt um der Pflanze die Aufnahme der Nährstoffe zu erleichtern. Seit dem ich Mitte letzter Woche den pH-wert gesenkt habe, habe ich den Eindruck, dass das Blattsterben sich verlangsamt hat. Ich werde das weiter beobachten. Leider kann ich nach wie vor nichts gegen das übermäßige Licht und die Hitze an der Pflanzenspitze machen. Jedoch bin ich beeindruckt wie viele Fehler die Pflanze einem verzeiht, denn die Buds einwickeln sich weiterhin super, sind frostig und duften wahnsinnig süß! Ich bin weiterhin gespannt wie sie sich die nächste Zeit macht und werde weiterhin mein bestes geben um ihr den Stress zu reduzieren. Gedüngt wurde an Tag 58 der letzten Woche. Nährstofflösung: 1 ml/l - Sensi Cal-Mag Xtra Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - Big Bud Advanced Nutrients 1 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B.

Maybe the last week? I'm watching the hairs and plenty of white hairs remaining. Buds don't look "ready", not even worth scoping. I'm on the flush, was running "Flawless Finish" but switched to straight water. I'll also be watching the leaves for yellowing as the nutrients begin to be used up by the plant.

12/16 MONDAY!! I nearly died from all the work yesterday........ Got ALL 7 ......but... I have never put spouts in dirt before....It took 6 hours to get the new tent setup for some reason and the tails got too long on the seeds........I didn't prepare right....did everything in one day instead of....well shreck..... New tent is AWESOME, CannaKan is AWESOME.... Re-using dirt AWESOME. I might be a little retarded. 🎉👍3am!! 4am!! 11am looks good. CBD not sure yet and one other but still the best Ive done so far! I had a seed from Dark Devil Auto by Sweetseeds that also didn't lose its shell on its own. I got that one off and it grew just fine. 1217 7am Just finished SEED SURGURY!!!🚨 Successfully!!!!!!!!! removed a stuck seed AND the impossibly thin skin coating preventing the sprout from opening!!! 9am looks great. 12pm ALL are GO!!!! I didn't get Gorilla Zkittlez planted right but she's coming around. 100 per cent success..... CANNAKAN Changes everything. As I get better at this I will be able to grow more plants. I get more enjoyment from growing lots of smaller different plants, I can do that so much easier now. IMPORTANT.... I ONLY buy dirt that is sealed airtight and made for INDOOR HERB, or lavender dirt. Sunrise Soil Herb is the best, I cant find it on amazon now. So CannaKan, Sunrise Soil Indoor Herb, and the best seeds in the world....WOW!!! 2pm CBD is looking great, but.....Garlic Muffin #3 must have hit something in the dirt maybe old nutrients, but I dont think she's going to make it. Maybe though. 12/18 12 am Garlic Muffin died....... Im going to do 2 more plants today. Probably Critical Kush to replace it. 11am. They are looking great!! I only lost 1. I didn't get them in the dirt soon enough, the one that died. Lesson learned. So excited I started a new grow!!! Fast Flowers this time. The new Spider Farmer Tent will be perfect for that, CannaKan what a difference!!!!! 12/19 1am All are looking great 12/20 4pm WOW they are all doing great!!!!

Started this week out by super cropping the plant right above the fourth node. The next day the plant was pointed towards the light again, and after a few days I had to tie the top down or it would have been standing up straight again. Watering with 1L every 2-3 days.

Decreased the light intensity from 50% to 40% 10-9 Temps: 19 to 24.2 degrees Humidity: 51% to 58% Watering: Both 500 ml. Dry Weight #1 3.2 kg. #2 3.4 kg. 11-9 Temps: 16.5 to 22.5 degrees Humidity: 50% to 62% Watering: Both 500 ml. Dry Weight #1 3.4 kg. #2 3.6 kg. 12-9 Temps: 18.5 to 23.6 degrees Humidity: 50% to 55% Watering: Both 500 ml. Dry Weight #1 3.5 kg. #2 3.9 kg. 13-9 Temps: 19.9 to 23.1 degrees Humidity: 49% to 59% Watering #1: 1000 ml. #2: 500 ml. Raised the light to 65 cm distance of the top canopy. She grows a bit every week. Can't wait for take off. I had a hard time dialing in the environment, but now she is doin much better.

The runtz are about 45cm start of this week and the tall LCC is 75cm. She is also further into flower, but did not spread out so much in the tent. RAK seems to be very good with high PPFD, for the LCC they need a bit less I can feel.
