The Apple Betty babies have gone through a lot this week 😬After a couple of days of LST, I let them recover for a few days. Once they were looking perky again, I decided to top all three. Day 31 - topped the girls after some deliberation. I had been undecided, ultimately figured that it was best for my situation, whether or not I decide to use my DIY scrog screen. For those unsure of when to top, 5 nodes or true leaf sets seems to work for me. Find the shoot at the very top, make sure it’s got some small shoots on either side started, and snip! It’s that easy. Topping will disrupt the hormones being distributed through the plant instead of the top, and force your plants energy and growth to the lower branches. Not to mention you will now have two main tops growing instead of one 😎 Give the plants some time to recover before doing anything major again, and you should he able to see your plants get bushier instead of taller. Once they were topped I bent and worked all the stems and branches between my fingers making sure to get all of them. As you can tell from the main stalk, the twisting and bending works, she thicc already! I also put their wire ties back on and bent all three over as far as I could get them to go comfortably before feeling like they would snap. This was a lot of stress for these girls, but they have shown they have a great stress response, and recover quickly. Hello, This week has been relatively calm, there has not been a big change before I do a watering with fertilizer every other time and I noticed that the new leaves at the top with the tips a little burnt so I will reduce the quantities of fertilizer instead of watering once in two I will water once in three with fertilizer. This week there was watering again. Temperatures range from 30° during the day to 19° at night. Next week there will be more photos. see you soon

I finally changed the photoperiod, and I'm very happy with how everything has gone. The last flush watering worked well to get the plant back to a fresh start with the flowering fertilizers.

Lamp has changed. Veg stage is on, so 600W lamp is placed to be in the tent and the watering is 2 x 15 ml 2 x a day so 30 ml water per plant. Ventilation goes on at the same time like the lamp does. These girls grow so fast. They started smelling as well. Light schedule is 20 hours on and 4 hours off. Ventilation is the same hours when the lamp is on the ventilation is on as well. When lamp is off I leave the ventilation on 15 min more. Fertilization will start also on Monday, Wednesday, Friday the same amount of water with bat guano mix. I will be back after 2 weeks from my holiday.

Day 55 flower (day 109 since sprout). These girls are just getting nicer and nicer every week. I'm going to let them go for probably one more week since the temp and humidity has been really nice for them lately. The fade has really come in this past week and the flowers smell amazing. I'm getting a smell of berries and black licorice from them. Each plant got a 0.3L dose of recharge this week.

La Kosher Kush de la derecha abajo, tiene las hojas más finas y es más alta, las otras 3 Kosher Kush tienen las hojas más gruesas, la del medio abajo tiene un poco de color morado en el apical. Las Kandy Kush se parecen bastante, un poco más altas la de los laterales, pero se las ve bastante bien. Las Lemon Krystal son pequeñas y no se nota mucho, pero la del centro izquierda, tiene las hojas un poco más anchas. Si os fijáis en la de abajo izquierda, tiene una planta pequeñita al lado que es la anterior 1024 que se quedo una ahí en la tierra y la otra la saqué y la puse en una maceta de cactus, que también ha germinado, pero les ha costado, por eso están fuera y tenemos las Lemon Krystal, en el próximo trasplante, la sacare y la pondré en alguna maceta por el patio. Se han trasplantado a maceta de 6L.

I am not happy with this strain, but I blame myself, I dried it to quick, allowed a lot of airflow in the dry closet when I should of kept the airflow as minimal as possible, slower you dry the bud, the better the result when it it comes to bud size, aesthetics, aroma, smoothness and when smoking it, the taste on your pallet will be fantastic. However I am hopeful when I bake this strain, I will be amazed 😇

Whats up yall! We're here at the end of week 6 in flower! Some rearranging and formula shifts have occured as we head into the final push of flower. 7 plants are being fed 3.6/1.5/1.5/0 part B while the others continue the Jacks full strength plus 1.2 MKP. I have also began giving recharge and molasses to the plants every 10 days instead of 21 - I've read/watched/listened to some people and it sounds like more microbes can be good and at worst, not harmful. At this time, GDP seems to be first up with Platinum OG or Purest Indica on deck. Permanent Marker and Bag Seed [to be named] should be next and finally Pineapple Express #3. They're all at least 2 weeks away from harvest/flush and I will be monitoring trichome development closely to determine a target harvest day. The remaining 5 need closer to 4+ weeks before they're ready to be chopped. Things are looking good and are moving along very steadily! I cannot wait for the end of the month! Seedlings are doing well! The 1 that is about 4 days older is showing good growth. I’ve been able to keep the humidity high enough and haven’t overwatered them yet! They are getting about a cup of water, starting with the outside rim and working my way in. This is about every third day or so. Not much else, it’s been an easy week. Happy Gardening 👊🇨🇦❤️

Week 3 of my soon-to-be purple ladies! 😻 Everything was going well but I noticed these issues: - The girl on the back is stretching waaaaay more and is less "leafy" than her sister. Perhaps she has more sativa in her DNA? - Leaves on both girls love to twirl around, specially on the girl on the front. - The stem on both girls is still weak and the girl on the front no longer needs the extra help she needed! Weather where I live is getting colder for some odd reason (it should be the opposite, damn!) and the "purple" is... perhaps starting to show a little? Commencing Week 7: day 43 on January 12th Today I left the dirty girls (I call them that because they are in soil 😋) out of the tent for their first time in their lives to hang out with some new girlfriends (my photoperiod s). They seem very happy to be hanging out with them 👍👍 The other day I took one of my personal photoperiod Crosses and pollinated one of the bottom flowers of the bloody skunk, hopefully seeds will be coming soon :-) Today I started thinking about how much longer they have left and it seems the bloody skunk is nearing the finish Line already. In the beginning of this diary I wanted to achieve the goal of getting some autoflower seeds by taking one of the syrup strains and cross breeding it but none of my syrups strains made it from seed for some reason. So now I'm thinking about taking the top bud off of bloody skunk in the next week or two and letting the rest of the plant go through rodelization so I may still achieve that goal. We shall see.
