Day 82 approximately one week give or take till harvest. Still not seeing much amber but I guess it’ll start soon. This is only my second ever grow so I’m still learning as I go. Buds are dense and sticky.

it grows so fast. The lower leaves are shaded and away from the light. So I cut them as the plant gets taller I really don't have a good setup to be able to clean my roots. I tried this week anyway. I watered each pot with 2L (not enough I think :/) of water at 450PPM PH: 7 then after I gave 1L of water at 900PM PH: 5.5. There was a big puddle in the room afterwards. But it wasn't that hard to clean up after all. Gave her an xtreme gardening tea with Be1 and Be2 added. Also threw in some seafuel from bloom yellow. The plant is looking amazing and is blowing up like crazy. Everyday I notice more growth. And I just got a new light that should be here today so I'm super stoked. The cover crop is a pain in the ass but growing this with fungus and microbes in the pot is amazing and the plant loves it. Next round I'll buy a bigger pot and amend the soil so I'll be more set flower without adding so much in teas and waterings. This is my learning run. And all is good ✌️.

Exciting news my Lemon Haze Auto has officially entered her flowering phase!🌱 She's also started stretching, although so far it's mainly the main stem that's showing significant growth.💚 This week, I also adjusted the nutrient schedule with Biobizz fertilizers to better match her new needs during flowering. 🌿 She's looking healthy and strong, and I’m really curious to see if the side branches will catch up or if the focus stays on one big central cola. 🌞 Let's see where this journey goes! 👀✨

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. 11/6 Monday I gave them each a gallon of water today late bloom supplements, and the bloom tastic I’m gonna put the other ones in the flower soon so these I’m gonna keep going. The Tricom are all mostly clear so I like to go a little longer. We’ll see how much I can get out of these. The other clones going are doing really well train those today. I have three more clones. I’ll be putting into flower today. 11/7 I turned the light on the light flowering ones from 1:20 to 111. I’m trying to get the temperatures a little lower than the extra light isn’t gonna help. I just have trouble keeping the room cool. I’ll put the other three clones into flower this week and then I have three additional clones from those clones I’m going to put into flower next month, I love taking cuttings and doing that. I’m lucky that I did it because I killed all of my seeds early this year. It’s nice to have back up plants. Afternoon. I ended up having to give them another gallon of water split between the two of them. I did very light supplements cause I just did it, but she was completely dry and they needed all that I was kind of surprised. 11/8 Wednesday she’s been pretty uneventful since watering yesterday. I’m just trying to get her colas nice and big I have three others that are ready to go into flower. I still haven’t taken care of space panda. I just can’t manage more than four or five plants at once so these two are going to nice I’ve already smoked some of it and it’s great and it’s not even cured the buds are really dense that new nutrient really made a big difference I want to go at least as big as I can with the colas. I don’t grow for the trichome color I just do it as long as I can to see how much I can get 11/9 I did some unexpected trimming. I got an ounce and a half wet and there’s stems in there so it’ll probably I don’t know little less than a half. It’s pretty dense. Turned a wattage on the light down from 118 to 103 about 100 is all she need from here on now since I did a lot of trimming today 11/10 trimming the leaves and some buds off and lowering the lights has helped a lot she’s starting to really thicken up on the top. They’re very dense and getting more dense. They seem to be taking up water really well so these last three weeks should see some pretty significant growth. They’re looking great, I have three more to turn to flower and then three more in veg I’m gonna have blackjack growing for a long time. I started this plant back in March and I’ve been able to keep it going and get eight plants from it so from one plant made up for all the other plants and seeds that died that I lost . 11/10 pm I set the timer on the other three clones to 1212 so they will start flowering so I’ll have flowers from these in two months. I’m gonna trim up all the small branches on this one. Maybe I can fit more in there 11/11 I watered them two days in a row earlier in the week so they were still pretty dry today. Not a lot of water uptake the other clones. I just flipped to 1212 I’ll probably start a new diary just with those cause this one’s too hard to do with a different clones in different phases 11/12 Sunday she was very thirsty. I gave them each a gallon of water with all the nutrients and supplements. Keep the light at 100 W and she’s good.

20/3/2020: Finally Im gonna try with LST because of im growing indoors in night and outdoors during day and the artificial light will be much more efficient with this technique. Probably I will let Lemon Haze grow naturally , at least at the starting. Stay tunned !!
