π Cultivation Diary: The 12/12 Flip & Transition Week

June 5, 2026 (Veg Day 17)
Irrigation/Reservoir: Prepared a full 100L reservoir refresh.
Nutrients: Kept the feeding aggressive with a double dose of vegetative nutrition (x2 Nutrient formula) to ensure the root zones and plant tissues are fully stocked with elements before the transition.
Canopy Observation:the canopy is thick, uniform, and fully occupying the table space. The trellis net is officially filled out, and the lower branches are strong and rigid.

June 6, 2026 (Day 1 of Flower / Bloom Week 1)
The Flip: Officially switched the timers to a 12/12 photoperiod (Lights ON at 6:00 PM / Lights OFF at 6:00 AM).
Schedule: First irrigation shot triggers exactly 1 hour after lights on (7:00 PM), followed by a shot every 1.5 hours.
Volume: Configured the drip stakes to run for 1 minute per shot, delivering 5 shots total per day. This provides roughly 450ml per plant per day, creating excellent target dry-backs overnight to force vigorous root searching.

June 11, 2026 (Day 6 of Flower / Bloom Week 1)
Irrigation/Reservoir: Bumped reservoir capacity up to 110β120L to keep up with increased transpiration as the plants begin their post-flip stretch.
Nutrient Recipe (TargetingpH 6.0 EC 2.5
Water: 110β120L
Athena Cleanse: 120ml
Silica: 220ml (Essential for stem strength during the stretch)
CalMag: 10ml
Athena Bloom: 600ml (Adjusting base to target 1.2β1.3 EC from Bloom component)
Athena Core: 400ml
Irrigation Adjustments: Increased the shot duration slightly to 1 minute and 15 seconds to match the accelerating growth pace.
The early flowering stretch has officially begun. The tops are noticeably pushing past the trellis net layers, and the node spacing remains tight and stacked. Leaf color is an excellent dark green with healthy, bright yellow-green shoots driving upward at the growth tips. No signs of stress or stalling from the schedule shift.

RSV11 grew really well. She has some big musky smelling colas on her. Lots of sagging in the branches from the weight. She has a musky earthy smell. Nice layer of frost as well. This is a great strain from a great seed company in Canada, 34 street seeds. I have had great results from germination to harvest with their strains and these Cookies are no different. Nice tight nugs, some great tasting hard hitting smoke π¨
They grew easily enough, no disease or weirdness that couldnβt be solved by proper NPK. This would be a great strain for beginners looking for an easy harvest, with some good bud to show. I definitely did not maximize the potential of this strain this go around, but I still have 2 seeds from the 5 and it will make it back to my garden again. β€οΈπ¨π¦ππ¨

What's up, GrowDiaries fam! π Welcome back to another update! π
She is well into the flowering stage now and putting on a beautiful show! As you can see in the pictures, she's staying relatively compact in her smaller pot but making absolute the most of it.
πΏ Development & Structure:
Look at those beautiful white pistils standing straight up! βοΈ The bud sites are really starting to stack and multiply at every node. Iβve still got her tied down with the green garden wire around the rim of the pot this LST has been crucial for keeping her canopy opened up so the light can penetrate deep down to those lower branches. Sheβs got a great, bushy structure going!
Update: the run off with crazy hight 8900ppm ?β οΈ she was basically in salty sea, I had to water them with just water until the run off went down to 800.
π§ Nutrient & Water Log:
She is eating and drinking at a great pace right now. The foliage is a mostly deep, rich green. We do have some red/purple stems showing up and a tiny bit of yellowing/spotting on a couple of the older lower fan leaves, but nothing major to stress over. I'm just keeping her dialed in, making sure the pH is on point so she can focus all her energy on fattening up those buds! π½οΈπͺ
βΊ Environment & Health:
Overall health is solid and she is loving the tent conditions. Airflow is great, and sheβs starting to produce that lovely, sweet sticky aroma. Plus, Iβve got the trusty tattooed Kewpie dolls keeping a close watch over her from the shelf in the background! πΆπ You can see she's sharing the space with a younger sibling in the back, but she is definitely the star of the show right now.
Can't wait to watch these colas really start to swell and get frosty over the next couple of weeks.

An Tag 70 geerntet und im ganzen getrocknet. Die Budstruktur ist wie schon erwΓ€hnt, eigenartig. Zwischenzeitig erinnerte sie mich an Dr. Grinspoon in Purple.
Der Geruch ist phΓ€nomenal und das Ergebnis ist auch respektabel.

Start of week 5...
Looking back at the first few weeks of veg, i never imagined that they would thrive this good in week 5 already!

Whole of week 4 i worked on my climate control automation.
I will keep the set up for atleast a week.

Topped another one ( 5/6 is topped)
Cut just a couple of leaves. The crusty ones that did not receive light and the ones casting shadows over my lovely budsights.

Humidity a bit higher during night because of watering, turned the temp up to match the VPD.

π½π29/9 I am happy how you thrive, but they need some pruning/defoliation as soon as they have recovered from the stress training.
π½π30/9 Did some defoliation, decided to flip to flower after their recovery.
π½π1/10 They had a case of empty humidifier, resulting in high vpd for 7hours.

This week went great sofar just had a little fright when i saw a gaint grasshopper completely chewed of a whole bud for no reason just bit the stem right off i removed it by hand because i dont want to use pesticides .... anyway im reveging some of the clones and keeping some to spray silver and make some seeds

hey Guys, I've been away for 2 week and luckily a trusted friend of mine came almost daily to check the situation and add a pre mixed solution I made before leaving and fix the ph.
when i came back I could not believe what happened in the grow box, before living i made a scrog net and positioned it about 15cm above the plant, when i came back the plant grew at least 4x!!
i set up the room where the grow box is so I have now the perfect environment!!π
the girl is now drinking at least 3/4 liters of water per day.
As you can see from the pics she's super healty.
did some heavy defoliation a few times.

Week 7 of flower for the Banana Purple Punch auto from Fast Buds ππ
She grew fast with a beautiful color,for the nutrient 4ml/L terra bloom & 1ml/L power buds & Green sensation 1ml/L from Plagron one more time then only plain water π§
All the top buds are ready for harvest

While we're not huge on autoflower plants, this one turned out really nice, not a huge yield, maybe just over an Oz dry but her bag appeal can't be beat.. we may actually grow this strain again but probably outdoors, our autos always seem to preform better in the garden. This cross between Cherry Pie and Chemdawg and do-si-dos It smells vaguely like brain cake. However, chempie has a stronger aroma than brain cake. strong terpenes of linalool, and the smoke was quite harsh and powerful with each hit. The nicest form and most substantial buds in this crop

So, we had an amazing week, the Runtz grow of 10 extra cm during the flowering stretching , the buds are getting rich of fuzzy withe pistils, and the smell it's getting much stronger,
from the second node starting from the bottom, both the branches had split creating 2 heads on the same branch, I've never see something like this before.
As you can see from the picture the lower buds are flowering a bit slower than the ones on top, now it's kind difficult take some pics since the plant grow so much!

sorry for not updating the last two weeks, I was out for holiday π
the plant is overall looking good, some yellowing leaves I guess for the normal aging and some to other who experienced a little bit of K deficiency.
since I have bought Big Bud I guess the issue should decrease.
now I water with:
3 ml x L big bud
3 ml x L bio bloom
3 ml x L top max
a table spoon of silica
3 ml x L cal mag
flowering definitely showing up, a little bit of smell it can be perceived when close to the plant, i would say one more month to go, maybe some week more, if the weather is nice... we will see, let's hope in a warm fall
