This plant was not to bad in terms of lst needs and defoliating needs as much as the other ones. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. They have not done well at all and may not make it. can only hope for the next few weeks they pull through. Had to get rid of the Ice Cream Cake. The Mimosa & Unicorn Shoes is growing quite nicely.

Asi vienen este transcurso de semana, ya tratamos de bajar Ec de a poco e incorporamos el aditivo overdrive para el engorde final. Tiene mucha resina, y un olor a uva con diesel. Una maravilla, tratamos de mantener un vpd estable entre 1.2 y 1.3 kpa, ya estamos en la recta final

Every other day I'm checking to make sure none of the fan leaves are blocking light. If I find a leaf that is, I have trimmed it. So far I think I've trimmed 6 or 7 fan leaves. Buds are starting to pop up just about everywhere. I've kept to the same watering regimen, and nutrient amount. I can sure smell her now tho, and I love it.

Everything so far so good Blue cheese on the left Sweet zz on the right, RQS recommend with the blue cheese to LST during week 3 so decided I’d just do it on the sweet ZZ aswell. Never trained a plant before think it went well tho.

(11/25-12/01) Hope everyone enjoys the daily progressions of overhead and side profile (Organized Chaos) Unfortunately they have too much of a toll for me to keep up with with 3 sets of grows going now, so this was the last week I am doing them on this set. I will try to add a video and black back or cover pics by end of week every week. Week 3 Notes & Observations: As mentioned last week, Plant 1 remains the supreme plant now and is producing nice stretch in the node spacing but is still showing a different type of leaf shape than plant 2. No issues from the mainline topping and they seem to be going okay. I will be topping again this weekend for the second of 3 total topping sessions. This topping will be 2 tops off the ends of the last and will produce 4 main colas. **OOPS** was being a little too aggressive in my HST while trying to set the mainline on both plants today. P1 was just a little rip of the skin, I taped her up and suspect she will be fine. However, on P2, I nearly snapped the whole branch off. I taped it and crossed my fingers hoping it works out in a week or two, but have serious doubts it will be able to mend such a large break. We'll see because I am posting ALL of the grow, the good and the bad. VPD and PPFD: This week I will hold the humidity in the tent to about 70-75% and temps will be monitored for 70- 75F daytime and 66-71F overnight. Im not adjusting my lights and look to control them 350ppfd max. Meaning slight increase over last week but mostly just growth increase. Feed & Monitor: ***All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios of each feed will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 2. Bloom Mix recipe will be noted in this top message of the week that I make it.*** Day 28 (last feed was day 22) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, P1 weighed 15lbs 12oz and P2 was 15lbs 4oz before feed. Each plant got 1 gallon of de-chlorinated tap water with 300ppm Veg Mix concentrate added (recipe on week 2 and makes 1 gallon at about 3600 to 4000ppm concentrate to dilute each feed, i.e. I only fed 300ppm above the purified water ppm this feed) The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.0ph to combat the original higher runoff ph from the first runoff feed. After feed P1 weighed 22lbs 3oz (21lbs 2oz after last feed) and P2 weighed 21lbs 14oz (20lbs 14oz after last feed). I got about 5cups of runoff on P1 (9 cups last feed) and 5 cups on P2 (7 cups last feed) . Runoff for P1 ph was 6.45 with 1170ppm (6.45ph with 980ppm last feed) and P2 was 6.45 with 1230ppm (6.45 with 1130ppm last feed). Top soil tested at: P1 6.35,6.3,6.33,6.33 for an avg of 6.327 (6.497 avg after last feed) and P2 tested at 6.47,6.37,6.26,6.51 avg 6.402 (6.46avg after last feed) - next feed will be 6.3ph as Im liking where the ph is so I dont see any issues, but will continue to monitor this way. Day 34 (last feed was day 28) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. 1st Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz. Before feeding this time, P1 weighed 14lbs 14oz (15lbs 12oz before last feed) and P2 was 14lbs 7oz before feeding (15lbs 4oz before last feed). Each plant got 1.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water with 98ppm Veg Mix concentrate added to flush any salt builds in the soil (recipe on week 2 and makes 1 gallon at about 3600 to 4000ppm concentrate to dilute in each feed, i.e. I only fed 98ppm above the de-chlorinated tap water ppm this feed) Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am starting a 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 1.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) to each plant's feed then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.3ph. I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. (a practice I may consider a new feeding standard) After feed, P1 weighed 21lbs 9oz (22lbs 3oz after last feed) and P2 weighed 21lbs 7oz (20lbs 14oz after last feed). I got about 11cups of runoff on P1 (5 cups last feed) and 11 cups on P2 (5 cups last feed). Higher runoff volume was expected with the feed volume increase for flush this round. Runoff for P1 ph was 6.65 with 838ppm (6.45 with 1170ppm last feed) and P2 was 6.60 with 879ppm (6.45 with 1230ppm last feed). Top soil tested at: P1 6.58,6.57,6.58,6.67 for an avg of 6.600 (6.327 avg after last feed) and P2 tested at 6.47,6.61,6.64,6.64 to avg 6.590 (6.402 avg after last feed) - next feed will be 6.0ph as I'm still liking where the ph is, but rather see it closer to 6.3 or 6.4 top and bottom. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit and I will continue to monitor runoff ppms as I expected this to be higher with more runoff. F week 3. It gets really bushy. I had to do a second defoliation. At this point everything seems to go well.

What a start to the week... Finally got the auto water and auto drainage set up. First time testing it, I accidentally unplugged the wrong cord and my entire 8 gallon resovoir drained into the 4 plants in less then one minute... THANK GOD FOR COCO. Switched the lights from my T5 to the Mars Hydro 3000 LED. PAR is reading between 500-550 (not sure if the light is just bright or the leaves are showing signs of nutrient deficiency, but they seem much lighter in color). Did my first pruning to give the undergrowth more light. Banana is still not growing like it once was. Might bring down the base nutrients and increase the calmag and nitrogen... thoughts? 2/7 Day 28 Update. Since Scrog, Traunwreck has doubled in size. may need to get two LEDS and put more space between the plants by using the entire tent. Banana is starting to regain growth and structure ( I think it being so bushy, the leaves underneath weren't getting the light they needed on top of the bending most likely pinched or stubted other leaves growth. GSC wasn't meant to be topped and not even sure I did it right but it finally had a decent new top growth and I accidentally snapped it. We shall see if this creates two stems thst shoot out or not. G13 has shown signs from Day One it was a different strain than the rest. Thinner leaves that curl more than the others (must be nutrient issue), but really liking how the canopy is shaping out with this one

This girl went beyond the height limit, stretched too far, hitting the top of the tent. I had to do a hst on two buds; I'm not a big fan of high-stress techniques and I've never needed to do this before, so I hope everything goes well and this girl doesn't become a hermaphrodite...🤞

📆 Semana 11 El cultivo entra en su fase final con el inicio del lavado de raíces, marcando el cierre definitivo del ciclo. Las plantas presentan un estado completamente maduro, con cogollos muy duros, densos y bien compactados, con el peso ya totalmente asentado. La resina se mantiene en su punto máximo, con tricomas mayoritariamente lechosos y presencia de ámbar en aumento progresivo, afinando el momento exacto de corte. Los pistilos están prácticamente todos oxidados, confirmando la maduración completa. Durante esta semana, la planta reduce al mínimo su actividad y comienza a depender totalmente de sus reservas internas, lo que acelera el fade en las hojas y mejora la limpieza del perfil final de sabor y combustión. El sistema se centra en el acabado final de terpenos, resina y estructura, dejando el cultivo listo para cosecha en su punto óptimo. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

I know you shouldn't really be defoliating when auto plants are in flower but I had to clear a path for airflow around the bottom of the plant because humidity is high because of the summer months apart from that she is going from strength to strength couldn't be happier would definitely grow Dutch passion again

Look what I did to my girl, poor lady. But i'm sure she will bounce back, but with all that leaf shit It's hard to properly tie them down. So i broke off a total of 2 branches (yellow tape) and managed to attach one back to it. Otherwise she took all the stress LIKE A CHAMP - yet. We'll see. To be honest, i was quite lazy with her the last days, it was pretty stressful but look at her, she is basically growing herself! As long as you can cool it, have some sort of system to change water and some, basic nutrients and ph- DWC is the easiest system for me, 100% Look at the roots and i did not fill up the reservoir for like half a week, so a lot of it wsd exposed to air for a longer time still she is growing and growing. Two more weeks and i might have a problem with her in flower, because she will drink so much water the reservoir won't hold a long time haha. Almost forget, i need to add either more fertilizer /ml or give extra calmag. will probably do both kekw Cheers guys! (whoever reads this, this is your sign, get high 👌)

This week they have grown super, but unfortunately they are getting lighter. 3 days ago I added another 1 g per liter of GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Grow substrate, as they still remain a bit in the veggie. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to release the nutrients. Whatever the reason, that still not all trips are elemened 🤬. I've only seen some before, and treated directly with neem oil so that it finally has a rest ☺️. Entering pre-flowering. Calix and pistils appear, beginning of alternating growth, very stretchy. RG has grown a lot and well, the training made her very bushy, as I wanted it to be. Lots of beautiful branches now have space to form beautiful buds. From now on I will let the main cola grow and stop to bend the main stem. Still no need 4 feed. 🤙👋

8.3. - Last week for last two plants. These Fritters look really tasty and buds are hard as real apples 🍏 This week I won't use any nutrients, just pure water. Watered 💧 11.3. - Plants have been in dark for last two days and without watering. Considering that I'll harvest today as my next seeds are already soaked in water. 8.3. - 14.3.2024
