Hi Gromies, well sometimes I can be my own worst enemy seems I defoliated ( actually I'll blame the apprentice Urban grow cat 😺) He defoliated a little to much, it's hard to get good help these days! Anyway she got a bit of light burn directly under light bulb area. A mix of to much defoliation & I also turned light up to super lumen setting & being lazy I hadn't hooked the extraction fan & ducting up to the light ( it's an air cooled light shade) pump air from outside tent through sealed light shade & exhaust it outside. I hooked that up & raised the light around 20 cm & all is good now, some burnt leaves. She is bouncing back & grown more leaves. It may have slowed Bud development a little! I changed light cycle to 12.5 hours of darkness 11.5 hrs on to try & kick her into gear , fool her into thinking the season is coming to an end with shorter daylight hours. I may increase dark period a little more bit by bit, experiment a little, I've read of other growers who give plants less light around week 6 till harvest. She is getting a faint lemony smell. Lollipoped some of the smaller secondary branches, any tips low down not receiving much light & don't look like they will get much bigger, other than that I'm leaving her alone, probably just try & seperate any close growing colas so we don't get any Bud rot. 4th week done, have some kind of deficiency that I'm not 100% sure on. Keeping an eye on PH more and making sure it stays a little higher. Started adding silicone as heavy buds was starting to make colas lean

This #42 and #40 plants from Ganja Farmer Seeds where the best out of them all, this is a bias review though as they where not all grown in the same bucket system as these two and thus could not grow to their true potential. The bugs where solid rock hard and crystaly They are true keepers if your wanted a good performing auto for shits and giggle outdoors. The major downside is how easily they got pests and how the pests preferred them over the other weed plants. this is a bit concerning to me and makes me wonder why. Bonus material- my cannabutter pics. No smoke report for a while but I can give you an edibles report in a few hours 😂 Plant #1 suffered gravely and thus was harvested early, dried, and turned into beaaautiful butter/edibles hehe. The rest of it is box drying and I'll be doing the same with that. The top of the plant (first harvest of sorts, after bud rot discovered) was 49g dry, not inc ofc what was binned. I'll let you know the dry weight of the rest but no point giving you a smoke report. She was cut early and suffered a looooot The purple lemonade began as the underdog and quickly took over as my #1 babe. It was far more resilient to environmental conditions and changes- and let's not forget that they went through a hurricane with me and power out for a few days! I don't find her strong on the nose at all despite how big some of her buds are, and how frosty. Very piney, and that dominates everything else. Very excited to see what terps come out more in the cure though- I hear great things about this strain. She was cut today and is hanging in a dark closet with small fan, RH 65% and temp 22c. I did not take a wet weight, but she's heavy. Super looking forward to smoking this one, after a few more weeks of TLC... Sigh. Always we try to wait haha. It is a lot airier than I thought it was going to be, so most of it ended up as shake for edibles or something. I ended up with 38g of big bud, 33 of smaller, and over 40g of larf and shake. Even the big buds are airy though, not dense at all. A little disappointing for sure, but I made a lot of mistakes so it isn't a surprise. It is now in jars with humidity packs and I'll report back in a couple of weeks or so with a smoke report :)

OK, im doing an update now becouse my breakup cake is going tranny!!(hermie) I already have noiticed she was not growing as strong .. but u can blame that on anything , especially when growing outdoor.. but this morning i saw that she was g(r)oing 'bananas'!😢 I have put her aside from the rest (in the back of garden) but think gonna have to terminate her asap!..(and i will, right after this post👍) The weed she will give will be filled with seeds and those seeds will be hermies too, so wothless.. and if i dont throw her away quick she can infect the rest. So goodbye breakup cake..😢 who wants to eat a cake when they are breaking up anyway..😒 (just hiding my pain with lame humour 😳) happy growing for all ✊

Been watering every 2 days and, as you can see, we have white pistils and small buds in every plant Not much to say, the ladys are green, stretching and growing buds as it should Yesterday i’ve defoliated one of the critical + 2.0 clone and next week I’m going to defoliate the rest of the plants. Just wanted to test when it is better to do the defoliation so it’s kind of an experiment Tell me what do you think of how this is going

Hi people! Well? Here comes the week before the harvest. 2203, 2205 and 2206 are ready for harvest. I washed them off today. as for 2204, this girl started flowering a week and a half later than the others, so she will stand for another 2 weeks. now in order. 2203, my favorite! she is the tallest of them all. and probably the most productive. because the buds are just huge. and they are not fluffy and soft as it may seem in the photo. they are incredibly tough. This variety has been different from the rest since its birth. she quickly gained height and soared up to 160cm! from the beginning I thought it would be 100% sativa dominant! literally everything was about it. leaf size and shape. structure of branches and inflorescences. BUT! when it began to bloom and take on the shape of buds, I hesitated in my conclusions.)) perhaps this is still a hybrid with sativa. We will know about it exactly after the harvest. Smell: Banana scent is very strong. This is probably the only fragrance that I don't doubt. there are also notes of flowers, and something sour and bitter at the same time. my nose is not good enough to pick out all the flavors that this wonderful variety has to offer. but definitely the smell is fruity and sweet with an admixture of mustard. 2204 this is a very unusual variety. during the growing season I was sure it was an indica. she grew low dense with large leaves. I thought she didn't grow big. why did I call it unusual? because it looks like a photoperiod variety. leaves and inflorescences are different from all the rest. the buds are not big at the moment but very dense. and there are so many trichomes that even large leaves are covered with them. smell: conifers. herbal. citrus. slightly sour. growers will understand me, the smell is such that only strong strains have. I'm sure that high from her will be armor-piercing! 2205 there are varieties that simply fascinate with their ideal forms, color and growth. And this girl is one of them! medium sizes. looks like a pure hybrid. I think 50-50 from the beginning of flowering, a light pink-purple color appeared in the buds. I thought it would become richer as it grew, but oddly enough, the color remained the same soft pink. very unusual for me. I love colored varieties and I have a lot of experience with them. but I have never seen such a delicate pink shade in buds. just a beatiful woman. smell: without a doubt, the smell of chocolate prevails! coffee, cocoa. the sweet smell of perhaps sweets or caramel is also very pronounced. but this girl is definitely made of sweets! 2206 this girl was the most unpretentious and inconspicuous. because she did not require special attention to her. grew without problems. the buds are also very very dense. like a stone. these buds are just my pride. because they are formed flawlessly. strewn with trichomes like snow. I sometimes just want to bite off the top of the bud. smell: wooden, coniferous, nutmeg. there is a little citrus aroma, but very far.

Day 64, 12.06.2024 Today marks the start of week 10. I just saw that some of the leafs of Erika I are clawing upwards. I double checked the light distance to the canope which seems to be fine at around 30cm. I watered yesterday. As over watering might be the culprit as well I will watch closely wether it gets better during the next 24h. However, as we are approaching the finishing line I will not put too much effort in this issue. Day 65, 13.06.2024 Another round of drinks is about to be served. As Erika I is tacoing (edges of the leafs are facing towards the light) I went into analysis: It could be a) lights: after checking the distance again I an rule that out. Also the other plant does not show any clawing symptoms. b) underwatering: I gave 500ml extra water yesterday in the morning in hopes of recovery by afternoon. But no sign of relaxation so I ruled out that as well. c) overwatering: hard to believe as I only water 15% of the pot volume every other day and there is no drain d) over fertilization: Thats a point - I gave both plants the exact same amount of nutrition during grow. I think this plant might have had enough for a while. Because of d) I decided to not give Erika I any fertilizers today (she also did not show signs of low nutrition in the past). However, I will water both and keep an eye on them. No reason for panic though I guess. Also: Being on the final lap towards harvest I recognized quite a lot of the pistils are getting orange. I would say currently over all buds around 50-60% of the pistils are orange. I will wait until ~90% of them are orange and then take a look at the trichomes, where I aim for 80/20 ratio (cloudy to amber). Day 66, 14.06.2024 No action today. Day 67, 15.06.2024 Today I will water and feed again - providing 4/4/4 Grow/Bloom/TopMax + 1,2ml CalMag to Erika II. For Erika I I am still waiting for the leafs to un-taco - but until now there is no sign of it. This is the last official week with nutrients anyway so maybe Erika I already had her last meal, but without realizing 😂 Tacoing did not went away. Didn't really change at all actually. So they both get water & nutes. Next time I might skip nutes on Erika I. Amount of water: ~600ml each Day 68, 16.06.2024 No action on the plants today. Revised my timing and plans: - BioBizz nutrient schedule is made for roughly 10 weeks of flowering with flushing instructions on the second to last week and harvest on the last week - assuming the Erikas started flowering in their 3rd week that leaves me with facing the 8th flowering week up (which is also the last week they should get nutrition) right ahead - Decision: will give them 3 times nutrients over the next 1 week. Then I will stop giving them nutrients and start flushing every other day (water then until water comes out below the pots). - I assume/hope I will flush for at least one week until it is time for harvest This period of the grow is unexpectedly exciting! I do not have any experience from other grows but until now I think it went quite good. There were no pests, no big time nutrient deficiencies, etc. and the buds look big and firm (at least from what I can tell anyway). Day 69, 17.06.2024 - A round of drinks to the ladies: The usual 4/4/4 Grow/Bloom/TopMax in 600ml of water each. Will NOT skip nutes on Erika I. - Humidity is starting to pose a problem again: During night time the humidity does not go below 68% for 6 hours. I surely hope this is not a problem - but I do not have any other choice: there is high humidity currently outside (lots of rain & warm weather). I will hope for the best I guess. - removed 3 more leafs Day 70, 18.06.2024 No action today but to experience high humidity (~69%) without being able to do something about that 😢 This concludes week 10. The breeder states this strain is ready for harvest after 11 weeks. Well.. I guess I am about to find out.
