Week 14 for Gelato 41 by seedstockers This girl has absolutely loved the rain😇 It was very heavy rain too so the pot is easily saturated... honestly don't remember the last time i had to water her😂 was maybe 3/4 weeks ago & don't plan on doing so any time soon either. I tried to defoliate a little because she's getting overly bushy but found to be harder to do than i expected need her to gain some height so i can easily spot what to remove. Even though she looks sad after being sprayed down with water it will benefit her in the long run toughening up her branches from the weight when it comes to flower time. Need to measure her but she's not too far from the 2meters wide mark i was aiming for. No pest issues think the predator spiders are taking care of that for me😎

respectable auto strain with a reasonable yield. tolerant of nutrients and not finicky for a sativa. I think this is a lemon haze but can’t say for certain. hang dry whole plant for a week, spot trim and then cure for 2-4 weeks, monitoring the RH in jars from 65% down to 55% for a solid cure.

Treated for pests again will repeat every three days until last week of flush. Nice pink colour on one but hard to get a good picture. Will take them out next week and take some better quality photos! Some thirsty girls budding up nicely hopefully get a good harvest!

Major defoliation today. Plants looked a little sad after but it was a major stress so no surprise. Leaving the lights on 18hrs until they perk up in a couple days, then flip to 12s.

🎊 Week 12 is officially over ! I’m really pleased with the progress she’s finally stepping fully into that Purple Banana expression 🍌🍭 The buds are still packing on size, and every day brings us closer to harvest. I checked the trichomes again and we’re starting to see a nice mix: mostly milky with a few turning amber. Since the last feeding, I’ve been giving her only RO water to avoid oversaturating the soil before the finish. With two more weeks as our target, we’ll push one final week of feeding before the flush 💦🌊 One of my biggest joys as a grower is bringing out the unique characteristics of the strains I pick up as close as possible to what the breeder intended. For me, it’s not all about chasing yield. Genetics vary, and sometimes even in perfect conditions, your plants won’t look like the online photos or hit those top shelf sizes you see everywhere. But here’s the truth: If your environment, feeding/watering routine, and training techniques are on point, you’re almost guaranteed a potent, high-quality plant, regardless of final weight. So don’t stress yourself Focus on mastering your craft, learning your strains, and dialing in your system. She is staying short and compact like an indica. Only 3 inches of vertical growth the past week. Stretching only half as fast as some of the other in the tent. I prefer this structure of a plant! Week 7 Day 43 to 49 of flower I fed them half nute flush water this week. Feed this week was 1.25 gallons 1 time. I used 400ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). However, I also added .5ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and 7ml of Roots Organics HP2 (Aurora Innovations 0-4-0). PH balance this week was 6.3. Since P2 looked mostly ready to harvest I decided to dry out after the first feed this week. Next week is play by ear week. Currently day 48 I plan to harvest p2 tomorrow and leave p1 for another week. So I will feed p1 once more with the same half nute flush water feed that I used this week then let her dry out again.

[DAY 57] - 27/07/2022 - Lamp 40 cm from the center of the canopy and 100% dimmer (150 watt); - TEMP. 29°-30° - RH 70%; - In the next few days I will raise the EC from 1.2/1.3 up to 1.5/1.7 and increase the bloom dose, at the moment I am still giving the pre-flo dose; - I'm trying to promote the growth of the left side and for this reason I moved the lamp far to the left in order to get more light in those still low points (for two days, then it will come back to the center of the box); - This also allows me to bring the lamp closer to the highest right branch, as it only gets side light. Still a lot to cut down there in the coming days when buds begin to form; - The EC went up by about 0.3 in 24 hours, this is due to the Bloombastic, the plant does not want it for now; - From tomorrow I will proceed to a small flush by adding 2 liters of water a day with EC 0 to prepare the DWC for the new feed for the new week (which will start on day 64). [DAY 62] - 1/8/2022 - Lamp 46 cm from the center of the canopy (22 cm from the top) and 100% dimmer (150 watt); - TEMP. 30°/31° - RH 40-50%; - EC 1.8 - PH 5.8; added 2 liter of demineralized water EC 0 - PHed [DAY 63] - 2/8/2022 - Lamp 46 cm from the center of the canopy (22 cm from the top) and 100% dimmer (144 watt); - I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT SMART PLUG SAYS: 144 WATT AT 100% DIMMER. I don't like it! - TEMP. 30°/31° - RH 40-50%; - EC 1.6 - PH 6; added 2 liter of demineralized water EC 0 - PHed. Tomorrow I'll replace the whole bucket with new feed EC 1.7 PH 6; - I believe the plant is no longer growing, and I also notice that the buds are slowly swelling. Tomorrow I tie back the main colas and then in the next days I will remove everything that does not get light, I hope it reacts well 🙏

Always the happiest period we starting to switch the lights to flowering stage, Also we incrase the ventilation and starting to manipulate huminidy also. The plants now needs every day around a 2 x 9 l osmo water and i boos it with 2 x 0,9 ml / l TA NovaMax Grow and Bloom.

01/06 - Week 5 of flower - Increased nute feed to daily micro-dosing and increased Silica feed - temps running 72 (F) 65% humidity - Using light brown sugar as carbohydrate. 01/08 - Flowering coming along nicely - Light brown sugar for carbohydrate subs seems to be working effectively - micro dosing has continued with one morning feed before lights out and another 2hrs after lights on. Feeding solution temps are approximately 35 (F) - Drop in water feed temps has increased trichome production.
