Hella Jelly #1

BobbersDown She's settling in, putting out a few true leaves nicely. Expect her to really take off now!

BobbersDown Little bit of mottled yellow on new growth, most likely due to not pHing water. Adjusted to 6.5, should be improvement in the next set of nodes. She's still pushing new growth decently quick so not concerned.

BobbersDown Still a bit of lingering yellow spotting. Think that's from ph issues before. She's clearly got legs under her now and is off to the races. Topped and kept nodes 2 and 3 from the bottom plus the fan leaves (for now). Hopefully she recovers well and can go onto LST

BobbersDown She's flourishing after topping and mainlining. 4 new mains are at 3 nodes each after a week. Spreading her out a bit, and did some minimal fan leaf training. Probably top the new mains this next week and switch to flower 2 after that. Growing like a weed!!

BobbersDown Think it will be her final topping today and I'll aim for 8 large colas. Kept the 3rd node on each main. Planning on trimming up fan leaves once she recovers, then hopefully it's a couple weeks of training and switch to flower. Main stems are all thickening nicely!

BobbersDown 8 mains are growing nicely after a stressful week for the plant last week. Maybe one, but more realistically 2 weeks to flip. Will switch from ties to trellis at that point. Aiming for 5 nodes on each main before flip. Did some light defoliation of lower fan leaves and a node missed earlier. Probably some cal mag next feeding. Also, this plant smells like citrus weed already, which is strange for being still in veg. Excited to see what she smells like with actual buds!

BobbersDown Plant has rebounded nicely and it's pushing new growth hard. 3 & 4 nodes per main right now so likely will flip next Sunday. Plan is to let it stretch in to trellis as what I've read says this plant likes to stretch. Looking good!

BobbersDown Flipped to flower June 19th, so slightly earlier update and the last week of veg. 4 nodes each main at the moment, might grow to 5. Got things spaced out in the trellis, and will continue to tidy up the middle and lower fans as needed. Didn't want to stress it too much with trellis and trim and flip. Given how robust the underlying structure is, trellis may not have been necessary. Will be starting flower nutrients next watering.

BobbersDown 10 days into flower and she's in stretch mode. Took out 12 fan leaves today before pics, I'm sure there will be more in a couple days at the rate this thing is growing. I think I got a strong foundation in place (she's thick as hell at the trunk and mains) and a decent, but not perfect, spacing. Debating on trimming the bottom nodes and just letting it pump up the top colas, but the bottom set has 3 nodes of its own and will probably turn into solid colas in their own right. See how it gotten in the next 7 days, but she's looking good and soon should be smelling good too!
