Hey all! Finally! This is the last week of veg! :D I know Matcha still has a lot of things going on but I believe I've waited more than enough for this (10 weeks is a lot considering one of the plants is still small and the other one isn't as big as it should be). Both are also starting to drink more water compared to before! Pistachio is now getting thirstier a lot faster now! I defoliated both plants and I'll do it again in about 3 more weeks to allow the lower budsites receive more light. I believe I could've trimmed a bit more heavily but I believe what I did was enough, they have been going thru some issues and I don't want to risk it all. I also removed all the small growtips in my plants, the ones that are just going to never develop very well because they are way too low and no light will reach them well. this lady has stayed very short but bushy , she is drinking the least out of the rest and bud production has been minimal so far , i gave her a light / last defoliation this week and she has already recovered , purely too open her up too the available light , i really do hope she very soon steps up a gear with bud production otherwise i dont think there will be very much on the scales at the end , again have had absolutely no issues with this plant at any stage and she certainly has had more than enough light on her too produce , so lets watch this space and see what she can do ,

Day 56 Adjusting the trellis, I broke a branch, right at the stem. It was under the main and not receiving much light anyway, so... Also did a deep defoliation on NYD3. Got rid of anything that won't produce keepers. Trying to finish strong (14 days left).💪🏾💪🏾 Day 58 One leaf on each plant was discolored. No major fade yet. Each have a distinct smell. #2 smells like old school refer. It gives a real nostalgic 80s vibe. #3 smells like pine and Bengal. Watered top and bottom, with just a bit of CalMag. Day 60 48oz of pH 6.8 water. 1 or 2 leaves showing small amount of yellow, but nothing resembling fade. The canopy is green green, like she can go another month. A few of the nugs are impressive, but could be better if I had defoliated better. 60% of the bud sites are small and roughly 40 to 50% dense (assuming 100% is rock hard). Water, tucking, and plucking for the remainder. Day 62 It's a 70 day strain and with 8 days to go, there is no fade. Frustrating since I am over cooking my other plant for the sake of these two. They haven't done anything in over a week. Maybe that last heavy defoliation stunted them. So sad. Buying a jewelers loop tomorrow to check trichomes. The only other thing that could be delaying the fade is that I top dressed them both with Terp Tea Bloom. Maybe that top per gallon is hot and takes more than 2 weeks to be used up. I'm going to flush it tonight. Not even sure I should care about pH because I want it locked out from nutrient uptake. They just shouldn't be this dark green at this stage.🙄☹️😕😤 Ok so I pulled off the trellis net and LST ties, defoliated some more, and flushed both with 1 gallon each of distilled water. Added a little 3% peroxide to NYD3. Day 63 I figured it out. I made compost tea for NYD#1 to address a suspected deficiency. I gave these two some of it, and they didn't need it. It was half way thru flower. I followed that by top dressing with the new nutes. Lesson learned. What's good for the goose is NOT good for the gander.

* ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 This week she continued to fill in and she also pushed out more frosty tricombs!! The fade happened this week more and she fed off of more of the nutrients within the plant.....perfect😃......would like a little more even but she was ready based on tricombs. Would like to have seen the lower leaves a little more yellow but its good. I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Not really a lot more to add this week as it was mainly looking at the tricombs and her buds. The pH will impact the harvest but she has been fun to grow and very resilient to pest and bug issues as well as grower curve balls. As always.......nice job Sweet Seeds....... SWS56 is very solid and I look forward to running her again one day. Beautiful little girl and makes me smile😃😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0pH - 8L given to get a good flush....pH still running around 7.4 - Runoff in pots already were 7.9pH and 685ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.4pH and 360ppm. - she is 20” tall and 24” wide. - a number of clear tricombs but more becoming cloudy. June 21/20 - Day 72 - dry out day. - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - her frost levels are really coming out now.....was able to lower tent temps to 75 degrees and 51% humidity......its been raining a bit so damn humidity has been high. June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting more pointy now and ripening nicely - leaves continue to fade......she is close - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. I did bend her down and she's doing Great! I think i will Mainline her or so it Like i did with the Fastberry. The topping went good. She recovers from the Stress pretty fast and ist doing a grat Job! Looking forward. Stay tuned 🤙🏽

04/11 - (M) - As stated on my last update mom came back strong from losing a week with no feed because of drip emitter malfunction - Ran a hard defilation to remove dead or dying leaves - Res was cleaned out and reloaded with a fresh nute feed clean water heavy. 04/11 - (C) - The babies came back from the PPM burn as previously stated - Had some yellowing going on as well but after flush and slow dose nutrient/clean water feed their green is coming back strong.

Great growth from all the girls this week. Stretched massively. I have done a major defoliation to let more light to bud sights. 95% flowers are in light now. I will do another Small defoliation next week. Dry amended top soil with bat guano, worm castings and bio life. Should be enough to bring them into mid flower. I had a slight fungus knat issue but got some nematodes and they are starting to clear along with sticky traps. I have also taken cuttings from a few of the girls to cross a few of the stronger strains and create my own strain. First time I will be doing this so excited to see how it turns out.

Orange Bud is the best, fuck the rest! Normally i should throw all my other seeds away and grow only this one haha. I am in love with the smell, not Original Orange Bud, a little bit smoother because of the Mimosa. Shows some purple discoloration Edit: wow, the upper buds showed some signs of dark amber, so i did a partial harvest haha. Better to check the trichomes. .. I will leave the rest for 2 weeks and we are good to go! i am happy

Ho saltato una settimana e per questa gorilla cookies ancora qualche giorno e verrà tagliata!!! Sono stato 5 giorni via e loro hanno subito più stress idrico di quanto pensavo ma va bene così, avendo avuto meno acqua del previsto le ragazze hanno prodotto più resina ed emanano un profumo spaziale!!! La Purple Lemonade e la pianta del mio seme sono state tagliate questa mattina!!! 💥💯🎶

week intel: its time to harvest top buds! because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. its crucial to get uniformed buds in terms of quality that you let the lower buds to get some extra air and especially light! then the pop corn buds quality will reach the top buds. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

Bubbles, Julinan and Ricky are doing better than ever 4/14 4:09 AM I just had an idea flash for my next grow so I need to make some notes. I have a cutting I took from a gorilla gas F1 fast flower by seedsmen I did it last year. I took the cutting when she was in flower. I put her in an organic grow plug that I got from seats man as well and I tortured her and I forgot to water it and I left it in there and then I put her in 1 gallon and I haven’t tried to do anything but she survived everything so I’m gonna grow her out into a full-size plant. I’ll probably put it in a bigger pot and do a small smaller grow not so many plants next time I think she’ll really be something. 4/14 1;23pm I turned the light up to 114 W and I’m just under 120. I’m trying to feel the driver and keep it cool so it doesn’t heat the room up. I have some plants in there that I didn’t veg right so they’re kind of screwed up and I have too many of them. I’m gonna have to take some down. The extra plants are preventing the better plants from growing so my experiment making my own seeds, it actually worked, but it’s still not as good as getting it from the actual breeders. And I have a series of medical problems that disable me for several days at a time so plans not look good and then I get behind a little bit so that. 4/18 1:30 PM I used FloraKlean and did a heavy flush on the Tyson plants gelato 44 and punch pie. I also used a little bit of it on the Montell Williams plant, which is amazing. Montel‘s dream widow is just incredible and she’s growing in an unusually small container and doing very well corkscrew auto however, was not an auto flower from Royal Queen seeds, but she’s behaving like a normal photo and her color is going great so even though it’s not an auto at 12:12 she did develop photo traits and is going to grow very successfully. I think as a photo she’s doing really good and I have a bubbles blueberry in there. I grew her terribly so she’s not doing as good as she could, but that’s on me. 4/19 11:30PM. Thinking of flushing the Tyson Plants in the Tub....THEN I thought, why not do a Doors movie ending?? Film the plants dead in the bathtub...the Jim Morrison ending!!!!! BUT then I would have to make that stupid white and red bead necklace he wore on that album cover...and the bead work alone would take me 6 months....so maybe. ALSO I would have to learn to play "The END" on out of tune recorder or kazoo, something deep and dramatic

Start of week 7, nothing really new, they are bouncing back well after dealing with issues I set in motion early on, by over watering, over feeding, and too much light early on. Seem to be getting better, due to advice from my resident experts! You know who you are. 😁 I'll have a bigger better update in a few days when they get there first full meal. Well wrap up off week all seems fine, #1 is really getting frosty now 😁🌱🌱🌱. #2 just hitting her flowering groove, this next week she should fill out her dress.💃💃💃 Mid week had to up calmag looking ok, big one getting chunky...

I sowed cantaloupe bag seeds directly to flower box drip irrigation.I transplanted my white widow seedling to flower box. So the new line up this run is cantaloupe, blueberry, Girl Scout cookies and white widow. Cantaloupe seeds sprouted and i will keep the most vigorous grower.bb is throwing pistils.GSC is producing first set of true leaves. At the end of week 2 cantaloupe has first leaves so does white widow. My Gsc has first set of true leaves and my blueberry is putting out pistils and trichs.Things are going well

Tent was getting really bushy and croweded everything is going great had to defoliate and do some cleaning up on the bottoms getting light to everything.
