4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I took care of some badly needed defoliation in each of the back sides .. I was able to see some really good clone material to use on the lower backside of each of the plants. I will be taking two clones from each to breed over the next few weeks depending on when I am going to flip them. 4/3/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Veg (Day 61 overall) A little FIMing, A little Topping, and a Little bit of defoliation. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

Defoliated this week, they don't seem to bothered. 😅 maybe they didn't even notice. I will give them a week then Defoliated again if necessary.

Very Nice looking and good Smelling Plant. Buds after Trim are medium dense but very tasty. Flavourwise it goes into ripe Berrys with a hint of Citrus and Soapyness in the background. The Plant looks exactly like on the pictures High-Giraffe-Seeds shows on their website. All in all definetly a recommendable Plant to grow.

Bud development has begun to form on all plants now including the focus plant so I did some medium defoliation to start out the week. (Despite my attempts to slow the focus plant down with the she stretched through it anyway!) 12/15 Reservoir Swap on the 2 non-focus plants. They received only Bloom+Calmag+hydroguard for week 6, because they hate nitrogen and get nutrient burn easily. Of course all of the PHs have been adjusted to 5.8 like done daily. 12/16 Reservoir Swap on the Focus plant. Shes received only Bloom+Calmag+hydroguard for week 6, again because they hate nitrogen. All plants received an updated LST and a PH adjustment to 5.6, because its been climbing day to day. 12/17 I rotated the plants some to give a better stretch then adjusted the PH of all the reservoirs between 5.8 and 6. A small update to the LST and I maximized the height of the light so its not going up anymore. Topped off the reservoirs. 12/18 All reservoirs had their PH adjusted to 5.8 and I did an LST update like everyday. I am getting close to running out of PH test drops so I ordered more yesterday I might have to reservoir swap daily to maintain PH without being able to test it. yikes 12/19 The plants are looking healthy and the smallest plant has decided to start stretching more so that's good. The non-focus plants are clearly showing their purple phenotypes, but the focus plant is being stubborn.. or not purple. 12/20 Topped off and PHed Reservoirs to 5.8. I used my last drops of the PH testing fluid so I will be doing a reservoir swap tomorrow, really earlier, because I know the PH of my tap+nutrients. Then the PH testing fluid arrives the following day so we will be fine. Don't forget to reup your essentials! Week 6 was a fantastic week of growth for the Focus plant especially. The other plants have really began to show their purple while our timelapse buddy is just a happy ol'e green plant. Perhaps this will change later in the flowering cycle. WE GOT A POLARIZED LENS just in time for us to increase the light to 750w, So now we can do the timelapse with a higher wattage of light and not get weird lines in the video! Overall this week was an 8/10 in terms of growth.😎

I had a long week and a lot happened in the garden. The plants were growing too slow and their leaves were closing like they were trying to protect themselves, some of the leaves ends were dropping downwards, purple stems and I also had tecnical problems; the GoGro ( auto feeding equipment ) valve didn't work and I ended up with a flood twice, which brought a few freaking little flies, and the lights were disconnected for 7 hours on sunday morning by accident. To solve this issues I had help from the folks here and some research online, I raised my lights up because it was cooking the plants, i adjusted the ppm giving more food to stop the leaves tip dropping, got Calmeg for the purple stems, pest control spray, I fixed the valve a gave a pretty good cleaning with Clorox in the tent. There were good things too. I did fimming technic to make the plants shorter and to get a more even canopy to get more ligh to them and more flowers. The girls are doing great, they are 4 feet taller now. I learned more about how they work and how to take care of them thanks to some free online books and lots of youtube. It has been hard work with lots of hours of dedication. I'm loving it. Thanks people from here. Thanks GrowBoss.

Just plain water and 3g/liter of substrate of the Tres Algas Sólido. Some leaves are super yellow and I think it has something to do with the pH. We'll see. Buds are developing well.

Dernière semaine de croissance. Changement de solution fait le dimanche 22/11 car le ph commençait à descendre en dessous de 6.2 et cela faisait 1 semaine que j'avais fais le précèdent changement. Le PH lors du changement était de 6,8. Il est monté jusqu'à 7.5 mais je laisse le filtre faire son oeuvre. Il est actuellement à 7.1 et continue de descendre naturellement. carence en fer. Ajout d'une dose supplémentaire de Sensi CalMg Edit au 25 : Malheureusement ce que je sentais venir est arrivé, saturation en N. Le Ph et l'EC continuaient de baisser tous les deux. Les parties basses des plantes étant sombre et ayant une carence en fer sur la partie haute (puisque élément mobile), j'en ai déduit que c'était une carence en fer induite par une surfertilisation en N. J'étais à un EC de 1, je suis revenu à 0,8 le mardi 25 au soir. La bioponie est très capricieuse au niveau de l'azote. Le mercredi 26 le ph remonte ce qui signifie qu'on a stopé le processus de dégradation du N. Je devrais changer la solution mais je dois passer bientôt en flo donc j'ai enlevé de l'eau et rajouter, histoire de tenir jusqu'au prochain changement de solution qui est prévu samedi sauf si la situation dégénere de nouveau avec le PH. As the lower parts of the plants were dark and iron deficient (on top because is mobil nutrient), I deduced that it was an iron deficiency induced by N overfertilization. I was at an EC of 1, I came back to 0.8 on Tuesday evening the 25th. Biopony is very capricious in terms of nitrogen. On Wednesday the 26th the ph goes up which means that we stopped the N degradation process. I should change the solution but I have to float soon so I removed some water and added more, to hold until the next change of solution which is planned for Saturday unless the situation degenerates again with the PH. This girl took very well to LST and defoliating. Didn’t notice any sort of stunting from the defoliating, she chugged on as if nothing happened to her.

Last week was a short one, decided to chop them on day 80. Both plants weigh at 800g wet, hoping to get a bit over 100g dry. They could probably go for another week to get fatter, but I was feeling ready looking at the trichomes. Hope the dry slow, I can't get RH above 50% so hoping that won't be so bad.
