Aug 9: defoliated again to remove lower branches and shaded fan leaves that can prevent air circulation. She is doing great with the buds thickening fast. Starting to get smelly too. Got the UV lights out today. This helps Edmonton in August or September be more like California in June or July. Maybe not that effective but that’s the idea. Second year using the UV lights and worked great last year. Aug 10: UV lights going again today.

The 3 smaller autos are at day 20, the Strawberry cheesecake 30 days or so, I think the topping really stunted it but we'll see how the buds develop. The other three had there first top dress with powderfeed biogrow. I am not going to bother topping the others.

Week five of flower This week they have just been fed water by the autopots , I added a little calmag as there was a deficiency. Tomorrow I will give them a little Canna Flores as they look hungry. I clearly didn't give them enough bio bloom, in the soil. The jacks Toe jam has gone from lemon amnesia , to sweet with a little cheese aroma. So I will harvest her in the coming week as the trichomes are 90% cloudy. Apart from that another flood in the cellar so been bailing out buckets , my tent is on a pallet.

10/9/24 more colors are showing. its mostly just purpley pink on the tips of the fan leaves but its spreading a bit and she should have a week or so left depending on how mold and everything happens 10/13 this may be the last week. weve got continous rain coming and theyre coming up on the final stretch. i want them to go 60+ days for more color but may chop 10/14 chopping the rest of her. shes got nice cloudy trichomes. taking the tops and gonna leave the bottoms to ripen. i may try to reveg her

ABxRKO is about 42.5" tall, and has been top dressed with about 3tsp of grow dots to give it a phosphorus boost in flower HBSS is about 26.5" tall and has been top dressed with about 2tsp grow dots as I believe it is fighting a phosphorus deficiency. She is giving all the smells, a bright red starburst like fruity smell with a stark citrus note.

Week 8 is finally here! We changed up the nutrient feeding to the week 8 on the feed chart. I am diluting everything at a 50-40% rate to keep EC within acceptable ranges of 0.8 - 1.1 EC. I started adding Terpinator to the mix and I do notice a significant smell increase vs. without it. I am going to keep using this as I think it is a great supplement. I did figure out that even though on the bottle and on the specific feed chart, it says it is a light formula that will have minimal impact on EC and will not burn your plants at the recommended rates - it will! First time mixing up my nutrients with terpinator, I had to dilute it because the EC was too high. I put the recommended amount in my mix, and checked EC and low and behold it was high. The next feeding I did a 50% dilution rate and that seemed to be ok if you are diluting your other inputs properly to compensate. ALWAYS make sure your EC and PH are in check prior to fertigating your plants. I am watching the trichomes on a daily basis and am looking to harvest sometime this week or next. I plan to dry it in the tent it is growing in as it has AC and good airflow. Once they are done drying, they will get trimmed up, lightly vacuum sealed and stored in the freezer. Week of fade 😎 Entering the last couple weeks of their lifecycle they’re fading, getting colorful and fat! Smell is insane, keeping temps low now to preserve terpenes and reduce salt build up due to high vpd. Checking trichomes every 2-3 days, aiming for 10-20% amber for my harvest. Stay tuned!

Hola mosquitos. 14.5 Week has pass and these girls like to grow. Spare is couple days late for a reason. I think i wait maybe week more or when ever spare is ready to be topped and top it first and others couple days later. If others are growing main tops while spare can grow those 4 branches couple days it might catch others. Never tried so dont know does it works. Lets see how it go. Purple Nutz is biggest still 💪 16.5 couldnt keep my hands and do just opposite than planned. Topped all others but not spare. I left 6 branches for each of those three so i can choose the best 4 of them. But NO. Purple nutz have skipped one shoot so it goes with 4 first. Second ones are thick and growing huge. Might be polyploids A.K.A leafy fuckers. Green is just normal. Only that has those 6 branches. Edge had 1 shitty and 1 abnormal branch at those first ones so those get cut and lives now with 4 branches. Spare still untouched. Somekind of issues on leaves. Lets see in couple days if its ready for topping. Didnt graft these to trunkenstein cause doesnt know how good it works. Took just clones and maybe next try go with 4 x clones from the best one in this grow. 18.5 topped spare and cut 2 extra branches from Green. Roots look great. Branches starting to take their places. Purple nuts is crazy. Those 2 abnormsl branches growing huge 🙏 cuttings all lookkng great. Purple Nutz branch is growing 5 nodes instead of 2. Crazy Girl. With High Hopes 🍀

previous watering was fed with liquid nutrients, my temperatures are not low so the nutrients come slowly with some intervals giving only water without much runoff occurring a mixture of soil and mycorrhizae for better performance i know i needed calcium and magnesium good the problem was money, i will continue with epsom salt the option i have direct sulfur in the soil has helped me hear a visible change. water ph 6.2 solution temperature 20 ° - 0.50 g of great white mycorrhiza 2 days earlier were sprayed with water without ppm via leaves - lights off to serve as a cooling shower in the heat is great for stomata . Simple led panel added as main light source 260watts being divided to 3 plants in the fullspectro tent model, did not get much difference in temperatures compared to HPS, is more the same spectro ratio and UV to reach more directly in the trichomes and terpenes. Large leaves, like a true sativa even if they are long, go in equally straight and thin shape, trichomes with glands larger than their sister, but this one in front really does not hear physical stress from something just high temperature training, but are very resistant To this, I imagine later on taking this same genetics at favorable temperatures and hydro. Day 82 - Added a new nutrient to bulk up on PK from Canna. Guide says to do this only once, so fingers crossed. Still trying to figure out how close I am. I keep seeing other pictures of what look to be near leafless buds, and the buds look absolutely huge. The problem for me as a first time grower is that I cannot figure out what the scale is, and so have no idea if the photos I see are very close up or not. Also, I keep seeing others pictures of what look to be really extended and pointy buds, and mine look nothing like those either. Can't tell if it's the angle or the actual shape. I'm sure I'll learn, and I'm pretty sure I'm on the right track. Loving the learning though. Such fun. And macro photography is hard.
