Day 29, Too many bugs! Mini grasshoppers and one of those leaf tunneling bugs, as well as a respiratory bug within myself! I’ve taken care of the bug inside myself, now time for the Diatomaceous Earth!!!! And to get that bug out of that leaf! Still feeding a little cal mag. I think it’s necessary. Day 31 - Day 1F Going to ramp it up from 1mg to 3mg per Gal of CalMag OAC. I will top dress something special, maybe the mother earth acid mix, or maybe I will do a seabird guano with insect frass and top it off with an Epsom Salt solution feed. I’m trying to practice using less of a branded store-bought approach. But to source everything is so much easier out of a store bought package, so for now, I might just do a small amount of seabird and insect frass, maybe just a super small sprinkle on the soil surface, not in water. Day 5 of flower: and WTF is up with this foul weather. Only 46 degrees Fahrenheit! (7.8 C) Cloudy with 15-20 mph winds. Gonna drop to 29 tonight… this is ridiculous. I don’t have access to the tent at this time, so it’s cold weather today. I could bring her inside where it’s warmer, and there is no light! Or those house lights put out only a few candelas worth, not exactly light for a plant. Do she would just stretch and go hungry inside. I’m leaving her outside. Bringing her in over night obviously! But not much growth is expected. Just gotta roll with the punches. I thought we were flowering this week, but barely small preflower development. So this is switched back to a Veg week.

6/1 I'm anxious to get my plants in their final homes. Another 90 degree day today and then it will be cooling off with some showers. I plan to take advantage and utilize that to make the transition. I have some small burns on a couple plants bit considering the weather we've had its nothing. Temperature swings 50 degrees. I hope these girls do OK outside. I was tired and stoned last night and I accidently topped a plant I had already FIMed. Oh well. Transplants soon. Supports screwed in after the heat. Plants have been handling this weather like a champ. Big thick healthy stalks. UPDATE PUT THE PLANTS IN AROUND 730. Cutting down on light hours I'm poverty close to where we are. It was 95 today. Plants have suprisingly little burning. My fan was taken so they go without that tonight too. In the next few days it's going to cool down and that's when I'll transplant. Only thing left before transplant is sanitizing trellis and supports. Easy peezy. Especially if it's supposed to be in the 50s. And people dent climate change lol. I'm hoping that all this adversity makes my flower a higher quality. I'm glad to have the quantity to pick the best phenos for the BIG POTS. Im trying to stay excited but it's just so dumb hot. Oh well. If the plants can do it so can I. I'm planning to give them some kelp me kelp you next watering and may start some light organic nutes. 6/2 Phone doesn't like uploading my videos. Broke record high temp yesterday 95 and tomorrow we will break the record low 50. Plants withstood the heat well and are doing great. Transplant soon. They were a little light but I held off on the water. Plan on it tomorrow. May transplant tomorrow. I have several videos that haven't uploaded. I thought they did but I was wrong. Oh well. UPDATE: Forgot to water. Some were light and others could've held off. Did the half a powerade bottle ahain. A litt ke less on the heavier ones. However I'm looking to transplant into final homes tonight and into this weekend. I sanitized a fifty and a forty so my bags and two pots are sanitized. Cage is sanitized and ready and pallets are sanktized and in place. The 40 and 60 fit PERFECT in the small space left from the pallets. Plus the plants always lean the opposite direction so things should go smooth. Only thingvleft is sanitizing stakes, bamboo, plastic garden stakes and all the other plastic training stuff. I'll just soak it while I transplant. Gotta mix the soil first too though. UPDATE. Heat went higher than expected and hit 90. I figured I'd go back around three and screw in suppirt stakes and begin getting everything ready for transplant (i.e. supports, mix soil, sanitize trellis) before I transplanted tomorrow MORNING was what I had planned. Unfortunately we got a huge thunderstorm with a shot ton of rain and it's gonna continue throughout the night. I think this is God's way of telling me to take a break. I can get up early and get those support stakes screwed in. Then when I get back from the wife's doctor's I can do the transplants. I'm trying to break the labor up into manageable chunks. Looking at my other diaries I can see that my plantscare fine in their three gallon homes. It'd a little disheartening seeing such big clones that I started so much earlier on the other diaries. However I always was fighting SOMETHING (usually more than one thing) and last year was a shit show. At least this year I stay away from anyone else's cannabis any clones and I'm extremely cautious. Hopefully they'll be outside. 6/3 Broke the record for low days after breaking record for highs. I saw it 94 yesterday and the day before. On the way to my grow at 6am it was 44 degrees and it's not warming up much. Fifties at best. Rainy. I left the door closed. The big door on the otherside got opened as the other end of the garage neededcto he used. If the rain let's up I'm going to set up the grade stakes so I can transplant in the morning and throughout the day. I think I'm going to light dep a couple of them and leave them in the 3's. We'll see. UPDATE: At 12:30 the temp today was 44. Yesterday it was 94. I can't believe this. Plants are doing great though and are in the garage under lights for the day. The BIG door was open part of the day. Didn't take any pictures (or even enter the grow area) as I sanitized the last 40 gallon pot and a bunch of grade stakes. I drilled the grade stakes to the pallets in the front. The first row is done. Just need to sanitize the plastic trellis itself and finish attaching the other grade stakes. I don't need the fill trellis up by transplant. I just need the bags to not knock over and have SOME support. I'll be back over there either to tonight to put more supports in or tomorrow when I actually plan to start transplanting. I'm getting excited. After dealing witb the stiff that I sanitized I didn't dare go fuck with my plants so I looked through the window. I'll finish sanitizing the net tomorrow. These plants look great. We are officially in full bloom. The have been enjoying 6-7 hours of sun light per day for about 4 days now, then brought back in under the cobs. The girls are all exploding with growth and stacking what I expect to be huge buds.

Planted in ffof soil sprouted today, they seem really happy and enjoying there environment as well. This is a homade grow tent with the basic pvc pipe and reflective insulation.

Lights flipped a week ago to 12/12.......typical flower. I expect stretch to be strong this week. Pheno 1 is going to be a big girl. Pheno 2 looks beautiful in growth but she is shorter in height........might be more desirable at the finish line😀 Nutrients switched over to flower schedule and following week 1 again this week. Next week will move up the ppm more and start on bud enhancers. More microbes and sweetener this week. Silica ppm also increasing now as not looking to bend branches much more now. Switching microbes to Recharge and giving the DGC some love👍 Have a hole in the canopy that I am just going to need to live with. GSCHB and MM2 did not growth as expected. They are not reaching up as tall as the others and stretch is slow. Not looking like they will catch up in next couple of days☹️☹️☹️ These girls are vegged one week less than the others in flower with them.......looking to be the bigger girl in the tent😀 Raised the light to 24” off canopy. Feb 10/21 - Day 5 - Nothing today......watered two days in a row - ready for more silica!! Branches need to firm up. Feb 11/21 - Day 6 - Recharge arrived today!!!!!! Time for more microbes and sweetener😀💪 - purple stripes on main stems so adding more magnesium through Epsom salts - 4L mixture for the girls with Epsom Salts @ 0.5Tbsp, Silica @ 1.5ml, IPP Carbs @ 1ml, Recharge @ 1 tsp - 1,000ppm and 5.9pH - different microbes now and excited! Feb 12/21 - Day 7 - Nothing again today.......give them watering tomorrow morning. - Wondering if their leaves are a little dark........consider bring down ppm next week.......it was hard this week at 1300ppm........water is 250 on its own so around 1100ppm nutes added. Looking good ETS......Pheno 2 is the smaller of the two but suspect she might be the keeper as far as growth goes😉 Several more days of stretch to go I suspect.

A-Week 10(Day 74), B&C-Week 10(Day70) A- Still fattening up, took a Growmie’s advice, she was a little over fed, eased back this week on the nutrients and just used water and Sensi CalMag Extra. Gave her a regular dose Friday and she seems good, no new discoloured/burnt leaves. Tricomes are still showing as clear and cloudy mixed in with a few amber here and there. Watching closely to when I feel she is done, then I will start a water flush cycle for the last few feeds… B- Is looking great, doesn’t seem to have slowed down one bit, hard to tell sometimes when you are looking at them so frequently, but week to week you can see the stack grow 😍 Defoliated a little, and pulled her branches down a bit to let in more light, otherwise she’s chugging along! C- Is making me wonder how much she will produce?! Big colas all around, from 10-14 inches long 🤩Stacking very well, and loving the Indo Nutrient line. She’s a big drinker, takes almost a full gallon every 2.5 days. I figure it will be at least 1-2 weeks longer to harvest than A… Happy Gardening Growmie’s 🌱😎💨

Endlich Erntezeit.😍 Sie hängt momentan bei 21 Grad celsius und 55 Prozent Luftfeuchtigkeit zum Trocknen. Anschließend folgen die Grammanzahl und der Geschmackstest.Ich kann es kaum abwarten. Nach 14 tagen ist es noch ziemlich feucht,wahrscheinlich da die luftfeuchte bei 65 prozent waren.Deswegen tue ich sie nun in einen Karton und wende sie einmal täglich. Bevor ich sie in den karton tue,waren es 23g an Gewicht,nach dem Trimmen.

this is a great auto flower she does what an auto should with little tender needed but with a decent light and good size pot the potential is great for a huge lemony harvest shes one of the easiest most resilient plants iv grown as shes not had the best run at all and has still done well she was only under the Mars hydro epistar120 with another auto and plants that I have in veg and still produced well would recommend to all growers new and old thanks to all who help comment and like and make the site a good place to be happy growing guys

Both plants topped above the 4th node with everything below & all fans removed using a torch sterilized trimmer. Tops soaked in reservoir water with a pinch each of Recharge, Azos, aloe & coconut water powder, dipped in clone-x, then placed in Root Riot cubes that are contained in an ACI clone dome set at 75°F. Dome lights set at level 2. Bud clips applied to each branch & trunk manipulating to 90° angles. Cover crop chop & dropped. All material removed from plants salad chopped & added to the mulch layer of respective container. Hand watered both containers with 1/2 gallon 6.5 ph, 11 ppm, plain reservoir water mixed with 1/2 tsp each of coconut water powder, horticultural aloe powder, Azos & Recharge. Tray2Grow remains inactive until Sunday morning. Start of day 21 of flower, cleared out the growth under the trellis and removed a lot of fan leaves on the canopy to make some more room for smaller budding sites and for airflow. Going to get another set of the SpiderFarmer GrowR 80 red light strips for better coverage.

Phew!!! Not going to lie I’m really glad the week is over. After chopping on Friday, the wet trim race was on. My girlfriend and I were stuck inside until 4am Monday morning getting Blueberry OG trimmed! Sooo grateful for her help though. It was long, but well worth it. Set up an AC Infinity 2x2 with a drying net and my AC unit kept the room at about 17c for most of the time. Friday (yesterday), after a week in the net, the smaller buds were feeling a little crispy so I knew it was time and after checking the other buds and doing some other finishing touches I threw them into some grove bags to cure. We’re keeping EC balanced, always mindful that the soil already provides a strong foundation. 💡 What’s Happening & What’s Next This week is all about observation. Flowers are swelling, resin begins to sparkle in early traces, and aromas start to hint at what’s to come. What to expect: denser buds, richer pistil coloration, and a canopy that will soon demand defoliation for airflow. What not to expect: miracles overnight. This is the stage of patience, where the magic brews quietly within each calyx. 💚 Closing Thought The Gelonades remind us that growth is rarely flawless. A spot on a leaf is not a failure, but a message. Perfection isn’t the goal, balance is. And balance is exactly what these girls are showing us week after week. May the flowers swell with grace, may the leaves whisper their truths, and may the grower’s patience be rewarded in full bloom. PS: Understanding Foxtailing One of the girls, our Pheno #2, is starting to show signs of foxtailing. For those new to the term, foxtailing refers to when buds grow in elongated, irregular patterns instead of stacking neatly into the dense, conical shape we often expect. The result is a flower that looks “spiky” or “funky,” almost as though the plant is growing multiple little towers from a single cola. Why does this happen? There are two main sides to the story: • Genetic Foxtailing: Some strains naturally express this trait, especially sativa-leaning hybrids. In this case, foxtailing is simply part of the plant’s personality, often leading to extra surface area for resin glands, which can even mean more trichomes and aromas. • Environmental Foxtailing: Stress factors can also trigger it — high heat, intense light (too much PPFD), or shifts in feeding can encourage buds to keep stacking in odd ways rather than finishing their round formation. In our case, the temperatures have sometimes pushed higher than ideal, and the lights are running strong, so those factors might play a role. But genetics also carry a heavy influence, and Gelonade — being sativa-leaning, can naturally lean toward these elongated flower expressions. Is foxtailing a problem? Not at all. While it can look unusual compared to the “textbook” cola shape, it doesn’t reduce quality. In fact, it can increase flower mass and surface resin coverage, giving us more material and potentially more complex aesthetics. Some growers even treasure it as a unique expression of their plant’s individuality. So while Pheno #2 may look a little funky, we see it as a gift, more fruit, more character, more story to tell.
