Week 4: We are officially one month into our grow! things have been going pretty smooth so far and that’s exciting!! Yesterday we picked up our Gaia Green 4-4-4, repotted one watermelon zkittles into 5gal, and we we watered both Sunday and yesterday (oops). With that and the topping done, we plan to give them the week to recover and then start LST and feeding. You’ll notice a large number of plants were moved outside… those were all auto seeds that we got for free from Seedsman and Perry’s Magic Beans (Northern Lights, Critical + 2.0, M+M, and High C) shout out to them!! In a week or so the clones will be moved out and we will have our final 4 in the tent.

week intel: its time for second pruning they grew up too fast and need second pruning as below : first i remove big fan leaves and only leaves then let them rest for 1 day then the second part of pruning will get done that is removing branches based on these conditions: 1-if the branch is very low and never can make it to the top , 2- if branch is in shade even after pruning fan leaves , 3- if there are too many branches at the small space then non of them will get resources so if there is no space for branch then , they must get remove. everything is perfect! stresses : pruning big fan leaves and lower branches + a little E.C stress around 1.7 once a week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them heavy with silicate +base nutrients(calcium & micros + Bloom) about 884 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Feeding Booster + Karbo Boost around 325 ppm - 0.6 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them with low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 213 ppm - 0.4 e.c to let them recover the stresses to get ready for another stress next week. guide of the week : no more stresses from now on till the end and from next week i'll reduce the amount of nitrogen and calcium to below half to the end.

I tried to move a couple plants over to the smaller tent to get a little more air circulation in there because I had only a passive air intake. With this many plants in this space I didn't think they're getting quite enough fresh air. But upon moving them over to the tent the light even at the highest position slightly started light bleaching the tops of a few plants. So I then moved them back to this bigger grow space and bought an intake fan. The Zkittlez are fighting me the whole way, I don't know if she likes to be cloned or not. Only the Zkittlez often seem to look a little sad even with everything dialed in for them.

The coco hempy buckets continue to impress. The rate of growth is just insane compared to the conservative nature of hand watered soilless mix. The girls are getting 2 heavy feedings daily, once right before lights on, once at lights off. Responding tremendously. The largest daughter has broken 4 feet this week and hopefully the stretch is coming to a close. Good thing for my headroom. I am having difficulty with humidity this week due in part to the weather, but I feel mostly because of an underpowered ac and mucho transpiration coming from the leaves. Set for second round defoliation in three days and hopefully some break from the heat. Struggling to keep the room under 70 rh right now.

Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 179 grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results! Week 12 The time has finally come I've flipped her to flower! Because of some very slight yellowing of the leaves I've added yet another Biotab at day 77. My experience is that if you're doing a normal grow without too much training follow their guidelines. But if you plan to make your plant big with lots of bending and defoliation you might want to add an extra tablet as soon as you notice any yellowing of the leaves. Within a few days you should see your plant recover.

Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Red Mandarine still not red unfortunately.... hope she will be lol. There is no any issue at all all good not much to report. Let's say we are half way. Buds on the way just need to wait to be done :) Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

La settimana scorsa era rimasta un po' indietro rispetto le sue amiche (diverse genetiche) ma adesso ha veramente dato il suo scatto è ha rivelato che è all'altezza delle sue compagne di crescita! Anche lei sembra che si stia iniziando a riempire bene e ho deciso di togliere qualche internodo centrale per favorire l'areazione ed evitare eventuali sorprese di muffe più in là( anche se non ho mai avuto problemi meglio prevenire che curare)...non vedo l'ora che si inizi a gonfiare un po' perché sono molto curioso di questa genetica! Ha un 29% di THC quindi dovrebbe essere adatta a me .... speriamo bene e incrociamo le dita! Nel frattempo volevo ribadire la potenza di questi prodotti di Cannaboom! Sto usando tutta la linea full cream (con qualche aiuto della linea minerale tipo il loro CALMAG(SI) ) che oltre ad essere un semplice Cal Mag contiene anche silicio e ferro! Veramente adatto a le piante per fare assimilare meglio potassio e fosforo! Credetemi che con solo due applicazioni ho potuto vedere delle differenze esuberanti! Infatti speromtanto di continuare a usare i loro prodotti perché mi stanno veramente aiutando a spaccare questa growbox da 100x100! Quindi ancora grazie a CANNABOOM! Un grande grazie speciale a tutto il team di anesia che mi ha fornito questa splendida nuovissima e potente genetica! Spero che piaccia come uscirà il diario! This is my first grow indoor, 2 plants in a tend 80 x 80 x 160 cm. Using a mix substract, in a 7 liters vase. Germination was done with the paper towel method. At the first week one of them was stagnated, so I forced up the seed and probably hurt a cotyledone.

All looks healthy and i can´t wait to see the next weeks pass 😁 . After my vent made me mad and started to hang i found a nice vid on YT about the "Fan Wars" and cause i disliked waiting, now he is in: Spider Farmer Vent , i love him ! , next one will be AC Infinity from the US , but this one is already pro quality 😎.

Easy grow with lots of fails but its over now time for the next lot. I am behind this time usually I'd have plants ready to put into a scrog and veg but this time I was late with being in hospital. Running 2-3weeks behind now so hopefully these 8x Ethos clones work out as they have had 0 love so far but now is their time. Seedlings wont be getting transplanted for a few weeks but the clones will this week. Ive decided 8x 9L pots in the 4x4 see how that works. It will be a test so if its not the best it is what it is. This is most likely my last update before harvest. More and more trichomes are turning cloudy with about 2-5% Amber. Gave her her last feeding yesterday and I figure there's about a week left. My usual plan is letting the water level drop for a few days then flush when there's 3 days left. A lot of the buds in the middle are ending up fairly small but everything's really dense.
