Girl Scout Cookies Auto was suddenly ready to get chopped - I would've like to see a few more amber trichomes, but the fan leaves started yellowing faster, and more sugar leaves got crispy tips. Also, the smell got pretty strong over the last week or so. It was a very nice grow, and I'm curious on the yield and effect after drying and curing. Yuhbar Auto still needs a little more time, and will enjoy a few more days or weeks under the (artificial) sun, giving the trichomes more time to ripen.

Good week, plants seem to be doing well. No issues except for plenty of gnats in the tent. I removed some lower branches that were touching the soil after training. Gave approximately 200ml water/nutrients. There was no sign they needed more than that and their bags are still relatively heavy. I expected from next week that watering will need to ramp up but I'll see.

My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Growth is just going amazing. Both phenos are doing just astounding. I'm overall delighted with these genetics. Days 35-37 Growth is going amazing as you can see. When preflower stops. I'll move it under a 300w light from mars-hydro. Hopefully within the next 2 weeks. I have moved over to giving bloom now. She is showing light mag issue so I added Xpert Nutrients Calmag and have been feeding the 20L pot without it fully drying up. I love soil growing. Day 38-39 She's pushing on at an alarming rate. I did not plan for it to be these big. They're going to get 50-100% bigger. So, it's not necessarily their size now. But in 3 weeks. I need to start using IR in my flower tent to push my fems into high gear. Adding 2hrs of extra light should easily cut days to a week depending where they are. Got to also becareful as if I add IR to anything in preflower it'll stretch like crazy. So, im at least 5 days or so before my flower tent will have no preflowering plants just all girls into heavy flower. This plant will STAY away from any IR 730nm for at least another 2-3 weeks. So, she'll do all her preflower under the p1000, which will be an issue in itself. Day 40-42 Took her down to separate her as they're far to close, to big and too many shoots not to do anything will only set the mid-lower parts back weeks during the flower process. I did do some very very light lollipopping at the very ends. The shoots were the smallest. And removed their fans obviously. That's the only defol I've done more or less over this ENTIRE grow. Which is very rare for me not to remove some leaves. With autos, you really shouldn't. Some can take it & still do well. But left alone. And good lighting/airflow throughout the plants. Has really made a huge difference. I separated them as best I could with as minimal stress as possible. It'll take a few hours to look all pretty again when she settles. She'll look really good. No HST/Defols done in any major way. Left it all. And just let them do their thing. Working with it, the smell is LOVELY like a black berry smell. Is absolutely lovely scent she's giving off. But, she is a good candidate for stealth growing. Only when she's worked on does she pong. And you have to be close to smell it. Day 42 and she's doing AMAZING. Really happy to see both phenos looking beautiful & separated really well. Hoping she'll push through pre flower in the next 10-12 days. This one's been a breeze... The wife's following the book word for word and the plant is doing what I was sowed to do... Just a little cal mag in the pH 6 water and she's living her best life. More and more pistils are popping and the bud sites are all stretching to even out the canopy. Good genetics and proper care... Can't wait to see what the effects of this lady are as the stem rub has a skunk and earthy smell that just gives you an old skool vibe. I expect her to really start to stack up this week and then begin swelling those calyxes through to the end!

Tag 60: Letzte Woche vor der Ernte.

Die erste Blütewoche startet. Eigentlich wollte ich vor Einleitung der Blüte alle Männchen aussortieren, aber der Plan hat sich wie so oft geändert. Zum Ende der Woche habe ich 7 Männchen aussortiert, es bleiben also 6 Weibchen. Ich habe versucht die entstandenen Lücken aufzufüllen. Es sind 3x Red Mandarine dazugekommen. Leider musste ich die Wurzelballen "anpassen" damit alles passt - mal schauen ob sie den Stress verkraften.

Transplanted into 5gals with Gaia green and earthwork castings as well as build a soil (build a flower) Hoping they take off and plan to flip next week! “Cause if you don’t work you can’t eat young man”
