Welcome to Week 6 of the Fast Buds Lemon Pie Auto grow! These plants seem constantly hungry so I’ve increased the fertilizer again to 3.75 mls per gallon with every feeding. So I water every fourth day- 3 litres per plant which equals 0.75 of a litre per plant per day. But when I water, I air bubble my jugs using a fish pump to dechlorinate my water while adding some bonus oxygen. I use three 1 gallon milk jugs to hold my water and when I feed- I only add fertilizer to two of the three jugs. I use the plain, PH’d water first and then continue with the fertilized water adding up to a 25/75 ratio of plain water to fertilized water with every feeding. So far so good as these hungry ladies seem to be thriving and tolerating the increase nicely. Defoliating as needed. Thanks for stoppin by… 🤓

Germination 27 September 2023 Heya 🤙👍🤙🌱🌱🌱 Winter has come and gone. The sun is out after a heavy stormy weekend it's finally time to start Germination. I have been extremely lucky, privilege and blessed to be here right now in my life. Start of a new season have been itching deep in my bones since a week after my first harvest. Let's see what the hype on Fastbuds420 delivers. In the heart of a humble garden, a miraculous journey is about to unfold. Beneath the soil's dark, nurturing embrace, a seed lies dormant, awaiting the precise moment to burst forth into life. It is a marvel of nature, a tiny capsule of potential, encoded with the blueprints of the plant it aspires to become. As the heavens open, raindrops penetrate the earth, quenching the thirst of the soil and signaling to the seed that its time has come. The seed absorbs this life-giving moisture, swelling as it takes in water. It's as if the seed is awakening from a long slumber, stretching its embryonic limbs for the very first time. Within this subterranean realm, the seed's outer coat softens, and a tiny rootlet begins to emerge. This is the radicle, the seed's first root, and it instinctively knows to journey downward, anchoring itself into the soil. It is the plant's lifeline, seeking out water and nutrients essential for growth. Getting closer! Weather here is finally starting to turn warm including and after this weekend. That means I’ll be taking Cream Caramel, Bubba’s Gift #1 & #2 and Black D.O.G. outside to be transplanted in 45 gallon pots. Bit of a crazy week after taking my loupe to my soil and spotting a LOT of bulb mites in my soil. Nematodes surprised me with their presence too. Explains the issues I have been having with Jack Herer in my other tent. Thankfully despite them both existing in this tent the plants are doing quite well. Just a little LST and defoliation this week. They’re doing well and I just want to leave them be until they’re outside or remain in the tent with more space. I can’t wait to tie down Bubba’s Gift #3, Chemdawg’91, The New and Black D.OG. Plan is to give them about a week more and then flip them to 12hrs. Still just watering with dechlorinated water. Top dressed with 4-4-4, worm castings and insect Frass. Before that a Soil Drench one day with Neem oil and Dr. Bronner’s Castile soap mixed into Mosquito Dunk water for pest control. My mycorrhizae shipment won’t be arriving until May 20th so even if the plants go up this weekend I will leave them in their existing pots until I return next weekend.

New breeder and strains For me

Was going to try and do some LST clips the first week but ended up breaking the main stem of the one of the Critical girls and just said screw it, I’m gonna top then all now. Did a feeding (2 gallons total) of 1-5-1-3 with CalMag and the GH Trio. 12 hours after topping/feeding and they are all recovering nicely. Did a second feeding (2 gallons) of 1-5-1-3 with CalMag and the GH Trio midweek. So far no signs of nutrient lock or burnt tips. Couldn’t get home to do a third feeding. Going to be keeping the girls in veg for another week or two.

had an issue with ph right after transplant, not sure if water was off or soil had a surge. im thinking fish tank water ph was way low. issue corrected. Removed some leaves for structure and airflow. LST and FIM. See what it looks like next week.

All 3 autos are mid flowering, all of them are in day 63 from seed. Cant wait to see them trichomes forming very very soon😄. No issues so far except of overwatering, all this plants are monstrous in size so i am guessing the roots have gone crazy in them 5 gallon pots. Fed them PK boost compost tea using bananas since they are organic but beware if your tent has no good air-circulation and top layer soil is all wet all the time then you are inviting them fungus gnats. Use banana at ur own risk. Best to cover them teas because the queen gnats will lay them larvae in the water so when you water the plants, the larvae hatch on depending on how moist your soil is.

We're finally back home, and the Balcony Jungle has definitely grown while we were away. 😅🌿 The first Appalachian Kush is now starting to form its flowers, so it looks like flowering is officially underway. The plants have also reached a size where their large amount of foliage acts almost like a sail in the wind. With the strong and frequent winds we get up here, the little 11 L pots have started getting blown over. For now, I've secured the pots with some Paracord as a simple temporary solution. 💨😅 I also removed some foliage and a few of the lower branches, mainly to make watering and working around the plants a little easier. The Appalachian Kush plants are currently the biggest of the bunch, but there isn't a huge difference in size between the strains. Even the Green Poison, which fell behind earlier in the grow, has managed to catch up quite nicely. 🌱💚 The Golosa is still showing its unusual growth pattern as well. Its thick but flat main stem has now split at the top, forming two main tops instead of one. 👀🌱 It's definitely starting to look like a proper Balcony Jungle now. ☀️🌿 The tomatoes have been keeping us busy as well. We've already been harvesting them gradually for quite some time and have enjoyed several kilos of homegrown tomatoes so far. 🍅😋 They are honestly incredibly delicious, and the yellow variety has become our clear favourite. Definitely one of the highlights of this year's Balcony Jungle. ☀️🍅🌱

The second week of flushing. Some of the leaves from the bottom of the plant are already yellow or light green. It seems that now she consumes the nutrient buildup from the bottom leaves. Still milky trichomes, but I spotted a few amber. Also, the buds gained a purple shade, looks awesome! week 14

Hello growers day 15 with the hulkberry auto she’s growing quick lovely big fan leafs already and looks nice and healthy started with the nutrients yesterday so I’m hopefully she explodes I was going to carry using the nutrients rqs sent me but not really shore how to use so going to use biobizz I have some sort of idea what I’m doing sorry about week 2 got mixed up with my mbap grow and vice verser that’s it for week be safe and happy growing ✌️🏻

08/11: La troisième semaine de floraison commence enfin on devrait les fleurs prendre forme. J'espère que le stretch est fini car elle est assez grande et doit laisser un peu de place au autres. 08/12: la troisième semaine débute sur une note un peu amer. Certaines feuilles se détériore à une vitesse folle, ainsi que des tâches brune. Premier réflexe GHE essential et cal-mag agent de Canna ce matin. Espérons que les prochains jours seront plus cool et que cela vas arranger mon problème. 08/13: après avoir fait plus de recherche je suis enfin tombé sur un article sur le blog de pevgrow et mon problème correspond en tout point à une carence en magnésium. Je devrais voir voir des améliorations dans les 4 à 7 jours. Et bien-sûr continuer à donner du calmag. Le problème viendrai du fait que je tourne en 24/7 avec les auto's enfin c'est ce que je pense après avoir croisé les conseils et avis des "growers" de GD et certains articles. 08/14: c'est dernier jours ont été intense pour moi, lors de mon premier diaries j'avais déjà eu le même problèmes avec une purplequeen auto à l'époque je n'avais pas de calmag... enfin tous ça pour dire merci à la communauté growdiaries.com qui m'a conseillé et supporter. I'm flabbergasted, the flowering is speeding up a bit. i think it's a hybrid and not sativa (bagseed ;)) when rubbing the bud, the smell is so sweet, a bit like some kind of lemonade without the molasses the ec was at 1.8, i took the back of a fork and scooped some mollasses with it, and stirred and shaked it in. i measured again, the ec was 2.1 the ec seems high, but plants from seed kan take a lot of nutrients, and, you shouldn't measure after adding boosters. the mollasse i use is good quality blackstrap molasse, it stimulates the soil in different ways, enzym, bacteria and nutrient levels and gives the nice sugar boost (?!) -edit - next week bacteria from fishmix (very low dosage)

As per usual this plant tells me it needs watering by looking limp, it doesn't mean the pots are dry it just means its demanding more water. We're gunna need a bigger tent!
