I had alot of fun growing this strain, everytime I opened the tent and smelled that delicious strawberry, it really brought a smile to my face. I have tried Strawberry Pie #1, and she is delicious. The buds are extremely dense, and have a very nice pink and green contrast. I haven't tried #2 or #3 yet, but I am very much looking forward to it after some more curing time. I ended up making bubble hash out of the trim, and I got 8 grams, which I pressed into 4.7 grams of rosin, and all I can is that this is some of the best tasting and strongest rosin I have ever tried, let alone grown. I will be posting some videos of the flower being pressed once it is properly cured. I will say that after smoking, I realized I need some more Sativa for daytime use, so I am giving my Gorilla Cookies to a friend, and starting some Orange Sherbet instead. As a delicious night time/dessert smoke, and especially for those into concentrates, you absolutely can't go wrong. Thanks for checking me out and blaze on!

Day 90 The Sativa plant is beautifully swollen at the top. I've watered it minimally for the last three days. Today I'll mix up the solution and add a 1 g/l Bio Enchanter. It's alkaline (pH 8), so I'll first dilute 15 liters of the solution with 2 ml/l CalMag in the aquapot to 250 PPM. Then I'll lower the pH to 5.0, as recommended by the fertilizer manufacturer. After that, I'll dissolve a capful—one and a half liters of black powder. These 15 liters should be used within 24 hours. My slightly drying bushes will appreciate a third of the pot's volume being watered. The stems are showing red spots—it looks like I need to add 1-2 g/l Bio Bloom to the coco and mix 2-5 liters of the coco into the top layer. After bending and pruning, the plants feel stronger and healthier. To correct the nitrogen deficiency, I'll also add a liter of Simplex Start Up 4 ml/l.

This plant has been pretty easy. No real problems throughout entire grow. Now waiting to cure for 4 weeks before i try it out.

Simply put I am so very pleased with the way this plant has performed my only worry is how to properly dry and cure this magnificent specimen

Smells of berries and 😵 👉 Wedding Gelato has round buds (easy to trim) with mixed colors : gold, brass, brown, yellow, red and green colors with orange pistils 😊 Fine and accessible smell, pleasant and no overbearing 😄 🙏 👉 Triple G will be the hardest to trim, because of her quirky shaped buds. She has big internodes and big buds scattered across her tall sturdy stalks. Beautiful buds, a pleasure for the eyes. Her smell is pungent, sometimes narcotic even. She will get you stoned in no time 😋 👉 Liberty Haze could have another week. But she lacks some nitrogen; watch her leaves turn yellow, and make her taste sooo soft 👻 She hasn't any purple or red colors, only green and yellow. Her buds are leafy, not that firm, but volumineus. She's soo sweet, with hints of lime. 😘 I defoliated the plants in week 3 because I had to treat the plants against spider mites. Because of this, the plants had fewer leaves, the light could penetrate much deeper and now the lower buds are ripen as well 🙏. That shift is clearly reflected inside the tent. The plants are drinking more, the dryback cycle moves faster, and the substrate dries more evenly. Overall, the rhythm feels more balanced compared to a few weeks ago. The curves look calmer, VPD stays in the target range more consistently. We’re clearly in the final phase now. Metabolism is active, and even small fluctuations show up in the leaf expression — but overall the run feels steady and composed. 🌿 Plant Status White Gushers 33 She reacts a bit more sensitively to changes, yet remains stable overall. Leaf fade is progressing — clear autumn tones setting in. Energy is visibly being redirected from the foliage into the flowers. Stacking continues. The buds are gaining volume, becoming denser and heavier. The surface looks tighter, more mature, more consolidated. Trichome status: Mostly cloudy heads with only a few remaining clear ones. Hardly any amber. She is clearly approaching the harvest window. Triangle Sherbet Kush She is now showing stronger autumn coloration as well. Plant is growing well. Probably the prettiest one outta the bunch so far.

She grew from 6cm last week to 26cm this week! I fimmed her partway through the week. She's starting to take on a nice bushy structure. 💪

Update June 19th Next 3 liters. I also added the „vegan phosphor boost“ from S&R. First pistils are becoming visible. So far I’m counting 25 colas on Takti. Update June 16th 3 liters fed with another week of fertilizer schedule skipped because why. the fuck. not! I know the can handle it. They’re battle rappers! Update June 14th SFW - Second Flower Week. Things are going reasonably well. Had some drooping since I skipped watering for two days to combat fungus gnats, but it bounced back quickly after watering again. Takti even appears to be bug-free. The yellow sticky card in the pot has nothing on it. Fingers double-u’d this was only a short episode. Humidity was sky-high last week. Hoping it improves over the coming days.

📆 Week 9, 7-13 December 2023 7-13 December - Continued with simple adjustment of branches to receive maximum light. There was no defoliation of any leaf this week. Her growth rate has slowed and I believe she is heading in to the bulking stage. I’m satisfied with her size at this point. 8 December - Turned light power from 50% up to 75%, and raised lights from 18” to 21” from top of plant to facilitate the bulking phase of flowering. 📑 Let’s briefly discuss light and umol/m2/s or PPFD. First of all its all about numbers. Is there an agreeable starting point on these figures - the cannabis plant requires between 100-300 PPFD in seedling, 400-700 PPFD in vegetation, and 800-1000 PPFD in flower. It can go up to 1500 PPFD with certain C02 concentrations. I believe this may be generally accepted. Never being much of a numbers person, in ways I avoid it. I’ve grown indoor weed for a long time without a fancy device to tell me what this number was, the plant did that. A quality light and the plant itself will talk to each other in a matter of hours sometimes, days in others, I just need observe. But what I have come to realize the past few years is that these numbers, found in simple instruments (apps for smart phones) give us a very specific area of where she is within all these spectrums. It allows us more precision and insight to what would otherwise be a possible weak or vulnerable spot within our grow. I’ll use mine on a new strain, and to verify any questions. They are easily accessible tools for the common gardner. When we adjust our lights we can measure what will be optimal for our plant. Using my case in point; from: 50% power or 890 PPFD at 18” to: 75% power or 1080 PPFD at 21” **if not raised 3” - that number would have been 1320 PPFD - likely damage the plant - or raised any higher there would be no real benefit in what I’m attempting to achieve - likely waste of power** The 2023 ViperSpectra XS2000 lights (the ones I use) come with a new switch now that go from 25, 50, 75, 100% power and no option in between. So that kind of put a kink in a week or two during my grows I have to work around. Going from 50-75% power is a big shift in light intensity, and these lights are bright. Knowing what that number is and being able to adjust the height precisely to avoid damage is reassuring. I appreciate advancements that make growing a little easier. In most personal grows during flower I’ll go well over 1000 PPFD depending on the strain tolerance, without C02. Here are my experiences why: 1) my set-up allows it, 2) that number only reflects the greatest reading at the highest point on the plant - my reports, 3) when the plant is budding it is absorbing much more photons than when in the leafy only stage - everything is accelerated - this is a totally different discussion, 4) the additional light provided will proportionally increase a higher yield, and finally, 5) some of todays theories on light will change in 5 years, as it has from 10 years before, we still have a lot to research. LEDs are definately cream of the crop, but there is something new to learn I’m sure. Until then I can only tweak what I have in search for a tighter bud, higher in THC. I said I would briefly discuss this subject. Everything is possible with lights. It is science that says the cannabis plant does not have to produce secondary metabolites (trichomes and cannabinoids), in some cases it may not. It produces them based on its environment. She returns to you what you dedicate toward her. Day 42. Frost levels have turned up. Smells as well. Slowly swelling. Hit them with a small dose of bud booster and sticky bandit. Probably the last will be this week before I let them finish out. Hairs are turning orange but still some white hairs.

Day36, 37, 38: Seems to be growing a set of leaves per day now. Super growth! Stretching to the top. Day39: I had a hiccup with the camera. For some reason it stopped responding at 04:30 in the morning. I only realized it much later. I still don't really know why, but reseating the data ribbon fixed the issue. Day40: After fixing the camera, I decided to take this view again. The Lady is starting to show some nice growth and this view will show it best. If you look carefully, you'll see that her branches are not green, but rather reddish. Definitely related to genetics :) Everything else is within limits. Plus, the leaves look super healthy. Day41: Here you can see the stem colour better.

Day 77. Chop day, forced by bud rot. Sad that we have very high humidity and +30 temps, worst weather for big colas. That one grew very nice ! Happy Growing !!!

This one will take a bit longer - flushing

So around April 20th I decided to go all in and purchased the following: grow tent, Vivosun 600W led light, Vivosun air filtration kit, a timer, thermometer/ hygrometer combo, 2 fans and the General Hydroponics flora grow trio. This is just from stuff that I've seen on YouTube, mainly on the "from seed to stoned" channel. Dude seems to be doing a decent job and I initially gathered info from him. At first just the light came so I installed that, put one of those reflective sunshades for your windshield as a light reflector and used my humidifier. That was that. Can't remember the dosage of nutrients per plant really, but it was probably around 1 ml of micro and 1 ml of grow per gallon. Didn't feed em that amount of water, just a bit. Decided that Gaia was to be moved in a 5 gallon bucket, just to see how it would perform being moved straight into its final pot. I did some research and bought Fox Farms Happy Frog soil so that was that. The other seedlings were moved into solo cups with the same soil. At this point I got excited about the prospect of my first grow. I was never really interested in growing but sometimes if I put something in my mind then I'll dedicate myself as much as possible.

Hey guys :-) A lot has happened this week :-). She has developed very well. Today it was topped on the main shoot for the first time. How often I will use topping on her, I make it dependent on how everyone else develops. I want to bloom soon so it won't happen very often :-). It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). Today there was another spray with neem oil against the remaining tripse which I will repeat one last time next week. As always, everything was cleaned and checked.
