Recovery week. Last week everything went to hell this week everything is looking up. Squanch Queen is turning into my favorite one of the bunch. She is super resilient and bounced back quickly, the Skywalker and Quarter Pounder are both going to finish early due to all the stresses and stunting early on in the grow. Squanch Queen looks to be going 9 to 10 weeks inspite of all the issues. Definitely a good strain from Night Owl to pick up if your a beginner, much more forgiving. I definitely want to try the Skywalker again with a better setup. Ph runoff is looking much much better.

Day 22 - No keeping this beast down! Any kind of LST thrown at her has nothing but amazing results! Time to start leaf tucking! Day 23 - Doing what I can to get those lowers as much light as they can! I saw a pistol or two. Can't wait to see her ignite into flower! Day 24 - She's filling out and that cover crop is just insane!! I have not been able to get any of my water soluble nutrients in because of the run off. Tomorrow will be the day as its been a few days since I've needed the shop vac. Day 25 - Early morning feeding. I take my pictures consistently in the evening around 8-10pm. Insane 24 hour difference! Hard to keep the leaves under control. Day 26 - Installed a trellis net for a few reasons. I like to have a baseline for later lollipopping, it'll help support later buds, and its opening lower sites up for light, giving them their final chance to not get the later cut. Day 27 - Final tuck with some pulley assistance in areas before I head out of town for a day in the morning. Moving the cover crop to not allow shadow casting. I could always chop it and give it to the soil, but im enjoying the sight. Day 28 - Had to go out of town for the night, so no picture for today. I'm sure shes happy and raging.

SO, the girls were doing so well into their second week I decided to do the unthinkable... Running into some deficiencies, don’t think it’s any pests but if you have any recommendations what it is plz let me know. Already fed a compost tea looks like it fixed the problem. Could be PH haven’t tested the soil yet.

Setting up the garden of my dreams - Scroggernaut 2.0 "either yer scroggin er yer not" Old grow was a 4x4 closet inside a garage. New grow will be a 8x10 room with a 4x8 and 2x4 in 2020, and adding at least another 4x4 in 2021. My son will be learning how to grow this year in a dedicated 2x4 space, soiless mix, hand water. The additional 4x8 will be in a dutch bucket recirculating system (Thanks to GreenMachine for the advice so far, coming for more). All tables will be custom designed and made by me. Genetics will be a mix of Original Sensible Seeds (Bruce Banner #3) In house genetics (Slurricane ix) and some FastBuds testers So far in 5 days I have built the structure, and completed most of the insulating. Wiring before I finish the walls to save some future headaches. Lighting will be 3 x HLG 550 clones over a 4 x 10 foot area. This gives 36 LED watts per sqft, and the PAR rating on these lights is insane. Should be more than enough light. Really earthy, sweet aromas. Purples took over last few weeks on some of the leaves. I could of ran maybe even another couple weeks. I actually ran one of the plants another 2 on dry flush. It was a good outdoor run

Die Pflanze hat innerhalb der letzten 3 Wochen einen starken Stretch von knappen 23 cm hingelegt. Das bedeutet, das die Diesel Sativa Gene jetzt voll durchgeschlagen haben. Nach dieser Woche kommt der Stretch jedoch zur Ruhe und Mann sieht der Pflanze an, das sie sich jetzt auf die Blütenbildung konzentriert. Die Trichome fangen an zu sprießen und ein säuerlicher Geruch sticht langsam hervor, so wie es gewünscht ist. Auch die Blattform wird an den oberen Trieben immer schlanker. Die Blütentriebe bilden sich immer stärker aus und die Stigmen fangen richtig an zu sprießen. Bei diesem Genotypen, ist das Wuchsverhalten weitgehend ähnlich, nur die Hauptwuchsphase war mit etwas kürzeren Internioden abständen geprägt. Der Stängelabrieb duftet schon stark nach säuerlichen, dieselartigen Nuancen, mit einen etwas GMO typischen Aroma. Both plants are responding well to training so far, & canopies are manageable & flat. Expression #1 is loving the training, & is naturally spreading horizontally, while Expression #2 is shooting new nodes & branching aggressively.
