Again, a week has passed. I repotted the plants into their final 15L/4 gallons shoes with Plagron All-Mix. Plants are looking fine, not perfect, but okay. It feels like they are a bit overwatered and/or very slightly overfed because of the All-Mix. For now, I reduce the watering by 50%. Furthermore, I did a FIM on another Jack Herer (#3). The first FIM I did on JH#1 is looking to work out perfectly, as I can see the development of four new stems (check out the pictures). Great! The SP 3000's intensity was increased to full power, it's very bright. I am happy with the quality of the light. It does what it was built for and does it very well. Temperature and humidity stats are looking perfectly so far. I hope it stays like that, the days are getting warmer as summer comes our way. But my ventilation is currently running on intensity level 1/5, so we still have some room for maneuver. In addition, I will get a second oscillating clipfan soon. Next week I plan to FIM plants that have not been FIMed yet and let them recover. By then, most of the stress for the plants should be over and I can let them grow in peace. Stay tuned!

7/27/2023- Prep Tent and system are cleaned and ready to go from my last grow. I have submitted my Journa for the Diary of the Month Competition here is to hopeing for good resutls. 7/28/2023- Germination Day 0- Seed initiation Well lets get this new Grow started.. So My Dad Sent me a custom Strain that he wanted me to grow out and Breed for him. The Strain is Called Red Rhino: Red Rhino is an amazing strain coming from Israel and boasts a 60% Sativa and a 40% Indica. This strian comes from crossing double gum and master kush. Effects are an increased appetite, as well as giving you ephoric feelings throughout the whole day. RO Water Used Added Hydrogen Peroxided 8/1/2023- Germination Achieved G-Day 1 Popped her head above the root riot today to say hello.. Woot first challenge when dealing with an unknown seed and a new Strain is getting the seed to pop and the lady to show life. 8/2/2023- Germination Day 2 Took the root riot out today and it was soaked not good plant drowing again. I am still having a hard time finding the right blance for where the water should be to keep the root riot moist and not soaked. I had to drain some of the water out of the root riot plug to help give a little oxygen. I also removed some of the water. 8/3/2023- Germination Day 3 Looking good stretching her leaves out to let in the lights 8/4/2023- Germination Day 4 Looking good a few days until I put them into the RDWC System and get this thing rocking and rolling. 8/5/2023- Germinaiton Day 5 Looking good will probably plant tomorrow if the roots are still looking good. 8/6/2023- Plant Day- Germination Day 6 Planted into the RDWC System today. Joy when they go into the system as long as we dial that in right this will now be a great grow.. Survived the hard part.. 8/7/2023- Germination Day 7 Fell over today I am worried.., she is showing some damage on the lower leaves from the over watering in the cloning machine but right now I don't see any new damage. Supported the Stems with little improvised pole to help her stand up. 8/8/2023- Germination Day 8 Added the first Nutes today, to help support root growth and to help give there first jump to growth. Esta semana las chicas han mejorado un poco, se detuvo el amarillamiento, descubri que Cal-Max de Grotek interfiere en la composicion de la linea hesi por lo que las chicas sufren un bloqueo de nutrientes, dejé de utilizarlo y las chicas han continuado con su desarrollo relativamente normal. ya estan en su 5ta semana de floracion, Tutankhamon ha producido una cantidad gigantesca de resina, Lennon esta engordando a toda velocidad y aun le quedan 6 semanas aprox. Anubis a pesar de su color intenso amarillo palido esta engordando bastante bien y su produccion de resina es inimaginable y ya solo que quedan 2 semanas y media aprox. espero que a partir de ahora ya no surjan mas problemas y que las chicas terminen su floracion de la mejor manera. esto es todo por esta semana chicos, espero que se encuentren muy bien ! This week the girls have improved a little, the yellowing stopped, I discovered that Cal-Max from Grotek interferes with the composition of the hesi line so the girls suffer a nutrient lock, I stopped using it and the girls have continued with their relatively normal development. They are already in their 5th week of flowering, Tutankhamun has produced a gigantic amount of resin, Lennon is gaining weight at full speed and he still has about 6 weeks left. Anubis, despite its intense pale yellow color, is gaining weight quite well and its resin production is unimaginable and there are only about 2 and a half weeks left. 1/12: impatiently waiting for lemon auto to finish up. Still not sure what the northern lights is trying to do, but..the little buds are slowly growing. S l o w l y... 1/14: things are getting out of hand in here. Northern lights is bushy AF again but the budlets appear to be increasing in size. Lemon is getting closer every day. Looks like I've got milky trichomes and the pistils are darkening. Still a bit early, but I'd be lying if I wasn't anxious for the space.. 1/15: I've accepted that I have at least a week ish left on Lemon auto,but she's getting there! I did some rather risky defoliation on northern lights and holy shit, she's got potential. I'm hoping she's just a slow grower and those buds will really fatten up! Perhaps lemon is just a really fast growing plant? I've also decided that since space is limited, my best bet is to probably rotate the plants every other day to allow all bid sites an opportunity for direct light. I'm reigning myself in. Once lemon auto is harvested I need to NOT immediately plant another. I've got some mephosito seeds I want to get going, but I've learned my lesson. This tent fits two 5 gallon mature plants... Uncomfortably. Three is too many 😂 1/17: wondering if northern lights has is it her to fatten up. Gave her a good flush &feed. Popcorn buds or not, I'm invested (#forscience). Lemon auto is still finishing up. Can't get good enough pics with phone to see trichomes. Clearly, I have a minimum of a week left, but I got a digital microscope so I can keep track! Day 35 is here. We are a week into flower and most the plants are just starting to hit that flowering stretch. I have been bending them down a little every couple days, but I need to focus on cleaning up some of the bottom branches so we can keep good air flow through the plants. Will work on that through this next week. I haven't done a water change, just been topping off the reservoir with fresh nutrients as they drink it up. Feeding half and half maxigro and maxibloom. Will cut out the maxigro in a couple weeks when I notice their stretch slowing down. I had a plant overflow this week because the drain line is getting full of roots. I noticed a couple roots have made their way into the reservoir already. I set a pump timer to 1 minute on and 20 minutes off so they can drain properly. I would like to make it through the grow without having to mess with the drains, but we will see what happens. I will make some modifications if needed. Other than that everything is running smooth and I hope we have some little pistils to show by next week. Thanks for stopping by ✌️

It was a very nice week. She is growing fast and loves low stress training. There are still little flies but they are not a danger for the plant. No problems, no deficiency, only pleasure. Coco is ready for flowering stage 💪💪💪

Maybe two more weeks to go buds are filling out nicely and are rock solid.

This queen starting to get

The plants had been a little root-bound before transplanting them into the bigger pots, this showed in a yellowing of the leaves and a slowed growth. During week 5, now in the bigger pots, the plants are recovering quickly. The start to grow in a nice healthy green color and quickly get bigger in size. Since the light-mix has nutrients in it for appr. 2 weeks, I only add a little BIO NOVA Roots and BN-Zym to my 'FLEXITANK' reservoir. After adding the nutrients I measure the ph-value and see its 6,6. That is too high for cannabis-plant on soil, they cannot take up all nutrients at that ph-level. Therefore I use ph-min from BIO NOVA to decrease the value of the 100 liter nutrient solution in my reservoir to ph=6,0. At this ph-level the plants can take up all nutrients they need for a healthy growth. My two SANlight EVO4-120 LED-fixtures are hanging 75 cm above the plants and are tilted inwards by 11 degrees, following the recommendations of the lights manufacturer. The fixtures are dimmed to 60% of power (=1 green light ON on the dimmer) at this stage, so they plants get a nice stretch and grow into bigger plants fast.

Welcome to the start of week 5 for Queen Citronella. She has developed a thick stem and really short internodal spacing. She responds willfully to LST. Day 29.5: Repotted. Look at those roots!! This is a special plant. Day 30: There was brief transplant shock as I forgot to flush the medium to correct PH... she's bounced back today. Queen Citronella has almost outgrown Karen who is 2 weeks older. Day 31: Happy one month birthday your majesty! Swelling in every direction. Starting to gain height. Day 32: I've noted a sudden uptick in thirst. In an unrelated note I have added a little 15w LED above her at about 10cm. I doubt it'll make any noticable difference but it's in there anyway as I use it for photos, so it may as well be on. Day 32.5: Have removed approx 20 fan leaves and performed further LST. Day 33: Look how fast Queen Citronella responds to LST and defoliation. She has gained 1cm in the last 24 hours and now stands at 25cm. Day 34: 26cm. Day 34.5: Fertigated. Added pot risers and adjusted pot. Performed further LST on lower nodes. Performed HST on some higher nodes just for practice. Day 34.75: Fertigated 4l Day 35: She didn't gain any height at all that I can tell, but she has put on a lot of leaf growth in the last 24h. So here we are at the end of week 5, and Queen Citronella is starting to take her regal form. Slightly alarmed by the yellowing new growth but her growth rate has stepped up again so it may be just normal. I'll keep an eye on it. Once I can take enough clones I'll cut her back a lot. For now she can grow as much as she wants. Citronella now smells citrusy, if you brush against her it's quite strong. Defoliated approx 6 fan leaves.
