Thirsty_Grower The germination went excellent. I watered very sparingly, starting with only about 30-50 ml in the first few days and gradually increased the volume.
Thirsty_Grower Fixing a CalMag deficiency.
The leaf tips are starting to dry out and curl upwards - probably due to over-fertilization or salt stress.
The sugar leaves are getting really "sweet" or resinous!
Thirsty_Grower The trichomes are slowly turning milky, but many are still clear.

Thirsty_Grower Because I felt bad about cutting off the excess colas, I left too many on. As a result, many grew, but they stayed too thin. The bigger the buds got, the worse the branches could support their weight. That's why I had to prop up the branches with a string so they could hold the weight.
Thirsty_Grower The first amber-colored trichomes appear, predominantly at the tips of the upper flowers, directly under the lamp. This is probably because these flowers have received a bit too much heat from the strong lighting. At the same time, there are still enough transparent trichomes present. Therefore, I have decided to wait a little longer with the harvest.

Thirsty_Grower The plant kept getting yellower and started dropping its leaves more and more despite the fertilization. I think it doesn't make sense to wait any longer – the time for the harvest has come.
Thirsty_Grower The roots had penetrated the entire volume of the pot. However, the main root was only about 15–20 cm long; the rest of the root ball mainly consisted of very fine, highly branched roots. This was probably due to insufficient ventilation in the root area. In a fabric pot, the root system would likely have developed better.
The drying took place in a textile cabinet in the attic. The temperature was around 5–10 °C at night and approximately 10–15 °C during the day.
The total weight after drying was 117.55 g. The average weight loss during curing was about 2.61% (see table). Not the entire harvest participated in the measurement of weight loss during curing, but only a part of it. However, the quantity examined was sufficient to determine the average weight loss. The weight exceeding 49.9 g was properly disposed of.
Fresh diary, fresh energy 💪
It's always great to see when a new run starts 😎
Wishing you lots of success and especially a lot of fun with a beautiful, healthy plant 🌱✌️💚
@RockoCalenberg, Thank you so much! 😇 Actually, the life cycle of the plant is already completely finished (10.11.25–07.03.26) 😌. I just now "mustered up" the courage to write a diary, and I will gradually add to it as I have time 😊.
And yes, I really had a lot of fun with this plant and learned a lot! It was very interesting and exciting!
When I'm done with the diary, the results will really surprise you! 😁
Happy harvest! 😍
I did a genetic cross project and named it OG Cream. I'd be happy if you check it out. 👽🙏🔥
I'm currently testing the new cross, and I'm really excited to see how it turns out!
