WEEK 8 My Zoapaya is growing quite nicely and isn’t giving me any problems. It has also become very tall, but in return it has very strong and stable shoots. This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.

12.9 4th veg week done.. Healthy girls now. Blue fire's showed some signs that root space was running low and also nitrogen def. but got it under control and girls are now in final homes. Blue Fires are in 11L plastic pots and the New's in 16L root pouches. They got used to new homes pretty fast and were growing more the next day moved 👌 No hussle there. This is where sometimes I have burned extra time when messing with trasplanting. Maybe rhizotonic had something to do with this. Using it for the first time now. I mixed my soil 75% soil and 25% coco.. usually it's 50/50 but I like to tweak thing a little to see what's up 😉😎🙏 I topped all girls yesterday. Aiming for 6-8 tops in every plant and gonna insert netting there and also use stakes to part that space. Ok happy growing to everyone and thanks for stopping by! 🙏👽

I top dressed worm castings mix with more organic soil and and gave the teas ones a week other then that a I gave them just water with 3ml silica 5ml cal-mag 10ml fish’s sh!tt.

El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. Week 8 begins. Mango Merengue has struggled, buds are small and frost is minimal. I continue to be impressed by this light even though this plant has struggled.

Plants seem to have recovered from the stress of topping and transplant and are starting to take off. Lamp is turned all the way up now. I stupidly brought in some non-cannabis plants to chill with them, and they brought in some fungus gnats :( Not an insane infestation, I noticed it quickly, but trying to be proactive. Added a fan for more airflow, mosquito bits, neem spray, etc. GAME ON GNATS :) Upped nutrients from 1/8 tsp/gal to 1/4. Will back off if needed but its still a small amount. Trying to test how they take it. Had to raise the lamp a few inches. The plants are growing and so far 16" distance at 100% has been fine. It is currently 15" but I will raise it again another day to fix it. Rotated the bagseed indica to point in the middle of the net. I "f-ed up" the topping of this bush, it was really a FIM. As if it was not bushy enough!!!!! Added a net, not really for elaborate scrog, just "basic" control of which direction things are growing, especially now that they are growing into each other. Rotated the bagseed up front for better positioning. Clearly I sloppily "F- I missed" topping this one, so i really FIM'd it, kind of at least. 4 growths coming out. Just in case this wasn't already hellaciously bushy!!!!

During week 13 I stop giving any nutrients in order to FLUSH the plants. The 12 AK-47 plants from SERIOUS SEEDS are in their last week of flowering (=9th week) and have developed into huge little trees. The size of the colas is ASTOUNDING to me at this stage, bigger than anything I have seen on plants in 7 liter pots. Unfortunately I see first signs of bud-rot on some plants, therefore its time to soon harvest the plants. The humidity during the late stages of flowering has been much too high due to bad weather outside. The high humidity with the huge size of the buds are the perfect circumstances for bud-rot beginning to grow INSIDE the buds (it always starts at the stem and grows to the outside). I spot a yellow sugar leave on a top and pull it out, since I feel no resistance at all, I take a closer look and open up the bud carefully. I spot grey mold at the center of the bud growing out of the stem and want to start to cry...my worst fear has come true...BUD-ROT is inside my beautiful plants! The only thing to do now is to cut off any infected parts and finish the grow as quickly as possible. The SANlight Q5W-Gen.2 LED-lights are still in full-power mode and some plants now show signs of light-bleaching at the very top of the plants. This means the plants grow white new flowers instead of green ones. The plants look like they have small snow-caps on top of the plants...an AMAZING THING to see. This can be avoided by dimming the LEDs during the last week of flowering or by hanging the LEDs higher. The white parts of the bud have the same quality as the rest, therefore i dont mind a little light-bleaching. What makes my heart hurt is the parts with bud-rot. Since mold can cause cancer when burned and inhaled, it is of utmost importance to cut off any infected parts off the plants when they are harvested. This means I will get much less medicine that I hoped...😢 At least the quality will be GREAT, since the buds are glistening with trichomes now and they SMELL AMAZING. The aroma is heavy and thick and lightly sweet with hints of Sandalwood...simply DELICIOUS!
