Black Opium - Week Update 🌿 Quick update on Black Opium! Reached unexpected heights with branches exceeding 50cm in length. Running a bit behind her tent mates but now bulking up nicely - the buds are doing excellent work despite inevitable light stress. For an 8L pot she’s absolutely massive! Takes up way more space than expected. Definitely keeping that in mind for the next Black Opium seed - this strain needs serious real estate! 25..05.2022 die Gorilla Auto war eigentlich ein Versuchobjekt um so ein paar Dinge bei der Keimung zu testen. Ich hatte ihr die Hälfte der Pfahlwurzel schon im Papiertuch zum Keimen aus Versehen abgerissen. Irgendwie mochte ich die kleine, behinderte Gorilla aber sehr und habe sie aufgezogen. Sie ist sehr kleinwüchsig aber sieht, trotz des massiven Schadens sehr gesund aus. - Ich habe ihr neues Equipment gekauft, welches ich zukünftig zur Anzucht nutzen werde. 40x40cm Zelt und SANlight Q1W 50 Watt - Die Gorilla hat ihre ersten Wochen im größeren Zelt erst alleine und dann ein wenig Zeit zusammen mit den Gorilla Zkittlez Automatics (ja, die mit dem beschissenen Magnesium Mangel) in meinem anderen Tagebuch verbracht.

Alles soweit recht ruhig die Woche verläuft ereignislos aber die Baumstruktur wird immer deutlicher das find ich gut :o

2024/01/20 : as it survived, shiva skunk got a decent pot (1 gallon smartpot 50% canna coco pro / 50% hydroton) and 3 others are going on LST... 3 days growth : afghani #1 - 19.0 cm (+3.0) sensi skunk - 17.5 cm (+4.5) hindu kush - 16.5 cm (+3.0) shiva skunk - 11.5 cm (+2.0) 2024/01/23 : shiva skunk looks bad, with leaves going down and yellowing... it didn't like its transplant. The others are looking OK. I may have seen first pistils... The heights are : afghani #1 - 22.0 cm (+3.0) sensi skunk - 18.5 cm (+1.0) hindu kush - 18.5 cm (+2.0) shiva skunk - 11.0 cm (-0.5) 2024/01/24 : spayed with Foliar Spray from B.A.C. last night, don't know if it was OK for shiva skunk, we'll see. 3 others are preflowering without a doubt now. afghani #1 - 24.0 cm (+2.0) sensi skunk - 20.0 cm (+1.5) hindu kush - 21.0 cm (+2.5) shiva skunk - 11.5 cm (+0.5) 2024/01/25 : shiva skunk is struggling but it's not done yet. And I think stretch began for others.

Day 51 - Starting a new week and she needed some water and nutes for sure. I also added some molasses to the mixture on advice from a friend so we’ll see what that does for her. She’s still stretching quite a bit and looking forward to the buds really starting to develop. Day 52 - Everything is looking good with this girl. She’s definitely a lengthy girl and somewhat “petite” but looking nice and healthy and starting to bud up nicely. Day 53 - All is looking good and nothing much new to report today. She’s stretching like crazy right now, almost 2 inches the last 24 hours. It’s probably going to be another day or two before she needs some water. She’s not drinking as much as my other two. Day 54 - Everything’s still looking good with the girl. She’s definitely lengthy but I’m sure she’ll fill out in due time. She’s not very “full” of fan leaves and such so that should help out cause bud sites aren’t blocked. I gave her a gallon of water and nutes and it’s really helping her grow. Day 55 - Almost the end of week 8 and she’s chugging along nicely. Didn’t really do much with her, just wanted to readjust her in the tent. Day 56 - The end of another week and she’s coming along nicely. Still really lengthy but I’m hoping and expecting her to do really well. I clipped off a couple low branches to keep energy focused on the main branches. She’s behind the other girls on water but should still need some by the end of the weekend.

This week i flushing a plant 7-10days and use ice burn. And close a light before hardvest 2days

Week 10 Hi everyone, Everything going brilliantly. Girls are gaining weight, trichomes development it's amazing. As for now some buds up to 10-20% amber and some are still almost 100% clear and milky. Leaves are still pretty green and I may keep nutrients for this week but all will depend of trichomes palette before switching just to water. This lasting on avarage for 2-2,5 day. 27/09 Day 66 All going smooth. Girls are covered with frost. Noticing some more amber trichomes. Will keep watering them with nutrients tonight and will keep observing closely their development before cutting off nutes completely. 30/09 Day 69 We are approaching final days of this amazing journey😁After closer look decided to flush this morning. Only water and Fish Shit on ratio 0.4ml per 1 ltr. Flushed with approx 3 ltr per pot. Runoff 50-100ml. Runoff ph 6.4. 01/10 day 70 It's the end of week10 Currently trichomes at some buds up to 20-30% amber 😍 and on the rest milky with small groups of amber 5% As its a soli grow we have a good few days for development. this is the beginning of the 4th week along with the publication of the end of the 3rd week, this is how the fourth week is received, another intensive pruning that has no choice but to do it due to the size of the indoor, which is working great for us and we believe that I will always work like this, I am happy, here then the pruning of its results a little before and after and how it is receiving this fourth week, with the threads I touch a little bit of hair I hope it does not affect much but all in favor of opening the field to all the branch buds alike.WE CHANGE THE MESH FOR A BETTER ONE AND OF THE IDEAL SIZE AND AGAIN WE USE THREADS THAT HELP US VERY WELL, WONDERFULLY

Start of week 4 of flower! Off to a troubling start, as the light switched on over 1 hour ealiere than scheduled. I took a spare timer, and set it up to continue it's 12/12 schedule, but now moved one hour back. I cross my fingers they forgive me for this error.🙏 👽👉31/10 The day after watering and the day my timer messed up my 12/12 schedule. But hope it brings no problems. I defoliated lightly and only removed most under the SCROG line. Even a couple of underdevoloped branches that stretched below SCROG-net got cut. 👽👉 1/11 Been having a battle with humidity after watering, but upped my air circulation to help. 👽👉 2/11 Waterday* Upped my nutes on BioHeaven, BioGrow and BioBloom. 👽👉 3/11 They seem to be responding good to the upped nutrients. 👽👉 4/11 Humidity under control. 👽👉 5/11 The VPD on point, has really speed up the trichome production. 👽👉 6/11 Waterday* Stayed on the same schedule, as last watering. They seem very satisfied and no signs of mistreatment.

I appreciate every one of you 👊✌️🤙 Once she was down, her fan leaves were cut off and each branch was hung in the drying box and left to dry for 8 days. It was left in a cool dark place to slow drying time. Once the outer leaves were dry her buds were given a close trim and jarred for curing. I put a 62% boveda pack inside to ensure the humidity is stable during curing, although it's not crucial. The jar is burped once a day for a few days and then left approx a week inbetween the next couple of openings. After 3 weeks or so, you don't have to worry about burping if you wish to store for a while, or you can tuck right in like I do! Because I have 4 seperate quarters for other plants/strains in one tent, under one light, I've had to calculate these by dividing the conditions by 4 (4 sections in total sharing same conditions). This is the fairest and only way to work it out on average as a full tent. If you multiply by 4, it gives you the average amount for a full tent worth. Happy growing! 🦊

Overall a fun and enjoying flower of the purple sunset. She transitions quickly and stretchs fast. Being an indica hybrid she doesn't get too tall, thus creating strong and sturdy branches to hold her fast dense frosty nugs. During the stretch she loves a good amount of grow notes. Week 2 to 4 she starts getting picky. Once she starts to fade, it is time to drop the grow nutes and go into full bloom early in week 4. This cultivar shows more phenotypical expressions depending on climate and flush. She shows huge purple hues in flush. Allowing her to go into week 9 to 11 can result in almost purple buds. She has a nice term profile in flower and once in the jars. Sweet candy grape 🍇 purple punch notes on the nose and on the pallette when exhaling on the smoke. When trimming this girl she was. Breeze to trim. She got a good 8 to 9 days to dry and was then sweat in the jars. When you smoke Ethos purple sunset the indica really hits you like a train. Taking her down at day 52 was a good choice. The high feels like any of the high once u smoke it. You don't start to notice the stoned effects until you're halfway through a big bowl with your partner. As you guys finish, you notice the body stone take in effect as well the heavy chest and trachea feeling which I LOVE. A sense of happiness and relaxation set in almost immediately. Very enjoyable indica high with great terps. I would give it a 10 but that maybe next run once grow her to week 10 flower. Overall Ethos purple sunset delivers. Vamos que os explico un poco critical es una variedad indica con una floración rápida, sus flores son compactas , y bastante resinosas, tiene aromas fuertes. El ambiente en el secado estuvo en 23 grados de media y 40% de humedad se pasaron rápido al bote de cristal, 7 días en concreto.
