Probably last foto session out of the grow box. Solution of Orgatrex and PK-5-8 with every watering, she is now getting 2 lit per day manually. I will connect autopot during periods of my absence but I am afraid that she may stay without enough nutrients. I am still under trauma of my first grow when I left them for 10 days unsupervised and at the time I was back there was lot of damage.

This girl is just huge, buds everywhere, fat tops and lots of them. She is really starting to fill out and is super top heavy. I don't even try to take her out the tent now. Her aroma is insane, that typical haze smell, with a gas undertone. Super sticky and developing lovely sugar. Over half way now. Can't wait to get to the finish line!

Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . I'm going away for 30 days about a week into this grow. I'm going to automate weeks 1 through 5 by using the Blumat watering system along with the automated fan from AC Infinity. Hopefully, these will keep things going while I'm gone. I've never used the Blumat products before and I'm excited to see their potential. If I succeed, I'll return to happy 5-week old plants. If not, I'll have to start a new grow...which is what I was going to do anyway. I have nothing to lose but a couple of seeds. Let's get this automated grow started. Day 1 - I placed the seeds directly in a fist-sized clump of Coast of Maine Seed Starter soil that was then placed in a 3-gallon pot full of Coast of Maine Stonington Blend. This will ensure the seedling doesn't get exposed to the nutrient-rich soil too soon. I set the light 2 feet above the top of the pots so they have room to grow into the 18" to 12" range. I also set the light strength to 60% during germination. The temperature in the tent remained 75 degrees and humidity was 70%. I also covered the soil over the germinating seeds with mason jars to act as humidity domes. Day 4 - Both pots sprouted this morning. I immediately removed the mason jar humidity domes. I also increased the light to 70% strength and installed the Blumat watering system to help me keep things growing while I'm gone.

This week, the plant continued to develop with no major issues. However, signs of a magnesium and calcium deficiency have started to appear, which may require adjustments in the nutrient schedule with Calmag. The plant was watered once with clear, pH-adjusted water to maintain a stable environment. A mild yet distinct aroma has also begun to emerge, hinting at the plant’s unique character as it matures. Overall, growth is progressing well despite the minor nutrient deficiencies.

Started to harvest buds from the strawberry banana so that it could move to an area with lower lights due to the main breaking a few weeks ago. The other plant Tropicana Cookies Purple is stacking flower like crazy. Dare I say near forearm size bud at harvest keeping my fingers crossed.

Double grape start of week 3 of flowering another month to go :) so very excited all smiles people :)

Now we are up todate with the grow, I'll keep you posted as I go that way the diary won't look so shit lol but as for today we are on Schedule to a nice harvest

Switching to 12/12 so the girls have the first week of flowering behind them, so far without any major problems, they are out in the world and it is a pleasure to look at them.

Great to see you and I missed you, I had some time so I created a video to thank our lovely foster company, who were so kind to let us try their light in return for a review. Now, most of you don't know I'm also into making music, mostly Techno but I also love HipHop and Gangster rap, mainly 90's Westcoast, although I'm fond of East Coast and a little dirty South, so this was an excellent time to showcase one of my tracks. If you don't count the about a thousand fungus gnats I have been fighting. I'm manually manifolding and training the girls, into the desired shape, which is a bit hands-on but I see it as a collaboration more than a 50 shades approach to training. You can't just bust out a rope and domination on girls like that. We ease it in there, going to the limit every time, making them stretch and curl underneath the touch of our tender but firm hands. And when they are used to a little groping and fixation, we might bring out a few ropes here and there to spice it up a little. Anywaaaays.... I'm getting carried away here, back to the grow. I had bought some coco-peat, after leaving none for the top layer as I suggested to all of you in the previous weeks of my grow (if you missed it, click one week back for a full recipe (the yellow image) for everyone in Europe) left me with enormous amounts of fungus gnats. Its seems to alleviate the problem already. As it did with my previous grow the Gelato 33 Golden Canopy from Heaven. In the meantime I notice my temperatures going down so Im trying to fix that too. Hey now, hope everyone is having a great week, the Glueberry OG Auto is finally in full blown flower at week 8 and I believe her vertical growth is just about done at 36" which is about perfect for this setup. She may grow a couple more inches but I'm hoping not too much because I have about 16" between her and the light. She is getting straight flower nutrients now as I transitioned her slowly over this past week. She is now feeding on silica, cal mag, and GH maxibloom. I will start to add some GH PK booster later this week slowly. I use GH KoolBloom to boost the PK of the maxibloom and continue with that mixture until I start to flush her around 4-5 days before harvest. I also have the Medic Grow Spectrum X set at 100% in the F1 Flower cycle, and I am now up to 90 minutes per day of UV/IR before lights off. My PH meter got a little crazy this week, but I think I caught it in time as I didn't really see any spots on the lower leaves. If I suspect my meter is off, I just test some of my well water because it has been steady at 6.3 since I moved in like 10 years ago. I will probably do one last light defoliation in the next couple of days and that will be about it other than keeping the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old.
