Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. Hi everybody this week went amazing . She's looking very healthy and strong and has even started to take over the papaya cookies on its vigorous look and strength. Feeding app 5.8 pH 400 PPM of food. July 8: big thunderstorm last night had a few minutes of hail that did mostly minor damage. Some fan leaves with holes and others taken right off the plant. Oh well. Now I know that some of the mystery holes in leaves might just be hail damage. July 9: these Northern Lights are the fastest growing of the autos in this batch. Added Power Bloom and a handful of malted barley as a top dressing. July 11: growing fast with hot and sunny forecast for the next two weeks. 👍

The blueberry will be harvested 3 weeks before the death bubba. Luckily a friend will let me use his dry room. I’m thinking 2 more weeks and she will be ready. The death bubba is doing well but the one in the back that seemed to grow the fastest has been showing some deficiencies on the leaves

3/25/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Veg (Day 52 overall) Added my first between changes SILICA Top offs. Was worried that when you add it to pre mixed Nutes that it can make the whole thing turn into a gummy looking substance. I was ready to drain the system and start it over for the week if needed, but no issues adding it to the tank. the Silica going into the Res didn't gummy the system up, it did drop my PH by quit a bit causing me to have to bring it back in balance. 36 Gallons in the Tank Silica Add .5mil/Gal = 18Mil I topped some that needed to be topped, I defoliated some that needs to be defoliated. Since I have moved into Week 6 I have increased the light intensity up to just over 500 maxing it out for Veg Cycle. Next increase will be Week 1 of Flower. 3/26/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Veg (Day 53 overall) All conditions looked great. Other than me not putting one of the humidifiers back right which means it didn't work last night so Humidity was lower than I like. But got the Humidifier back on it's stand correctly and it is now pumping away. With that I decided to give the plants a day off from any stresses, no topping, no FIMing, no Defoliation for today. Just some good old soaking up the light rays and the ability to get all the Nutes they would like.. 3/27/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Veg (Day 54 overall) Looking kind of Bushy today, so I defoliated some, and topped some. 3/28/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Veg (Day 55 overall) PH was a little lower than I like 5.74 so I added a few Mil of PH UP and brought it back up to 5.94. Not much else at this stage, just I topped a little and I defoliated a little. 3/29/2023 Week 6- Day 5 of Veg (Day 56 overall) Topped a little, Defoliated a little Watched them grow!! 3/30/2023 Week 6- Day 6 of Veg (Day 57 Overall) Main action today was breaking down my old tent and setting up a new tent and getting my second RDWC system setup and ready for clones. I Topped a little, I Defoliated some and started taking a good look at what I would like to take for clones in the coming days. I have a few bottom branches that look every promising for my clone material on each. 3/31/2023 Week 6- Day 7 of Veg (Day 58 overall) #3 is at 16" Tall #2 is at 13" Tall

Well pretty big reveal this week. You get to see all the shit & roots.....and corn. Watering the girl proved to be hard to figure out. I've been watering her everyday because of the root reveal. And all that water goes down the pot. So I was worried I would over water. Well by now you know. I under watered. But I got it all figured out. I'm not ready to reveal the custom saucer I made yet. I'm still trying to grow these over the bowl roots but they were not ready for any of the reveal so now the exposed ones are tiny and the under the soil ones are much bigger. It is what it is. I will remove the soil on the side roots in the next couple of days so I can position them where I want them then repack with soil again.

Última Semana de Crecimiento, ya cambió ahora el fotooeriodo a 12/12 y que empiece la fiesta. Subí un pelin el juicio Grow de Advanced nutrients para que arreen el último estirón. Hice un mix de podas desde la típica apical a la fim y algún lst , os iré enseñando más imágenes pero en las fotos ya se pueden apreciar. Estos clones me están sorprendiendo están estirando genial y son bastante resistentes hasta ahora no hubo ninguna plaga. La potencia del foco actualmente está funcionando a un 50% , y ya está semana que viene empezaré aplicar abonos como si fuese floración. La semana que viene volveré actualizar , la verdad que estoy pasándolo muy bien con estos 2 proyectos. Buenos humos familia 💨💨💨

Week 9! Day 65: 2L (pH6.8) + mild organic fertiliser from kitchen scraps. Remember the potato water I spoke of earlier? I blended it up with some ruined sweet peppers from the garden and some applecider vinegar & eggshell to give her one last, very diluted nutrient solution. This feed was aimed more at the soil than the plant. Bud bulking has come to a halt, she's fading. Nonetheless, I discovered some purple leaf edges on one of the buds in particular, I wonder if this might be related to nutrition or temperature. Day 67: 2L (pH6.6) + 5ml/l home-made fertiliser. I noticed I accidentally had turned off the timer on the LED, as well as left it on 20% power the entire night. I was expecting to have to disturb her lights off period to look at her, but there she was just chilling in low light conditions. Also, she seems to have no problems running on the very diluted home-made fertiliser so I'm repeating the previous feed - this time being a bit more precise on the dosage: 5ml/l. As I stated, this is more of a fertiliser for the soil microbes than herself.

Noticed some slight tacoing on leaves, changed to my 18/6 light schedule to help control temps and give some rest. Noticed some nute burning also, will full flush next week.

6/4/22 - 6/10/22 6/5/22 Today I tied Harlingen branches to the sides of the tote with pipe cleaners to open herup eve more andI carefully places lst clips to arrange her smaller branches outward.Excitedto seewhat growth week 8 will bring 😀 6/7/22 Zam got lst a few days ago and has really stretched the past few days. I'd say she is ready to kick her room mates to the curve. This girl is getting biiiiig. 6/8/22 Today my girl is really getting her stretch on ad lovinglife. Her root issues have completely resolved with her peroxide routine. (I cup in the tote Daily and spray roots with 3% hydrogen peroxide to control root rot and fungus gnats. 6/9/22 Not alot of change today. But man is she a doll 😍 6/10/22 Can't wait to see what week 8 grow will be like🤗

Nueva poda de apicales y una de silicio. Con 26 dias Harto de los plomos me deshice de ellos y así seguiran creciendo , tal cual quedaron. No pretendo hacerles mucho más, más adelante igual doblamos alguna rama para guiarla y quitar algun chupóptero. A los 26 dias también se subió la potencia del lumatek al 75%. unos 220 W. áprox. y así pasaran hasta que se cambie el fotoperiodo.

Things are just grooving along at a nice pace, I will be looking to check the trichomes this week to see where everythings at but I know for sure we still got some time left especially for Fuel D.og. Over all really excited to see what this week will bring and hopefully we will be starting flushing the plants by weeks end!
