hardy sativa, good taste profile with notes of peach and pink starburst, good yield, does in fact finish fast. likes training and grows robustly, yielding large buds that are quite dense given this strain’s sativa predominance. overdried a bit this time around, by overcorrecting for the summer humidity.

Halfway through flush run off at 150ppm. Temps dropped down to a range of 65-73. Things are getting purple but had to trim a bud of cause of mould. Humidity has stayed 50-70% due to my poor exhaust but overall looking dank !

This week I harvested these two Quebec Black Bud, it was really a great experience. Its unique appearance and these colors charm us from start to finish. Calm in vegetation but surprises us in flowering. I can't wait to see the final product 😇 Harvest : Pheno #1 day 56 flowering 119 total Pheno #2 day 60 flowering 123 total Training : They have received my hand manipulation since day 8 and this every day to force them to grow bigger and stronger until the addition of the scrog. I started my base again on a manifold. For now I'm having fun like that, let's see later 😁 I'll leave you with these beautiful photos and come back to you later. After drying and curing I realize how the color is an intense purple almost black, The genetics are not called Quebec black bud for nothing. the buds are really compact, I know that with the auto pot system I give myself a chance that they will be denser but I believe that hard training leaves its mark.

More Incredible Developments this week! I started adding General Hydroponics Bud on the first watering of the third week of flower - it has resulted in some surprisingly big and fast growth over the past week. You can see from going to the previous week and this one, the bud sites seem to just getting fatter and searching out for their neighbors above and below them with the white pistils - I know I keep saying this but as a lifetime cannabis user, this is the first time I have had the opportunity to watch my own garden closely through the entire plants development and life cycle, and so far this is VERY exciting and entertaining to see the developments each day. The topping and LST techniques I used (no experience, only watching videos and researching) have resulted in my plants taking on almost a bowl or basket shape, where the outside branches have reached far far above the middle canopy during their "final stretch" or first week or two of flowering. Now, the middle of all of my plants have numerous smaller bud sites that are developing - I am looking forward to how the lower canopy buds develop! I am currently watering them every other day - 8 cups of water each. This past week I increased their water intake from 6 cups to 8 cups - So far I am seeing no sign of stress in any way shape or form - only VERY happy plants working on bulking up on their flowers. I plan on letting them do their thing and working on maintaining their environment so it stays consistent. Definitely a big increase in smell this week - the Cherry Gorilla x Sol Sonic seem to be moving along and bulking up a little more than the GMO. When picking leaves off the GMO, I can already start to smell and recognize hints of the tremendous gas garlic stank I have been looking forward to - Appreciate the Likes and Follows! Day 57. And Mimosas are real sl@ts ..... No doubts, they all time were most picky and stupid, but big, very big ... Only two from 3. Last one is the smallest plant from all first wave. Very strange . Smoothie's are nice, grow without big hiccups, maybe a bit of a runners, but all 3 looks very similar. Purple Punch - both small, the one in best light is giving me hope that I will chop her before holidays and will make some space for the guy who will be watering them during my offs. They are overfed a bit. So no feed all week. Just water. Two biggest Mimosa's will be transplanted into bigger pots, they drink a lot, dry too quick and are sad in my mind, so I will cheer them up with bigger pots this week. Still selective defoliation, some yo-yo, so ties and no spray anymore. Smell is getting stronger, but didn't bother to try one or other. Still nothing special or super smelly yet ... In the middle of the day Mimosa's finally happy, but before lights down - theirs leaves are down too. Overdrying them constantly too, can't wait to give them better house, that type of fight I hate. Day 60. All work done ! Huge work ! All girls were cleaned, defoliated and pots toped up with BioBizz Worm Castings. Both Mimosas got new bigger pots too. Happy Growing !!!

Well week 12 and week 2 of flower started yesterday 8/22. Other than the clones everything is looking good. But to be fair I haven't really done much with them. They're like a bastard step child, I only kept em around out of moral obligation. Lol. J/k...sort of. Nah, just some weird bumps on a couple leaves and from what I can tell it's a copper and or zinc thing so I'm gonna get some Proactive, lol. So the mothers have definitely stretched, lol. ph meter is broken. i use ghe liquid to read ph lol ph goes down every night. 650ppm is still too high for this strain, drinks a liter everyday i need a bluelab ph/ec meter 2 Februari: the buds start to appear on the hydro plant with thc everywhere lol

I am very happy with the results of this growth cycle. I have improved my techniques for growing plants (LST and topping) and methods for stopping mite infestation. I didn't get a great harvest(not too much big flowers), but I like the result, nice compact and very good smelling buds.I make a wet trimming process and after this I tried for the first time to wash the buds before the drying process, because I use the foliar products to defeat the mites and the result is excellent (the ganja tastes good when I smoke it). Next time I will try to grow bigger and denser flowers to get a bigger harvest💪💪😊. An excellent plant that I would recommend to beginners, who want to experiment without risking too much.
