Week 6 is now over, and this week I tried removing some of the leaves here and there. It turned out to be a little more difficult than expected because of the SCROG. Getting to some of the leaves without disturbing the branches or buds is definitely not as easy as it looks. I’ve also started reducing the Big Bud and added Overdrive to the feeding schedule. From what I understand, this should help support the plants during the final stage of flowering — now I’m curious to see how they respond. The buds are continuing to swell nicely, and everything is looking really good so far. At this point, I’m thinking the harvest could be around two weeks away. What do you guys think? Do you think two more weeks sounds about right?

Week 6 Both the jedi juice and inked up cherries have two very different phenos. The inked up cherries 1 has very large buds that smell of candy. Cherries 2 has gotten so dark it's almost black at this point with big white tips. Jedi 1 is the frosiest with smell of minty citrus. Jedi 2 larger yeild than 1 but not as frosty and a fruity funky kind of smell. All very dense. Overall very happy with results so far and glad I cloned them.

Day 29 - She's bushed out to the fullest. This is a controversial, but I think essential part of growing. Trust me, what i had removed would have been a waste. I gave all sites there chance to achieve my desired height. Those that didnt, got the chop. Day 30 - Now that is a recovery! I will now focus on maintaining an even canopy. I will only pull down part of the plant that stretch faster. Day 31 - Wettable sulfur and Cali Carb before bud production fully sets in. Wettable sulfur will help with some pest management, not that I have any, powdery mildew, also not an issue, and increases terpene production. Cal Carb is a perfect pair for this as its a readily available source of calcium and carbon dioxide. Calcium seems to be a common deficiency in flower, and the plant loves CO2 during flower. This seems like a no brainer! She also got a nice feeding with some top dresses and water soluble nutrients. Loving the evidental daily changes this plant can produce! Day 32 - Continuing to pull branches down and move leaves for some of these lower sites. Can't help but to have the song, 'Let It Grow', from the Lorax, run through my head everytime I try to move leaves to help these lower sites get light, lol. Day 33 - Opening up as much as I can and tried to keep it all above the net. Vigorous rapid growth in both the plant and cover crop. Day 34 - Showing what it looks like before I take each days pic with the leaves tucked already. Getting hard to keep these leaves down! There's a few lowers I'll likely be snipping to help focus energy to better sites. Day 35 - Let's just take a moment and enjoy these beautiful flowers this amazing Common Buckwheat cover crop is showing off. If you dont know what Common Buckwheat does when growing in your soil, it helps gather phosphorus, attract beneficials, and can be cut down to make compost. Is this even the same plant from the beginning of this week!? Can't wait to see these buds start to stack!

What do I have to tell you this time we are really competitive. The two Darks are spectacular, as I have repeated several times, one is worked with a topping that clones only the central part of the plant in a series of 16 buds. If, on the other hand, you decide to leave other lateral branches, it happens as in the second plant that the center weakens a little but two immense main colas are created. I prefer topping only with the main line but I'm not sure if it's the most productive. Although I did a little misfire with the photos this week, my partner abandoned me but I'm gearing up to shock you last week, don't sing too much victory for super growers and look at these girls well ... Ahoy, green comrades and Power Buds enthusiasts! Gather 'round for the Week 5 Veg Report, where the saga of Jelousy continues to unfold in all its leafy glory. This week has been nothing short of spectacular, filled with growth, joy, and a touch of botanical magic. Now, brace yourselves for the root revelation – it was a week of root madness! Jelousy's roots decided to throw a green party of their own, growing with such vigor and enthusiasm that I couldn't resist but give her a grand ticket to her final pot. Yes, folks, the time has come for our green companion to settle into her permanent botanical abode. Let's talk about the grand ceremony – the transplantation. As always, I employed the mystical Aptus Holland Mycor Mix to accompany Jelousy on her journey. This mix isn't just a sprinkle of magic; it's a symphony of beneficial microorganisms, working in harmony with the plant. During transplanting, the mycorrhizal fungi in the mix establish a connection with Jelousy's roots, creating a dynamic partnership. They extend the root system, enhancing nutrient and water absorption, while Jelousy graciously provides them with sugars. It's like setting up a botanical support system, ensuring our green companion has everything she needs to flourish in her new and final home. Now, let's talk about a little gardening finesse – defoliation. As Jelousy reached for the skies, I decided to give her a little grooming session. Removing some of the older, lower leaves not only allows for better light penetration but also encourages the plant to focus its energy on the growing tips. It's like giving our green friend a botanical spa day, where she can channel her energy into the areas that truly matter. But wait, there's more! I couldn't resist taking a few clones. It's like preserving a piece of Jelousy's green magic for the future. Who knows, maybe we'll have a whole family of Jelousies thriving in the garden. And speaking of the garden, we've welcomed a new member – a little Buddha acting as the guardian of our growing oasis. He stands tall, radiating tranquility and showering blessings upon our flourishing green kingdom. He seems to be particularly fond of the tree growing beside him – our very own Jelousy. It's like having a silent guardian, watching over the botanical wonders unfolding. As we revel in the beauty of Week 5, let's extend our gratitude to Zamnesia and Plagron for guiding us through this enchanting journey. Their support is the wind beneath our leaves, propelling us toward horticultural greatness. A nod of appreciation to the vibrant Grow Diaries community – your shared passion and wisdom continue to enrich our collective knowledge. To my fellow contestants and growers, may your plants continue to thrive, and may the joy of cultivation accompany you through every green endeavor. Here's to a week of roots finding their home, leaves reaching for the heavens, and the garden flourishing under the watchful eye of our Buddha guardian. Stay green, stay inspired, and keep cultivating those dreams! As always, thank you all for stopping by, for the love and for it all. This journey of mine would just not be the same without you guys. The love and support are very much appreciated, and I feel honored and blessed with you all in my life !!! With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself and always do things expecting nothing in return, with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will respond in ways you can’t even dream of . Started these gals into the flush cycle. Straight water until they are ready, about 1-2 weeks max before take down. The end is near. The plants will continue to swell as they ripen.

So the girls still look healthy, the flower sites are starting to set in now so some defoliation of the bottom skirt is required this week, time to decide whether I'm going to take some clones!! Have the girls a little sprinkle of barley and rockdust from Living Soils, nothing crazy just a couple of tbsp of each. The P1000 is still doing a good job at the moment but thinking I might need an upgrade soon, see what results I get!! Thanks for stopping by 👍

Week 14 from Seed – Week 3 of Flower – Full Bloom Ahead The garden is shifting, and so are the vibes — we’re now stepping into the serious stages of the Eternity Grow Cup. Week 3 of flower, and what a beautiful time it is. The girls are officially locked into bloom mode and starting to show their power, stretching with grace and stacking flowers that promise magic. They’ve filled up the SCROG like it was meant for them — one look, and you can feel the energy radiating off the canopy. We started this week a little on the chilly side, with temps dropping down to 16°C, but we found the rhythm. By the end of the week, we had it all dialed in: 24°C with 60% humidity, giving us a clean and steady VPD of 1.22 kPa. CO₂ is rolling at 1107 ppm, and let me tell you, the girls are loving every part of it. They’re responding like pros — strong, healthy, compact, with early signs of dense flower sites setting in all over the canopy. The ICL 300s are fully in play now, and they’re doing a spectacular job. Light penetration is even, and the plants are soaking it up. We’re still holding off on UV, just letting the full spectrum and reds do their thing for now. We’ve updated our feeding too — we’re now into Week 4 of the Aptus Holland Clean Program, and we are about to introduce Plagron Green Sensation into the mix. A little booster to spice up the bloom and get those flower stacks rising to the challenge. The water temps were a struggle — stuck at 14°C — so we dropped in a classic aquarium water heater, and now we’re sitting at a comfy 20°C. Small changes, big impacts. You can see it in the leaves, in the way they pray up toward the light. This week’s visuals? Shot with both the Nikon and Sony setups, featuring different lenses and filters to capture the layers of depth, light, and mood in the garden. The difference between them is clear — two different worlds coming together to tell one story. You’ll feel the vibe through the lens, I promise. Also, it’s veggie season outside — and in the middle of the flower hustle, I’ve been grounding myself with the babies in the outdoor garden. You’ll find some shots of the onions, peppers, and early green life joining the party. Nature always balances herself. Looking forward, Day 21 defoliation is just around the corner — we’ll be opening up the canopy, making way for the light to reach deeper, and helping these compact queens shine even brighter in the weeks to come. We’re just getting started. Massive love and gratitude to Zamnesia, Plagron, and Grow Diaries for building this amazing platform for us to grow, share, and celebrate this journey together. And to my beloved sponsors — Aptus Holland, Grove Bags, TrolMaster, ThinkGrow LEDs, Promix, Cannakan, and Ziggy Papers — thank you for the love, the gear, and the belief. And to all of you — lovers, haters, OGs, first-timers, and curious wanderers — thank you for being here. For showing up. For feeling the garden. This journey is for all of us. Let’s keep blooming.
