Really looking forward to flipping these ladies next week

This grow is going to be really interesting. I have never grown sativa dominant hybrids before because I was always scared I would not have enough room. However, last season I had a really good run growing VERY short plants (see Mighty Minis) and it got me thinking, why not. So here we are; I'm growing 1 Blue Dream and 1 MelonSicle this round. Both are Sativa hybrids so I am hoping the stretch will not be too intense; no more than 2.5 original height before flowering. The blue dream I bought with the previous rounds of clones I got because I have herd that if trained well, this plant can PRODUCE. The plan is to continuously top, and train until the MelonSicle has caught up and is ready for flower. I will have the room to flower about 2 months from now so this Blue Dream is going to be a 2/2 table top by the time I am ready. Very excited about this one, also a little nervous.

They are huge. I think I will start doing defoliation 2 times per week. PH 5,5 - 5,7 EC 2,50 - 2,75 See you next week guys!

Day 21: From day 10 to 21 I couldn't take care of the plants because of private reasons, I asked my friend to take care of the plants and he didn't do a good job! He should had asked me or alerted me when he saw mayor problems, not just saying a little bit of light green or yellow. As you can see, we have alot of yellowing beneeth the plants, different sizes and even got some burnt leafs indicate that he didn't water on time. Did some run-off checks and saw many various values😓 Ph between 6.8-7.5 and EC between 1 to 2. The PH should had been 5.8-6 and EC at this stage 1.8+ since they need alot of nutrients because cocos soil doesn't have any. Because of this shit, they have been underfed, burnt, stress and more. Not ideal for autoflowers. Even the reservoir from humidifier was empty, indicating that it hasn't been filled for days!! Also it didn't got sorted out, there are always spots that get dryer faster or stay more wet. Get more light or less. Therefore it is wise to change spots of your plants all the time, I call it dancing. Your plants will grow more equally. If you look at the bigger plants, this should had been the size of all the plants sadly. They now look like they are in end of week 2 instead of week 3 and the bad plants end of week 1 😕 I did some defolation on some plants on the lower area. Roots start to show underneeth the pots, which is really good. I putted the bad plants in left under corner, Lets hope I can still nurse them. I still have 1-2 weeks to fix this before it goes into flowering, lets hope they will still grow double in size, otherwise this will be a lower rewarding grow.

Week 10...The plants are looking good! Took out the microscope to look at the trichomes...Starting to get milky but still another week or two before the harvest! Started flushing the plant this week!

Day 64: one day before harvest. The look fine and smell strong. I will do another set of pictures and video with daylight. Easy grow after three defoliations and lollipopping. See you in two weeks 🍁🌌

General —— Plant is doing fine. Had no issues this week and the devlopment looks solid. She didn't really stretch during this week. Nutes —— Watering 2L of Water every 3 days with CalMag and Horsetail Extract. I do have some nutrient burn but that's totally fine as it isn't a major burn Light —— Light is still running at 210W and a DLI of 35 at the moment due to the other plants which are growing beside the Automatic Defoliation —— Removed some leaves as bud sites got shaded. 📝 Summary of previous week: This week, the girls continued progressing well into the flowering stage. They’ve clearly stretching as expected during this phase. i watering them with 1.5L per plant, with one session including 1ml of Canna Terra Vega, 1ml of Plagron Alga Bloom, and 0.5ml of Mycochum from Plant Success. Two follow-up waterings were done with plain water only. There were some signs of yellowing and deficiencies in the leaves, likely due to an imbalance in the soil — possibly linked to the original hot soil mix. In response, light dimming was slightly reduced to 95%, and a plan was put in place to alternate between nutrient and plain water feedings. pH adjustments are also being considered. This week started strong. Some small concerns due to small orange spots appearing on fan leaves which on researching indicates a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Will add a small amount of cal mag to their next feed
