Hello Diary, The fourth week of flowering is over and we are slowly heading towards the end. Last week I did defoliation, so now there is better air flow through the whole plant. The leaves took on a yellowish color, but the flowers were not affected. They are covered with trichomes that are now visible to the eye and have been given a beautiful dark purple color. The volume of the flowers themselves is smaller than that of her roommates Purple Punch, I hope it will fill up a bit. As you can see in the photos, the Watermelon has a nice shape, it just looks gorgeous to me. In one watering I added Biobizz and that was the last addition of nutrients for her. From now on just flushing. Conditions in the growbox are good, the temperature varies around 25 degrees, while the humidity is around 40%. Now comes the stage when I start observing the development of trichomes through a microscope, it’s a special experience for me, like I’m looking at something from another planet. Here's a brief overview of the week: 11/03/2021 - Day 44. Watering. I didn’t add any nutrients, I just lowered p.H. water at 6.3. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 36% humidity. 13/03/2021 - Day 46. Watering. p.H. I downgraded to 6.4 and added BioBizz as scheduled for the current week. This will be the last addition of nutrients. From now on only clean water. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26 degrees and 39% humidity. 16/03/2021 - Day 49. Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Dejaré que el proceso del Super Soil de BioTabs siga su camino tal y como indica el manual de BioTabs! Ajusto LST a CBD Auto 20:1 #2 aplicando una nueva atadura a la punta, que ya se estiraba hacia arriba 24 horas después! 💥😍 La idea es NO aplicar más LST y dejarla que crezca de forma natural a partir de ahora Tal vez solo ir recolocando las ramas laterales para que no crezcan demasiado juntas, porque no quiero estresarla y que ralentice su crecimiento... Día 23 (12/11) Subo a DLI 40 Pequeños ajustes de LST en las ramas laterales a CBD Auto 20:1 #2 para crear una estructura homogenea No voy a volver a aplicar LST a la punta, voy a dejar que crezca de forma "natural" a partir de ahora El resto de plantas están creciendo muy bien! Riego con 750 ml H2O RO a CBD Auto 20:1 #2. El resto no necesitan riego Día 24 (13/11) Riego todas las plantas con 750 ml H2O RO CBD Auto 20:1 #2 se muestra sedienta y vuelve a necesitar 750 ml de H20 RO tras solo 24 horas desde el último riego! Día 25 (14/11) Pequeños ajustes de LST en CBD Auto 20:1 #2 Parece que los puntos / zonas marrones se aceleran en todas las plantas excepto en CBD Auto 20:1 #1... Día 26 (15/11) LSD-25 Auto & OG Kush Auto empiezan a mostrar muchas zonas marrones y las hojas inferiores se empiezan a retorcer... Día 27 (16/11) Riego con 1 litro de H2O RO El area técnica de BioTabs me confirma que lo que muestra las plantas es una quema de nutrientes... 😢 Su recomendación es regar SÓLO con agua la siguiente semana (hasta el día 35 por lo menos) Día 28 (17/11) LSD-25 Auto & OG Kush Auto se muestran muy afectadas por la quema de nutrientes... Week 14: Final Countdown (Flower Week 9) 🍌🥊 We’ve reached the final ripening! This Banana Purple Punch Auto by @FastBuds is finishing its 14th week from seed and its 9th week in full bloom. Week 7 Although the Gelato is the smallest of the bunch it's definitely the fastest flowering. Also I'm trying out a little experiment, if the results are positive I might share more about it in the future.. I've also added an extra Biotab in the OGK and NQ. My theory is that you need more Biotabs than adviced if you train and defoliate your plant a lot. Because you produce more plant material and with defoliation you technically are taking away nutrients of the plant. I've also did this to the Spliff Strawberry (other diary) and it's looking much more green since.

Wow! Such a beautiful plant! Literally glazing, shining leaves hunger for light photons. So far really low effort to keep, does not drink much, will stay one more week in this pot before going to her final soil mix. Also I decided not to top her, avoid stress and see her true nature and main cola.

Temperature changes have been swinging upwards of 40 degrees on some days. We are now experiencing 95 degree weather with sustained wind. Plants are recovering nicely though. Plants have grown a lot since last week. I'm considering topping some. I need to measure them.

It's been 61 days of flower now and they only got another week or week and a half left. The gals are still loving the new fc4800, TSW2000 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Thanks mars you guys are awesome 🤘🥁🎸. I'm getting a new exhaust fan soon. An 8 inch that will work alot better than my 4 inch lol. Wayyy to small for a 8x8 Grow Tent. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. Man these seeds germinated to quick when I first planted them lol . The team over at this hemp company have been putting alot of work into their brand and seeds .. I was lucky enough to be able to try this @hokuseedsco "purple la berna " it's a hemp cbg/CBD cross measuring under 1%thc . I was interested in growing hemp and with the chance to start these I knew I was on the road to some killer buds. These plants were started indoors under my mars hydro ts-1000 and were grown in organic soil mix with organic nutes . Out of the seeds I planted I had a few males but a few females as well . After being Inside for a while I moved them all outdoors and transplant then into 7 gallon pails fabric and chill on them for a while . They loved outdoors and flourished I was battling hungry plants as I don't like to fed more then I have to or want to. In the end of it all I gave synthetic #future harvest nutes for a while and then I finished with the @dutchsciencenutrients "bloom" . My end result is a beauty pair of plants with one going down today and the other is this week end . The trained pheno was purple everywhere leaves stems and buds while the untrained pheno was tall over 6"feet and had bright orange Hairs with light green buds . I'm in love with this bud here and I'm eager for the next growing this spring.This stuff is the sweetest , danky smelling hemp I could have dreamed of. Crazy bag appeal and I can't wait to get the smoke report going as well .. my whole grow I also used @miicrobialmass every two or three weeks it's good at creating microbiology in the soil helping to release essential nutrients to their roots ..tasted good and gave over an ounce of buds they are sticky and light with very strong berry smells over powers THC cannabis near buy just wow ..calm smoke just kinda relaxes you away !

Prepared the soil 12 days ago and prepared the pots at the day i put the seeds into glass of water. I used 50% Dope Light and 50% Coco as light mix for the top layer I used 50% Dope Soil and 50% Reused Soild + Additives to reactivate my old soil.
