๐ŸŒฟ 8ร—8 Adventure โ€“ Harvest Diary ๐Ÿ‘‘ Amnesia Haze Auto by Zamnesia โ€“ Pheno A ๐Ÿ”ฅ THE QUEEN HAS REACHED HARVEST! DENSE FLOWERS, MASSIVE STACKS & 997 PHOTOGRAPHS LATER! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ‘‘ Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8ร—8 Adventure! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š My friends... WE ARE BACK! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ And yes, we're doing it again. Another harvest, another individual diary, and another report that needed to be divided because apparently, twelve plants weren't enough work already! Welcome to the 8ร—8 Adventure, where the plants grow, the cameras work overtime, and the photographer occasionally starts questioning his life choices. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ๐ŸŒฟ But honestly? I wouldn't have it any other way. Today, we're giving the spotlight to one of the girls who has made herself impossible to ignore throughout this adventure. Amnesia Haze Auto by Zamnesia โ€“ Pheno A. Our Queen of the Yo-Yo World. Our heavy girl. Our beautiful, substantial, flower-loaded lady who has kept us busy documenting her development from the early stages all the way to harvest. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ”ฅ And what a journey this has been! This girl developed an impressive structure, carried substantial flowers throughout her branches, and gave us plenty of reasons to keep the camera ready. As the flowering stage progressed, her flowers continued developing into beautiful, dense structures, with some foxtailing that added another interesting detail to her appearance. And when we started looking closely at the flowers? Well... Let's just say the macro photography department had a very busy week. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ“ธ We went deep with this one. VERY deep. In fact, we ended up with 997 stack photographs! Yes, you read that correctly. NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY-SEVEN! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ At that point, this wasn't just a harvest documentation session anymore. It was practically a photographic expedition. So, as with the other girls, we're dividing the documentation into separate reports to give every part of the journey the space it deserves. This first chapter is about the harvest, the flowers, the photographs, and the end of her growing journey. We'll continue with the trimming process in the next report. So grab a coffee, get comfortable, and let's give this beautiful Queen her moment! ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ‘‘ โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ‘‘ THE QUEEN OF THE YO-YO WORLD โ€” FROM GROWING ROOM TO HARVEST If you've followed this diary from the beginning, you already know that Amnesia Haze Auto Pheno A has never been a plant that goes unnoticed. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘‘ Throughout the run, she developed a substantial structure and became one of those plants that made us pay close attention to the weight carried by her branches. The support system became part of her story. The flowers became increasingly impressive. And her overall development kept giving us new details to observe and document. She wasn't simply growing quietly in the corner. She was making herself noticed! ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒธโš–๏ธ And now, after following her through the growing and flowering stages, we've reached the harvest. It's always satisfying to arrive at this point in an individual diary. We can look back at the earlier updates, remember how the plant developed, and appreciate the journey that brought us here. With this girl, the combination of her overall structure, her beautiful flowers, and her individual character made her one of the plants I was particularly excited to photograph. And if you've seen the previous updates, you already know why. The Queen has been keeping us busy! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ“ธ โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐ŸŒฑ A 12/12-FROM-SEED RUN โ€” AND AN AUTOFLOWER WITH HER OWN STORY One of the interesting aspects of this project is our 12/12-from-seed approach. Although Amnesia Haze Auto is an autoflowering variety, we included her in the same general room schedule as the other plants. The room was running on a 12/12 light cycle, and we followed her development within that shared environment. This is an important part of the 8ร—8 Adventure. We weren't giving every plant a completely separate environment or writing twelve different growing schedules. We were documenting individual plants sharing the same overall project conditions and observing how differently they developed. And this girl certainly gave us plenty to talk about! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒฟ She developed substantial structure. Her flowers became beautifully formed and dense. She showed her own individual character as the weeks progressed. And now, we're documenting the harvest and moving into the next stage of her journey. It's another reminder that the name on the seed packet is only the beginning of the story. The individual plant is where the interesting details begin. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’š โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ’Ž DENSE FLOWERS, BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURE & A LITTLE FOXTailing Let's talk about the flowers, because they deserve their own spotlight. ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ“ธ One of the things that caught my attention with this girl was the way her flowers developed into dense, substantial structures. There was plenty to appreciate when looking at the plant as a whole, but the closer we got with the camera, the more interesting the details became. The individual flower structures. The way the flowers stacked along the branches. The textures and details that become much easier to appreciate in close-up photographs. And, of course, the foxtailing. Some of the flowers developed that characteristic elongated, layered appearance, giving them a slightly different shape from the more compact sections. Foxtailing can occur for different reasons, including genetic tendencies and environmental influences, so I'm not going to pretend we can identify one specific cause simply by looking at photographs. For this diary, it's part of what we observed in this particular phenotype. And visually? It certainly gave us plenty to photograph! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ๐ŸŒธ The overall result was a beautiful plant carrying dense flowers, with individual structures that made macro photography particularly interesting. And that's what I wanted to capture. Not just the general appearance of the plant, but the details that make her flowers worth looking at more closely. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ“ธ 997 STACK PHOTOGRAPHS โ€” YES, NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY-SEVEN! Okay, my friends... We need to talk about the photography. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ I knew we had taken a lot of photographs. I knew we had spent plenty of time looking at the flowers. I knew we had gone deep into the macro details. But when the total came to 997 stack photographs, I had to stop for a moment. NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY-SEVEN! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ“ธ For anyone unfamiliar with the process, focus stacking involves combining photographs taken with different focus positions to produce an image with greater depth of field than a single photograph would normally provide. When you're photographing tiny details at high magnification, the depth of field can be extremely shallow. A small change in focus can make one part of a flower sharp while another part remains out of focus. Focus stacking gives us a way to bring more of those details into a single final image. But it also means taking and processing a sequence of photographs rather than simply pressing the shutter once and moving on. And with this girl? We went pretty deep! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ”ฌ๐Ÿ“ธ The 997 figure refers to the stack photographs we took for this photographic session, not 997 finished images. Each stack is part of the process of creating the final photographs. And that takes time. A LOT of time. ๐Ÿ˜‚ This is one of the reasons the harvest documentation has become such a project of its own. We're not only growing the plants and following their development. We're also building a visual record of their flowers, structures, and individual characteristics. And sometimes, one plant gives us so many interesting details that the camera simply refuses to go home. This was definitely one of those occasions. WHY GO SO DEEP WITH THE MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY? Because the closer you look, the more you can appreciate the details that are easy to miss from a distance. A full-plant photograph tells us about the overall structure. A flower portrait gives us a closer look at the shape and arrangement of the flowers. A macro photograph takes us even further into the small details. And focus stacking helps us keep more of those details sharp in the final image. That's what I enjoy about this part of the process. We're not relying on one photograph to tell the entire story. We're using different perspectives to document different aspects of the same plant. The wider photographs give us context. The closer photographs let us appreciate the flowers. And the stacked macro images allow us to explore the details in greater depth. With Amnesia Haze Auto Pheno A, the dense flower structures and their individual shapes gave us plenty to work with. And when you have a plant that catches your attention like this one, it's difficult not to keep going. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ“ธ You take one photograph. Then another. Then you notice something else. And suddenly, you've taken enough images to make your computer ask whether you're planning to photograph the entire universe. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒŒ Apparently, the answer was almost yes. A LITTLE TRIP TO THE STUDIO We also brought a branch into the studio for some dedicated photographs. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ’š I love doing this because the studio gives us a different way to present the plant. Inside the growing room, the photographs show the plant in context. We can see her structure, her branches, and how the flowers sit throughout the plant. In the studio, we can give an individual branch its own moment. We can concentrate on the details. We can look more closely at the flowers. And we can create a different kind of photographic record to complement the growing-room images. It's not about replacing the full-plant photographs. It's about adding another perspective. The studio photographs allow us to focus on the branch itself and appreciate the flowers without needing to show the entire plant in every image. And with this girl, I think that was absolutely worth doing. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’Ž She has earned the spotlight, and we were happy to give it to her! โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐ŸŒฟ HARVEST DAY โ€” THE END OF ONE CHAPTER, THE BEGINNING OF ANOTHER And then came harvest day. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฟโœ‚๏ธ After all the weeks of observation, the environmental updates, the photographs, and the little details that made this plant so interesting, we reached the end of her growing journey. There's always something special about this moment. The growing diary has followed the plant through different stages, and now we can look at the harvest as the next milestone in that story. With Amnesia Haze Auto Pheno A, we had plenty to document. The overall plant. The branches. The individual flowers. The dense structures. The macro details. And the studio photographs. It was a substantial photographic session, and that is exactly why we're dividing the harvest documentation into separate reports. We want to give the harvest its own space. We want to give the trimming process its own space. And we want to leave room for the later post-harvest observations and smoke review. There's no need to squeeze everything into one enormous update when we can document each stage properly. Especially when we're dealing with nearly a thousand stack photographs! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ So, for this chapter, we're keeping our attention on the harvest and the photographs from this part of the journey. The next report will continue the story. โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ WHOLE-PLANT DRYING โ€” DOCUMENTING THE TRANSITION As part of the post-harvest process, we dried the plants whole. ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ We also took photographs of the drying stage, so the visual record doesn't stop at harvest day. I like having those images because they help connect the growing-room photographs with the later stages of the diary. We see the plant during her growing journey. We see her at harvest. And then we can follow the transition into drying and trimming. Each stage is part of the wider story. For this report, the drying photographs are included as a preview of that transition rather than a complete discussion of the trimming process. We'll give the trimming its own dedicated chapter in the next update. That way, we can keep the reports organised and make it easier for everyone to follow the journey without trying to cover every detail in one place. And with this many photographs? Trust me, my friends, we have plenty to work with! THE TRIMMING STORY IS COMING NEXT! I know some of you are probably already looking at the photographs and wondering what happened next. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒฟโœ‚๏ธ And don't worry, we're getting there! We've started documenting the trimming process, and those photographs will be part of the next report. But I want to keep this update focused on the harvest, the flowers, and the photographic work we completed around this stage. The trimming deserves its own space because it's another important part of the post-harvest journey. We'll continue with that in the next chapter, rather than rushing through it here. And after that, we'll have further opportunities to discuss the results of the post-harvest process and share the smoke review when it's ready. One stage at a time, my friends. One report at a time. One very busy camera at a time. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ So make sure to keep an eye out for the next update! The Queen's story isn't finished yet. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฟ โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๐Ÿ”ฌ THE 8ร—8 ADVENTURE โ€” TWELVE PLANTS, TWELVE STORIES For anyone joining us for the first time, the 8ร—8 Adventure follows twelve individual plants and phenotypes sharing the same general growing environment. The central idea is simple. We observe each plant individually. We document how she develops. And we compare the different expressions without assuming that every plant will behave identically. Throughout this project, we've seen differences in plant height, overall structure, flowering development, and the way individual plants present their flowers. Amnesia Haze Auto Pheno A has been one of the girls who really made herself noticed. Her substantial structure. Her beautiful, dense flowers. Her distinctive flower shapes. And the sheer amount of photography she inspired! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ‘‘ Now we've reached harvest, and we're continuing that individual documentation into the post-harvest stages. The growing room is no longer the setting for this chapter, but the story continues. Because a proper diary doesn't have to stop the moment the plant is harvested. There's still plenty to document, compare, and appreciate. And we're going to keep doing exactly that. A QUICK THANK YOU TO THE LIGHTING TEAM Throughout the growing journey, our shared 8ร—8 environment included the Future of Grow Black Series LEDs, with two additional Black Series 600W fixtures supplied for us to test. Our established room reference was approximately 59% power from the plug, with around 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. Those figures describe the previously documented setup, not a new measurement taken specifically for this harvest report. The Lumiflora lighting also contributed another layer to the wider lighting environment. These are part of the background to the project we've been documenting throughout the run. A huge thank you to Future of Grow for supplying the additional fixtures and giving us the opportunity to test the expanded setup. Thank you to Lumiflora for being part of the lighting ecosystem, and to TrolMaster for helping manage and monitor the room behind the scenes. The equipment is part of the adventure, but the plants remain the stars of these diaries. And this Queen has certainly earned her spotlight! COME JOIN THE DOG DOCTOR COMMUNITY! THE QUEEN'S TRIMMING REPORT! And now, my friends, it's time to prepare for the next chapter. โœ‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒฟ This report has been about the harvest, the beautiful flowers, the macro photography, and the journey that brought Amnesia Haze Auto Pheno A to this point. We've looked at her dense flower structures, her distinctive foxtailing, and the studio photographs we took to give one of her branches its own spotlight. We've also included a glimpse of the whole-plant drying stage. But there is more to come. The trimming report will continue the post-harvest story, with more photographs and a closer look at that part of the process. And after that, we'll continue with the remaining post-harvest observations and the smoke review when we're ready. So stay tuned! The Queen has reached harvest, but we still have more of her story to share. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฟโœ‚๏ธ โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€โ”€ โค๏ธ FINAL THOUGHTS โ€” AN AMAZING GIRL AND A VERY BUSY CAMERA! Amnesia Haze Auto by Zamnesia โ€“ Pheno A. Our Queen of the Yo-Yo World. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’Ž What a journey! From her development in the 8ร—8 room to the substantial flowers she carried throughout her structure, this girl has given us plenty to observe and appreciate. The flowers developed into beautiful, dense structures, with some foxtailing adding another distinctive detail to their appearance. And when we brought out the macro photography setup? Well... We may have gone slightly overboard. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ธ Nine hundred and ninety-seven stack photographs later, I think we can safely say that this girl kept the photography department busy! But that's part of the fun. We document what catches our attention. We explore the details. We take the time to photograph the plant from different perspectives. And we build a visual record that lets us look back at her journey. Now we've reached harvest, and we're moving into the next chapter of the diary. The trimming report is coming soon, followed by the rest of the post-harvest story. So thank you for joining me for this part of the adventure. Thank you for following the Queen. And thank you for being patient while we work our way through all these photographs! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ“ธ Keep shining, beautiful girl. NCH x SB is starting to fade significantly and has stopped throwing out new pistils, trichomes are significantly cloudy and a few on the sugar leaves are beginning to turn amber. Debating whether I should pull her at full cloudy in a week or two or wait until I see more amber. Sour Kush is still fattening up and has a lot of white pistils yet to mature, trichomes are of course a mixture of clear/milky, no fade on this plant yet. Tangerine Dream is making great progress in flowering and bud sites have thickened up considerably, trimmed a majority of larfy bud sites on this plant since the discrepancy in the distance to the light was so large. Water pH 6.15, EC 0.4. Feed pH 6.15, EC 0.717.

First week of flowering for the girls. We started with some master bloom from Xpert nutrients and continue with master root also from xpert nutrients. We placed a net above the poants to guide some of the taller branches and create a more equal canopy. We defoliated some lower leaves and for the rest it looks quite good, some plants showed a little sign of overfeeding so we lower the dosis this week.

Hi guys, this week has been great for plant growth..they are 85cm tall and I think they will grow a little longer. You can see the future buds that will be covered with flowers. From this growth I am learning that the FIM technique is better because the buds will all be at the same height and look much more (as you can see in plant number 4). Pistils begin to appear and in the next week I hope to see more pistils. Stay Tuned ๐Ÿฆ
