The ladies seem to be happy and starting to make flowers. They are feeding heavy at this point, I did cut the Cal Mag in half to make more room for the PK, but they are getting Silica, Cal Mag, Maxi Bloom, and PK booster. They are feeding 4 times per day, and I am doing some light defoliation every couple days. The colas will need some support here in the next few weeks as they swell, and I tie mine up from the top of the tent. I have NEVER run 7 plants in my little 5X5 so it is already very tight. I'm running a large fan below the canopy, and another above the canopy. I believe this amount of airflow, combined with the inline dehumidifier maintaining 45% RH in the tent, the harvest will be free of any mold, which is my only concern with it being this tight. I am planning for the main harvest to be either December 5th or December 12th, but will harvest any single plants if they are ready prior to the rest and hang them in my 2X2 seeding starter tent. Not much to do now but keep everything clean, and keep adding nutrients to my reservoir every other day. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe and Blaze On!

The new growth is coming in a little limey, we insist on reusing Promix so PH is always a bit of a rollercoaster lol.. no sweat, usually a gallon each PH'd to 5.5 with 5ml/gal N solution will get them back to baseline..we seem to have the same issue with most plants grown in our basement during summer, I'm sure the super high humidity and low evaporation rate has something to do with it... if they don't come around after the adjustment, they'll spend some time under the HIDs, this always straightens them out..we topped the mainline for the last time today for 8 mains per side, as well as another full round of toppings on the x2 LST plants... thanks for reading if you made it this far and happy growing everyone!!! ❤️🐱💡🌱 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_ 8/22/21 🐱 Quick update, the mainlined plant is showing signs of calcium deficiency which is odd, with our routine we almost never have Calcium or magnesium issues..its really only noticeable under the florescent lights on this one but we'll have to make changes.. they all have plenty of calcium in their media so I'm wondering if the PH has gone screwy in that pot.. we reuse promix which gets really acidic sometimes and we add lime to buffer this but we guess a lot and may not have used enough (or waited long enough)..I know when our media gets around 5-5.5 calcium deficiency is a huge issue..ill add a little more calcium to be sure and will try using water PH'd higher (6.5-7) and see if this helps anything. Thanks again for reading growmies!! ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_

Last week plants were looking super healthy and responded very well to the second topping so I decided to flip the light schedule few days later. They already started stretching and the smell is noticeably enhanced.

So glücklich über das purpeln der Banana Purple Punch RF3, da ich beim letzten grow und der Vorgängergenetik leider keine lila Genetik hatte. Ich liebe diese Farbe einfach! 😊

May 1st - pH 6.0, PPM 1280, 2.6 EC, 79/70f, 35% humidity - Water change, added purpinator since I found it on sale, plant seems happy from this past week, great sign. :) May 2nd - pH 5.9 -> 6.2, PPM 1380 -> 1260, 2.5 EC, 80/69f, 36% humidity - adjusted pH, likes to read a bit higher than usual according to my pH strips (~.2ish I believe), added a bit of distilled water, PPM was a bit high when testing this morning no idea why though. The plant seems O.K. May 3rd - pH 6.3, PPM 1350, 2.7 EC, 77/68f, 55% humidity - I started to add humidity to the cabinet to keep temps down and to help during flowering, I've got it outside the cabinet plugged into a humidity inkbird set to 60% RH and it'll allow it to fall 12.5% before turning back on. (Not trying run it 24/7) May 4th - pH 6.2, PPM 1350, 2.7 EC, 79/72f, 57% humidity - The plant is chilling, notice maybe some yellow spots on some fan leaves, if this continues I will turn off the humidifier, as that's what happened last time... Also raised the lights again, I wonder how big this one will get. May 5th - pH 6.1 -> 6.3, PPM 1280, 2.6 EC , 77/73f, 50% humidity - upped pH a tiny bit, added water to lower PPM May 6th - pH 6.5 -> 5.9, PPM 1350, 2.7 EC, 75/72f, 42% humidity - adjusted pH and added a little bit of water May 7th - pH 6.1, PPM 1600, 3.2 EC, 78/68f, 44% humidity - bucket is low on water, didn’t want to add a whole thing just to change it tomorrow, will start with more water (3.5gal) and add more water throughout the week compared to this week, I have started to experience clawing, possibly due to nitrogen toxicity, hoping to fix this upcoming week. And a noticed a few tiny rust spots on leaves randomly on the plant (not like it’s just fans or just old or just new growth, it’s sorta spread? Hoping it’s calmag?) Plant looks nice otherwise

Starting a second seed of this Wedding Cake strain from Lifted, a rec grower. The first seed has some interesting mutations going on that I did not see in any of the four plants last year. Hopefully this one comes out strong and uniform. If it does, I’ll likely clone it and hit the clone with some colloidal silver to reload. I have 9 seeds left, but it would be nice to have some extras. I really scored with these seeds. I put a few photos of a plant from the same seed stock. As you can see, the plant is very robust. I also found it very durable, pest and weather resistant. It also provides high yields. The research I’ve done says that Lifted’s Wedding Cake strain comes from a clone of the Seed Junky strain, which I believe to be the original strain. Whether the seeds I found in my rec store purchase are from cross pollination, genetics or stress, I’m not sure. However, given that I popped 4 seeds last year and had four females, I feel pretty confident that the seeds are from stress or genetics. So they would be feminized. No topping, just some serious LST. This year, I plan to top the stronger of the two and FIM the other.

I just added weeks 5 and 6 into one week because I didn't really have time to post last week. There seems to be a problem with my plants that I can't quite figure out. The only commonality that I changed with both plants since the last grow is the microbe Inoculant that I bought from NPK. The Black Afghan that I harvested back in November didn't have these microbes added to the soil and it grew into a monster. I am beginning to wonder if these microbes are stealing food from my plant. Even though these microbes are sold as "flowering" microbes. I'm beginning to think they are starving my plants. Also, I am technically 7 weeks from the flip to 12/12. So I may just be at the end of the flower period for these plants. I checked the Tricomes and they are mostly cloudy with about 5-10% amber. Normally at this point I would be cutting out the nutrients and letting her consume her leaves. However, she has already started to so that and now I don't know what to do. I just don't know. So... lesson learned. Stick to the basic nutes and stop trying to make this job harder than it needs to be. KISS

OKAY SO I KEPT THEM IN MY DIY SETUP FOR A WEEK AND GAVE THEM THEIR FIRST SUNSHINE TODAY 04/28 NOW THEY ARE ON A 24HR LIGHT SCHEDUELE. SUNRISE IS 5:30AM AND SUNSET IS 6:45PM. I SHIFT THEM OUTDOOR AT 2:00AM AND THEN GET THEM INDOORS AT AROUND 6:30PM UNDER CFL LIGHTS SO NO LIGHT TIME IS FROM 2:00AM TILL SUNRISE WILL KEEP THEM LIKE THIS THROUGH OUT THEIR VEGETATION. ATM I HAVE'NT ADDED ANY NUTRIENTS OR SOIL. BUT I WILL BE ADDING LIQUID NUTRIENTS NPK 40:20:20 FOR VEGETATION IN THE NEXT WEEK. I NOTICED A YELLOW DECOLOURATION ON THE EDGES OF THE COTYLEDONS OF ONE PLANT BUT SINCE IT WAS THE FIRST DAY OUTDOORS I THINK IT IS HEAT STROKE PLUS I HAD TO MAKE A MAKESHIFT DOME TO KEEP THE BIRDS AWAY (OUTDOOR PICTURE ATTACHED) TOMORROW I WILLSHIFT THEM IN A GLASS MADE GREENHOUSE WITH VENTILATION SO WON'T BE NEEDING THE DOMES. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS MY SECOND GROW IN MY REGION (PAKISTAN) AND THE FIRST ONE WAS AMNESIA HAZE AUTO FROM ROYAL QUEEN. THIS YEAR I AM PLANNING TO PLANT SOUR DIESEL AMNESIA HAZE NORTHREN LIGHTS AK 47 YOU CAN CHECK OUT MY DIY INDOOR GROW SPACE IN THE PICTURE ATATCHED IT'S MADE OUT OF SOME MATERIAL I HAD FROM MY PHOTOGRAPHY STUFF I HAVE ALREADY STARTED WITH THE SOUR DIESEL FINGERS CROSSED AND I'LL START PLANTING THE OTHER ONES IN THE COMING WEEKS. The flowers grew a little smaller than expected due to my radiator breaking down. The temperature rose to 20°C max during the day and 13°C at night. Obviously this slowed down growth. Fortunately I had a plan B, but I was only able to put it in place once I returned from vacation :/ On the other hand, I actually noticed that as soon as they found the ideal temperature, the fattening resumed as if nothing had happened. This variety is definitely very resistant, it's amazing... Thank you Royal Queen Seeds!!! There you go, this is the home stretch. We are entering week 8 and I have done my last watering with nutrient. From now on, I will water them exclusively with clear water, controlling only the chlorine and Ph. The countdown is on. This is truly the last phase of maturation. Harvesting can now occur anytime between now and 10 days from now! Chuss guys, we'll talk again next week!

I’ve added VPD to my dashboard and have now dialed in my climate for a perfect VPD. Home assitant dashboard controlling lamp, up/down humidity and cooling. Exhaust is going to be used to scrub the air and back into the tent. After adding C02 I’m now doing a sealed grow to take better control of the environment. I was dealing with high temps I put a evaporative cooler just in case if I need to up the humidity or lower the temps.

Flushed yesterday. I want to harvest friday or saturday, but I would like to get in one more flush. Well today is the day. All three are coming down on this holy day, 4/20/19. Im going to turn my customized grow tent into a dark dry room for at least two weeks (Aprox temp: 50-60*/ Aprox RH: 50%). Im also going to do my best to keep Big Lemon in one piece and do a whole plant hang dry. I will be placing the smallest budding plant (The Cheese) into a smaller tent with plenty of light and Co2. However, it is only day 56 into true flower (+ 2 weeks of transition=70 days of flower) for Big Lemon. It has a recommendation of 60-70 days, according to the breeder. I lend some credence to breeder flowering suggestions, because most of the time their relatively accurate. Its gonna be a busy day, and ill be sure to post before an after harvest pics/vids. Happy 4/20 Yall 😃
