The girls are happy! Pistils are long and the calayxs are developing nicely. Starting to stack and swell! Kinda turned into a jungle since the defoliation and now it's so much leaves...I removed a dozen or so but I dont like defoliating at this stage so I just tucked them to expose more light. Some unexpected stretch from the watermelon wedding cake and zkittlez. Really happy with this one!

Cali smoke on and off lately- plants don't seem to mind too much. They've been flowering for more than about a week now - I've up'd my nutrients a tiny tiny bit - fairly consistent though. A couple of pests - leafhoppers - have been spotted tearing some small holes on a couple of my leaves Just have been flicking off about two or three everyday, nothing to serious to worry about I think. Also, I sprayed a foliar spray 'Diamatacious Earth' about a week ago - all over the bottoms and under sides of my plants - I'm hoping to not have to re apply another spray but might in the next couple of weeks if pests continue to infiltrate! I went overboard on the tablespoons I used in my hand sprayer, applied a thick layer haha. OVERALL - Plants maintaining healthy growth. Grow Update: Vanilla Latte Is on Day 27 Black Strap by Brother Mendels on Day 22 These are outdoor grows. Unfortunately the weather has been 100+ since germinated which is hindering growth. During the 100+ weather I use mister to keep them cool. Yes this did cause mild damage to the leaves but it was much better to keep them cool then to have them bake in this mini greenhouse setup. Heavy LST will take place through out the grow. I use standard twine which causes the least amount of stress possible in my opinion. Humboldt vanilla latte Auto has responded extremely well to training and has been a joy to work with. The black strap has also been okay but it is 5 days behind and is more indica dominant so its not taking the heat as good as the vanilla which is showing more saliva Dom traits. So far no complaints. Vanilla latte auto by HSO 1 of 10 seeds germinated. Blackstrap by brother mendels 1 of 1 germinated. It's in day 3 now and surviving outdoors with 100+ weather. Both seedlings are doing fantastic in the heat. Vanilla is on day 8 and blackstrap today is on day 3. Let's see how these go 🙌

Started the week with a plastic dome to help with humidity, and after six days the dome was not needed anymore. The seedling outgrew the dome. I keep the watering very light during the seedling stage to make sure there isn’t any overwatering. I take my photos about 24 hours apart

Loved growing this beauty she smelled amazing the whole way through. I wish I got more off her but hey I’ll get em next time. This strain isn’t too potent but you feel a nice calming relaxing wave and a gentle soothing high after your first hit. I feel as if there might be a higher amount of CBD in this girl because of that. At the end of the day it get my lady and I high and I’m all good with y’all thank you again for checking on my grows hope y’all stay around 👏

Day 1 soaked seeds for 18hrs. Day 2 seeds in dirt two seeds already popped in water and they where the auto's. Day 3 just keeping them moist and warm. Day 4 Northern lights came up and Great white shark came up. Watch these seeds sometimes the shell doesn't come off and you got to help it Northern lights shell was stuck and I took a tooth pick and helped it get it off. Day 5 Acapulco gold came up still waiting on Yumboldt auto and it had a tail on it when put in dirt.. Day 6 planted another Yumboldt auto seed directly in soil the other one was bad. So this one will be 6days behind others.

Entering the home stretch, it's all about Swells and Smells. She looks better than the mother plant, lovely stench. And as for the branches in cubes I see seed development and hopefully as I go into harvest I can have pictures of almost ripe seeds.

Week 1 went off perfectly, purples babies reaching WEEK 2! 😍 PRESENTATION OF THE LADIES 😍 ------------------------------------------ The four plants are the same genetic. But they already have a different look, and I would introduce them to you :) 1) The Ugly - She have terrible first leaves. But she isn't late compared to the other. So I still believe in my Ugly! 2) The fatties - 2 of them grew wide leaves. It's just about leaves shape for now. 3) The solar panel - This one grew less wide but longer leaves. Regarding the Ugly, I must say that for the 4 seeds, I had to manually remove the shell when they sprouted. They all had their shell on after sprouting, and I don't like that. Probably a bit old seeds? For now, they share the same needs, and seems all happy. But this might change. I may even not be abble to recognize them, except if I cheat on them by putting labels on their pots ^^ 💧 WATERING 💧 ------------------ Luckily, the weather is offering some rains, and I been abble to put the ladies out under the rain during day 7 and 8. Not that long, they still got watered on Day 8, some hours after the rain. With feeding for the first time! 🍗 FEEDING 🍗 ------------------ First feeding. Used Fish-mix at 0.8ml/L. I plan to have a second watering in the week, but without nutrients. That's why I written 0.4ml/L in diary settings. If you know me, you also know that I like Fish-mix, but that I'm also effraid of it ^^ As foliar later during veg, it's an awesome products, easy to see that plants love it. But it seems verry powerfull, and need to be used carefully when given to plant. My rule is to limit to 50% of recommended dose. For now. Anyway, Fishmix right after a rain must turn on every form of life in soil I believe 😀 Even life coming from rain. 🏡 GROWING CONDITIONS 🏡 ----------------------------------- Starting an indoor session on the end of summer seems a good choice for me: - Some rains that provide me better water - I can put the ladies out if verry sunny, to save electricity/money - Perfect temps in the grow room. My house is always windows open. ​The growroom lightup in the end of the afternoon, when the day get cooler - Plants will flowering indoor during winter. I need heat during winter, so thanks grow room :D And cold air mean verry dry air! So reaching low humidity on the end of flowering will be verry easy! Pests : Nothing to report for now. I'm expecting a visit of my good old friends the thrips in 2-3 weeks 😎 Grow tent & Light (XS2000 ViparSpectra) : Something I notice just now: I'm abble to close the grow tent without air-extraction. I never been abble to do that in the past. This light is waaaay more efficient, and produce way less heat, because I couldn't keep tent close with my previous Mars Hydro TSW2000. Hi there my beloved stoners who take all the pain about reading these text walls, i'm taking this week as nutrient schema week because, as i changed to a new substrate i have to deal with new shit as i'm trying to bond over with these new medium. Organic Life Light mix is a local product that can be found mostly in Chile and some parts of South America as well. There is no much review about it but most insights nevertheless if the brand can be considered on the u get what you pay acording to its price , is more than that as it's a bit more complex to grow on a peat moss & coco coir mix and noticed it as im having some nutrient issues (detailed below ) as well watering is different , dear readers i have experienced it as well ! . I can make accountable the substrate on these ones 4 days evolved in a good and a bad way at the same time , as it's seems to be really light & airy gives the advantage of seeing some more faster growth , but at the same time has quite low nutritional value as older leaves already becoming yellow, yet discarding a nutrient block due excess because no edges are burnt , also considering the shit i used previous week is pretty organic and i stay on the lower doses. This gave me a bit more of dependency and record on the food i give to my babies, the reason that spams this post itself, if this CalMag helped to correct the issues depicted on photos as exampled. Hope this doesn't evolve to the worst hahahahahaha. (If anything shitty happens or something cryptic goes beyond my understanding i will post it , yet the update on 28/08 shows everything went better than expected! 😇). I discard tap water quality as secondary cause on the issue (water from a faucet ) as if that shit were causing glitches, it could have happened on the start of my previous grow too! And the substrate was different too, on the bright side now i have to think that its easier to correct carencies more than excess as well. On the space aspect also sorted the light bulbs to be closer to the plants now that are a bit more matured rather than seedlings, it's a 4000k & 6500k dominant mix according to what is better to vegging itself and changed it to 3 different modules to play with height if have some stretching differences between the killer kush f1 siblings.
