She's also showing light green around the leafs maybe slight magnesium deficiency. 10/11/2019 - Yellow leafs showing up really fast so I 'flushed' the medium with 1l of 6.4 PH plain water, watered until some run off start to showing, change the watering plan again, now I only water when the pot feels light and dry at the bottom. 13/11/2019 - Pot was really light and dry at the bottom so I gave her 1.5l of water with 0,75ml of Grow, 1,5ml of Bloom and 0.75ml of Max BioBizz PH 6.5 until some runoff started to appear I think was too much again : also added a work-supplement led strip light. 14/11/2019 - Leaves looking pale raise the light to 45cm instead of the recommended by manufacture 25-40cm.

I've cut down on grow at this point as the soil seems to have a lot. I'll feed for another week then think about Flushing. The kalimist will keep getting fed bloom and grow as its only been flowering for about 3 weeks due to taking longer to force flower.

Alors aujourd'hui je fais du BHO et pour vous remercier de votre fidélité je vais vous montrer ma méthode (que j utilisé dans le passé (j ai depuis acheter du matériel un peut plus professionnel ;) Alors pour tous sa il vous faudra =1..2 seringue de 300ml ou plus dispo sur mamazon = des filtres à café (NON BLANCHIE !!!) =des colier de serrage pour fixer les filtres. = et bien sûr du gaz (butane et en général je prend du gaz filtrer 12x pour éviter les saleté qu il peut y avoir dans certain gaz . =et enfin il vous faudra un bol pour récupérer tous le nectar^^ (J UTILISE DES MOULES A GÂTEAUX EN SILICONE (rien qui accroche) Mais si vous utilisez un extracteur en plastique et ou un moule en silicone il faudra absolument prendre du butane et non pas DME =CAR LE DME ENMENE DES PARTICULES DE SILICONES EY DE PLASTIQUE LORS DU GAZAGE Voilà voilà je vais commencer et prendre des vidéo au fur et à mesure que je vais poster pour vous montrer . Bonjour à tous les padawans et maîtres jedis stretch 15 centimètres (Stretch explanations more) EXPOSURE TO LIGHT One of the main culprits in abnormal stretching of cannabis plants is the lack of light. Plants that are too far from an adequate light source will respond by accelerating stem growth in order to get closer to the lamp themselves. Especially when there are many other plants. A lack of lighting can easily cause overcrowding in a growing chamber, reducing the steady progression of your crop and the distance ratio between your bulbs and your plants. To address this problem, be sure to provide enough light to your plants to prevent stem growth. At the same time, you should not position your lights too close to your plants either since this would also result in an over-stretching of the stems and in some cases, the loss of your crop. In addition to the distance between the light source and the plant, the type of light you will use also affects the size of the stretching of your crop. The orange and red lights encourage stretching and result in thinner, larger stems. And conversely, blue light stimulates a growth of thicker stems and a smaller size. When a species is ready to enter the vegetative phase and undergo its most drastic stretching period, metal halide lamps can be used to deter far too long stems. THE HEAT Heat is another essential element that can determine the stretch size of your plants during vegetation. Temperatures above 27 degrees push the stems to lengthen more and more and will propel the potential of sativas to push as high as possible. Heat lamps that are positioned too close to plants create an intolerable environment that will grow large, soft plants that will potentially wobble until they fall and lose flowers in its fall. OTHER CAUSES OF STRETCHING There are multiple variables that can lead to the stretching of plants beyond what could normally be expected of the plant. Environmental stressors resulting from transplantation (when a plant passes from one pot to another) can cause the plant to return to shock. This will eventually trigger a reaction causing a stretch. Cannabis plants that are not grown in decent conditions or do not receive enough nutrients will respond in a variety of ways and this includes stretching. Crops that are not spaced far enough apart are likely to stretch to sting the light to other plants. Due to extreme proximity, the plants will fight among themselves to reach the light, forcing them to expand as much as possible throughout the crop. HOW TO CONTROL STRETCHING DURING FLOWERING Stretching during flowering, you guessed it, takes place when you move your plants from the vegetation stage to the flowering stage. This is a completely normal reaction, as your plants are preparing to bear the weight of their heads. Stretching of a plant at the beginning of flowering varies widely; some plants can double in height while others grow only a few centimetres. There are, however, two main variables that can give you at least an idea of how your plants are stretching during flowering, and how much. Here are these two variables: Variety: Genetics has the greatest impact on the size of your plant. In general, sativa varieties stretch more than indicas and tend to develop long, slender stems. Light: Some lights, such as HPS, are more likely to encourage stretching. In addition, great distances between your canopy and your lights will cause the plants to stretch as they try to get closer to the light source. Stretching during flowering usually lasts the first two weeks of the phase. To minimize stretching, keep your lights between 10 (for CFL) and 30 centimetres (for HID) of your canopy. Finally, choose indica varieties if you have a smaller growing space. HOW TO AVOID STRETCHING In many cases, you can expect your cannabis plants to stretch during the flowering phase. Keeping that in mind helps to make a plan in case your species ends up growing much more than you could have imagined. If the information is available, get information on the standard size of your species and compare it to the size of your growing space taking into account the necessary distances between the bulbs and the plants. TRAFFIC While outdoor crop operations benefit from natural air to naturally limit stretching, indoor crops must assume the maintenance of air circulation within a confined space. Basic ventilation is enough to help the cannabis stems strengthen and become thicker rather than too high. In this way, the plants continue to grow vigorously without reaching heights and at the same time, your tolerance ceiling. MANUAL INTERVENTION For growers who want to get their hands dirty, there are physical procedures that can be done to reduce stretching. Similar to the natural effect that the wind has on cannabis plants, manually bending the leaves and stems will cause tiny cracks in the plant's tissues that will cause the plant to focus on regenerating its wounds instead of its vertical growth. THE TOPPING Topping is a form of manual intervention on cannabis to influence its performance, shape or size. In essence, topping is a process in which a new node is cut, growing from the plant to reduce its size and create a "v"-shaped notch that will eventually form two heads. Topping may be an effective measure to combat stretching, but it is important not to do so when the flowering phase begins. In most cases, an abnormal stretch of cannabis plants will not completely destroy your crop. In fact, stretching can indeed help increase your performance. For growers with a growing operation large enough to contain tall plants, stretching can increase the total yield of a species with more vertical space for head formation. In both cases, stretching can easily be planned in advance and there are multiple solutions to help you with this problem which is all too common. Finishing off the first week of flowering and watching the buds grow :) All strains seem to be happy with with 1L water with 12ml nutes 25/75 veg/bloom each, every other day. Missed the defoliating deadline in veg mode but have done some very light defoliation this week, I should do more I know and will once flowering is a bit more established. A bit more LST, again on the careful side. The next grow will get the full treatment :) Of course things were going too well, a couple of hours ago while I was working on climate stabilization contra running costs (I got my first power bill since grow start) I noticed 100's of very small ants all carrying eggs exiting the base of my Gorilla Glue's airpot. I had been trying to work out why she in general seemed a bit laggy. Now I might have the reason, grabbed the Neem as 1st defense and gave what I could see a good spray. For those that I couldn't see and were probably munching on the root system and tunneling through the medium I added 4 tablespoons of fresh coffee grounds and 6ml of Wood Vinegar (pyroligneous acid) to 1L water and gave the Glue a soaking. This all happened just before lights out so now hopefully by lights on the ants will be gone and the Glue will start to perk up. Yesterday I flipped the switches on the LEDS to include deep and IR light to the spectrum. All in all a good week I think, any tips and advice always welcome :) *Update Gorilla Glue is looking much better 12h after the treatment for the ant infestation. Coffee grounds and wood vinegar, natural, safe, effective and cheap as well. I have Cinnamon as well now, so I'm well prepared for any future ant invasions :)

Start of week 6 and she is 2 days into flower. Gave them a good feed. Ppm are at 970's.the extra 2 light have done a good job at filling in for side lights. Just sprouted HSO: PURPLE TRAINWRECK. Super stoked....The Barnes farm vanilla kush didn't germinate Evan after 5 days and some finess so....dud...the Banana has become a bush of a plant, bud sites everywhere.

Plant is 21 cm high because of low stress training. The length of the stem is 34 cm. Day 43 ☁️🌧️☁️🌧️⛈️ 14 - 17 degrees, humidity is about 72 % I prepared some simple comfrey manure for the next weeks of flowering. It‘s rich in silica and tannins and essential minerals. Mostly all fruit vegetables and flowers like it, so Tropicana will have it as a tee or head fertilization, as well as in her water mixed 1:20 and 1:5. Same procedure like with tomatoes or peppers. No watering in the next days. The soil is soaked with rainwater. The growth is a bit slow in the last cold and rainy days but the flowers look nice.😊 Day 44 ☁️☁️🌥️☁️🌥️ 14-20 degrees and humidity is around 64 % Day 45 ⛅️☁️🌧️☁️🌧️ 13-21 degrees and humidity is around 69 % The flowers started to stack. The soil is too moist but I can‘t change here a lot. Don’t need too water in the neuerer Future and aafe water for late summer. Think when I can drink my next relax tee - take same leafs. Now Tropicana needs all of them for transpiration. Heavy pots. Too wet springtime. 🌧️☔️ Day 46 ☁️🌥️⛅️🌤️ 13-19 degrees, humidity is falling. Windy. The flowers are stacking up. 🐞🐞 did their job and left. With them the mites disappeared (hide). But I found some eggs under the leafs off all three of my cannabis plants. So I will have an eye on this… balcony problem! Wait some more days and bring a couple of 🐞 again. Found some magnifying glass and it suits with my camera lens. Day 47 🌤️☀️🌤️ 11-22 degrees, humidity 89 % and getting even higher this night. Took out two leafs. Day 48 🌤️🌤️🌤️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 89-43%, falling! Tropicana got a liquid breakfast this morning made out of two liter rainwater with 20% ready comfrey manure which is rich in silica and tannins and essential minerals. Be careful with liquid manure as you should have experience in giving high doses. Never more then 20% of the watering on moist soil and never give it pure and after the water. It will burn the roots. This is very fresh, only one week old and not too concentrated. Next week I will give maybe 10%. So, we just enjoy a sunny morning with a healthy breakfast and coffee! 😊 Day 49 ⛅️☁️🌥️ 10-20 degrees and humidity is 91%. Tropicana got thirsty. She drinks more, 0-5-0,75 liters rainwater. I will never use black pots again, too warm soil on the sunny side and the water evaporates faster. I‘m quit lucky with my new hobby and with my beautiful Tropicana. Time for a relax tee. Took some leafs off plant no. two and three.

This girl has got some absolutely beautiful leaves. They have a dark tinge to them, that I don't know if it shows through on the pictures, but it is very cool. I think I may have too many buds for the size of my grow space but I can't decide which to trim or if I'm just overthinking things. Ill leave her for now and just tuck away leaves as the bud sites start to develop and then later trim any, if there are any of course, that may not have time or space to grow....... so for now I'll leave her to decide. she looks indica dominant (I've not checked) which suits me, I'm a fan of indica in a growing sense for my space, but means she will be a thirsty girl in my experience, compared to the sativa dominants. You can see in the photos that she has started to take square shape for her canopy space. I was once worried about her leaves touching the £1 emergency blanket I use as light reflection in the grow cupboard but has never been an issue its way too thin to hold anyway near enough heat to ever be an issue so the shaping also come somewhat naturally. shes under a selection of home standard LED bulbs around 10w, random blasts of UVB from a reptile light (I think helps growing with a slight slowing of the auto influence. My own thoughts from previous experiments only.) the other lights remain on 24 hours with a few 5 min breaks in the timer to cool the bulbs down a touch. I of course talk to her/them on a regular basis which has some scientific backing somewhere showing benefit for both of us.

Hey Growers & Tokers! Sorry for the delay with the weekly updates, some things I had to attend to but i'm back and at it! Alright, so this week 21 days had passed since the 12/12 switch. So there was a little defoliation done. Taking away all of the big fan leaves and some of that extra bottom growth I didn't want, that tiny twig I left behind in hope that they'd grow.. but they didn't 😑 I won't be taking anything else away from here on out it's just feeding and caring.. maybe pluck a leaf here and there. She's growing nicely, bud sites are stacking up correctly, very happy I didn't give on this one when she was struggling as a seedling. Good color, very healthy. Good to see there are no deficiencies or signs of stress which is just awesome! Besides the defoliation there really hasn't been any news. Feed: 1,5L every other day. Hope you all have a good one!
