Started 4th week of flower. Girls are looking good, buds are putting on some weight, doubled in size since last time. Starting to see sugar on some the leaves :).

On day 2 of the week I turned both lights settings on (there are 3 options; growth: on flower: off / growth: off flower: on / growth: on flower: on) I set them both on because I read the more light the more bud and I was sure that the plant had started the transition and was flowering like stated in the previous week, the main stem got way to close to the light, (4in from ) and not having more room in the tent I bought a cheap garden net and distributed the plant so the light was as even as possible using a cheap little instrument with light sensor I bent the main stem pretty violently but it recovered well and is doing well tried dropping the temperature a bit by keeping my window open but I didn't drop it too much due too the fact that I live and sleep in the room just realized today that I should have changed the nutrient mix dosage at the begging of flower as recommended on the bottle to help the transition but I guess it turned out alright watering 2 -3 times a week 3L at a time

Gave it a ice water flush and 48 hours of darkness. Then chopped on 10/24.

The flowers start to swell, next week might start the overdrive for the extra weight

My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

8/28 beautiful plant with nice nodal stacking. not too much stretching. she stretched outwards more than up. love the structure of this plant. this week fed her with 3 tsp 711 grow and 2 tsp 374 bloom. top dressed and still topping with diatomaceous earth as needed.

The 4 liters i've made will last for about 2 weeks. ---NEEDINGS--- - 250 ml Bottle - 6~10 l Bottle - 400 g Sugar / l water - 1 Envelope of organic baker's yeast / l water (CHEMICAL WILL NOT WORK) - 3 mid plastic tubes 40~50 cm - 1 short plastic tube 5~6 cm - 4 tube adapters - Hot glue to seal adapters The process of creating CO2 is simple, mix water, organic yeast and sugar in a bottle, and the sugar will free CO2 in the process of fermenting to alcohol due to the yeast. 1. Make a hole in the center of the big bottle cap, insert an adapter and secure it with hot glue 2. Make 3 holes in the small bottle cap and glue the other 3 adapters 3. Link both caps with one of the mid tubes and insert the other tubes on free adapters 4. Insert a short tube in the bottom of the small cap in the adapter that came from the big cap 5. A very stable environment this week. Everything on cruise control with feedings coming in every other day. All plants do have fading leaves on the bottom that eventually fall off and dry up. Outside temps on the rise which should be challenging with out AC. I do like the fact that the humidity is down due to temp and can keep mildew and mold at bay with minimal effort.

So.... another week has come and gone, all the while this medicine keeps growing... Mexican Airlines #3 is a week plus a few days behind the other 2, because I sprouted another liberty bean to fill the tent. MA#3 "seems" to be a "different pheno" than #1 & 2. My reason for this observation is that MA#3 color is just slightly different than 1 & 2!.. Her green for #3 is not as deep a green, but very healthy and vibrant! I wonder how she'll play out... I have very high hopes and expectations for all 3 of these. This week I continued with the LST as well as gentle trimming of fan leaves to allow light to the bud sites.. I probably be more aggressive than I am in this. Also attempting the "bend & hide" of the fan leaves. Really trying not to stress this sativa too much... Still getting that beautiful Ganja smell mixed with the flower and herbal smells from my companion plants.... it's very nice... Mexican Airlines #3 is not showing any trichomes yet, no worries it's only her 1st true week of flowering. MA#1 has the most so far (which is expected) as she has always seemed a faster grower.. MA#2 has them but its still minor.. no worries the babies are growing I still havent added any extra "nutes"!... As I am using FoxFarm Ocean Forest as well as "KIND Hot Soil" (look this up! Wow!). The soil is jammed packed with organic goodness! I cant say enough how great the plants grow in this and how simple it is.... Still watering as needed, using only RO H2O, alternating between "light" and "heavy" waterings.. I love reading your comments and tips, so please post them.. D21 - Start of week three of veg for the second girl, while it is only the start of week two for the first girl as I had to replant her. I will probably do the first topping on the second girl this week but I'll see in a few days where she's at. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 5.9. A bit on the low side as I used too much pH down but it'll be fine for one watering. D24 - Yesterday I switched my light from the seedlings program to the veg program, and I'm now reading around 500-600 PPFD across the canopy. On the high end for sure, so let's see how the girls handle it. However, the daytime temp in the tent jumped up to around 30 degrees C after I switched the lights. #tinytentproblems I also added some support to #1 as she has a relatively thin stem but large leaves, so the oscillating fan keeps knocking her around. The second girl also initially had a slender stem, so I guess it is their genetics. (#1 is 12 cm tall and 15 cm wide, while #2 is 20 cm tall and 35 cm wide.) I will need to top the second girl this week as she grows a lot each day. I'm considering mainlining her but haven't made up my mind yet. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 6.5. D25 - A couple of days ago, switching the lights to the veg program made the cover crop explode and turn into a jungle. I decided to trim down the red clover to increase the airflow around the girls and reduce water use. I watered the girls only yesterday, but they were already thirsty again, so I think that the clover was drinking quite a bit as well. After cutting back the clover, I gave each girl around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.5. D27- Today was the last day in week three of veg for the second girl and the last day in week two for the first girl. I really should have topped the second girl already, so that will need to be done as soon as possible. She is 26 cm tall and 38 cm wide, while the first girl is 13 cm tall and 27 cm wide. Yesterday, I removed the support from the first girl as her stem had gotten more robust, so it was no longer necessary. Today, I started brewing compost tea (worm castings, neem meal, kelp meal, biochar, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, and molasses) which I will leave overnight and feed to the girls tomorrow.

Flowering nice. Madarin Cookies are two in back and one in center Silver Kush are two up front. I ran out of room for scrogging branches in back, letting them just strech. Unfortunately that has me keeping the light higher than Id like. Since S.K. are shorter, the one at right side is 30" from light, while stretched branches in back are 12" from light. Averaging 18" overall from lights.... Hope i dont get light bleaching! UPDATE: Added 2nd screen on Day2 to keep stretchy branches lower Cookies are flowering nice, one of the silver kush is just starting to flower while the other hasn't started yet.... hmmm 2-3 gallons water/nutes per 5 plants, alternating with plain water (just calmag, malassis, Ph. 6.4) every other day. Ph.6.4
