Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. It was a good week for the Strawberry Banana Auto, she was pushing her 7th node on day 26 so I gently removed the top, and I also removed the lowermost 2 nodes so I will have nodes 3, 4, 5, and 6 to work with. She got a little sad immediately after topping, but when the lights came back on after 6 hours of dark she was perked right back up and I immediately started LST to try and develop an even canopy. She is still feeding 4 times per day on Silica, CalMag, and GH maxi gro veg nutes. This light is an absolute beast, I now have it cranked up to 50% in the V1 stage, and it continues to keep everything green and more importantly with tight internode spacing. I will continue to LST for a few more weeks and transition her to flower nutrients once her vertical grow stops on its own or if I need it to stop due to height constraints. Ende Blütewoche 8. Die zwei Seitentriebe sind mir ganzschön abgehauen, richtige Brecher. Sie hat auch einen sehr süßen leichten Duft bisher, geht etwas neben der Pineapple Express unter, bin deshalb sehr auf das Glas später gespannt. Overall aber eine richtig tolle Pflanze mit den fettesten Buds im Zelt :D

Again week went smooth. Nothing much beside watering and checking out its progress but for the next weeks I guess there will be a lot to learn.. forgot to say that I was spraying leaves every day with neem oil to prevent most of the insects

At the second day of week 2 the first two leaves of each Mimosa look a little crinkled, but the environment is ok and the Peyote in the same tent looks good so i think it is characteristic of this particular strain. At the fourth day of week 2 the plants show signs of explosive growth

Day 29 - Kicking off the start of week 5 and she’s definitely starting to flower. Will be starting the week 5 foxfarm feeding schedule as soo as she’s dried up. Ready to watch her start taking off and filling in. Have really had no issues or deficiencies so far. Can’t say enough about FastBuds and their genetics. Day 30 - Gave her the first feeding of the week today and added a little bit of molasses to the feed, given to me as a tip, so we’ll see how it does. She’s definitely starting to stretch and love the structure of this one so far. She tends to droop a bit right after watering but perks back up within an hour or so. Day 31 - Held off on giving any water today, still felt like she had enough to get her through another day. Will give her plain pH’d water tomorrow. She’s stretched almost an inch overnight and I think this is one of my best looking grows so far. Will keep my fingers crossed things continue to go and smoothly as they have so far. Day 32 - Gave the girl some fresh pH’d water tonight and she’s still looking healthy. Not much else going on with her right now. Day 33 - Grew an inch overnight but went ahead a raised the tie downs on most of the branches and tied her down a bit more to open her up for more light. Hopefully she responds well. Shall see tomorrow. No feed or water today, letting her dry out a bit more. Day 34 - She’s definitely stretching quite a bit every day, an inch over the last 24 hours. Gave her the second and final feed of the week and will give her just water until the start of week 6. Day 35 - End of week 5 and just took her out to get a few pics and get her measured. She grew another half an inch overnight. She’s definitely one of my best grows so far. She definitely looks bigger, healthier and further along than the green crack was at this point.

As said before, I'm incredibly happy that I got to harvest a little bit. Never expected her to make it, but she kind off did! The smell was pungent and sweet like an amnesia haze should be, hoping that will be even better after drying and curing!

Week 12. Day 78....well it's coming to an end for this girl. Cut off all nutrients and just feeding with plain pH 6.0 water since day 76. He leaves are starting to change colors. Ppm is down to low 800. I'll post more pictures during the week. Day 81....she got water today, I've been feeding her 2 gallons every 2days for the longest and she was happy with that. She also had freezing temps more than once and she's still doing well. Leaves are starting getting yellow and I also noticed some purpling of some of the upper leaves and stem. I've been busy lately but I promise my next grows I will be 💯. Day 83.....gave her another 2gallon feeding today of plain pH 5.8 tap water. A lot more leaves are getting yellow. I did notice some of her caylx are turning a little purple, this is excitement to me. I'll let her run a few more days and then it's chop down time. Curious to see how much she yield.

I'm running out of space and height. The video gives you an idea of how crammed the wee grow room has become. The Rhino filter is working well. The Northern lights that I dropped the lights onto, was a fine specimen before the accident. I'm hoping that colloidal silver will produce anthers allowing the collection of pollen. I can then cross that with a few select flowers so I have seed for next year.

After topping it gets wider with help of LST technique. One of high colas were broken a bit whyle LSTing but develops good without problems

- Day 22 Renewed all the water in the bucket today as we head into week 4 already. Gave everything a good cleanse with some hydrogen peroxide as well, got to keep those pathogens out! Seems like she's reacting well to me removing the 4 fan leaves yesterday as well. Day 23 Upped the PPFD to 400 today. pH was at 6.3 to got it back down to 5.8. Also seeing the first white pistils on the nodes of the stems now, so we're in pre flowering now! Day 24 The upper fan leaves had a big growth spurt the past 2 days and were completely covering the lower nodes, so I chopped them off, also removed the lowest nodes of fan leaves to redirect energy to the new growth. pH was up to 6.1 today, will wait till tomorrow to ph down again. Day 25 Yesterday I lowered the water a bit so that there is more space between the net pot and the surface of the water, I think I kept the gap a bit to small so the roots couldn't breathe enough, and today the leaves are finally a lot less droopy. I did also raise the light distance a bit but kept the same 400 PPFD. pH'd down to 5.8 again as well, even though it was still at 6.1 and added an 8ml of hydrogen peroxide dose. Day 26 Removed the new set of fan leaves again, they keep growing so fast Day 27 Stretch has definitely begun now. The side branches are starting to catch up with that main branch now as well. Trying to keep those lower nodes getting some direct light by trimming and tucking wherever possible.

Since the trichomes were only 10% amber, I briefly decided to give it another week. Now the time has finally come. The trichomes are about 70% amber and 30% milky 😍. The grow: This plant grew very well and didn't cause any problems. Her growth was very symmetrical and beautiful. She didn't need any support up to the last few days :-). Nutrients: I can really recommend the GHSC Powder Feeding series to everyone 👍. It is very easy with this fertilizer. You save a lot of time and work :-). It covers all nutrients, you could see that from the fact that the plant looked perfect throughout 😃. Genetic: Let's get to the most important. First of all, I am very happy that I have secured a mother 🙏🏻😃. Genetics couldn't have been better 👌. It looks beautiful from start to finish 😍. I've never had such a beautiful and symmetrical growth. The look of the buds is just as cool 😃, and the smell that it already has on the buds is an absolute note 1 😍😍😍. I spoted herms on 2 plants...both Pineapple Chunk...last time it was the pineapple chunk too which got herms...sad..i like the taste of it...but with such herm rate they're no good... Did a final heavy defoiliation From now on i'll only remove leaves that are puting shade on budsites

This was the second grow cycle of the Lemon Skunk genetics. I'm happier with the way the second run turned out compared to the first. My yield was higher and one of the phenotypes turned out some stellar top nugs. This grow took way longer than it should have and I'm to blame for some of it. I think I should have went straight to 5 gallon pots instead of hopping into the 3 gallon pots. This cost me at least 2 weeks of extra veg time, maybe more. This harvest took 21+ days to dry. That's about a week longer than last time. I've had to prepare my report early to enter the Diary of the Month. I did a smoke sesh yesterday morning on a nug that's only been curing for 3 days. I'd much rather wait a month to fire some up and let it cure properly. I didn't get many followers or comments on this grow until it was approaching the end. I got the feeling that most people don't like this strain. I'm not really fond on growing it again for various reasons. Mostly because of the amount of labor involved with the trimming portion of the harvest. Maybe I just got some bad phenotypes. I wasn't really impressed with the way the terpenes touch my palate even though it smells really loud either.

W5 - the plant 🌱hit the flowering stage 👏🍾 After topping in week 3 I left the plant with 3 tiers of branches. A pair at the top developed 2 top buds each growing separately up !!! That means with just one topping I could achieve 4 colas shape plant 🍀 The second lower pair of braches have the same situation 🍀 The lowes tier has one bud for each branch. That could give me 10 separate bud colas if I am lucky!!! This makes me a very happy grower 🙌 😇
