01/15/24 - 13.5 - Veg - Pre Flower - Light defoliation - Nute feeds have increased to once a day - with 1 gallon clean water feeds (1.5 gallons) daily*

It was a longer road until here. With all the reading I did I still made rookie mistakes. To much nutrients and to much light stunt my plant and created some deficiencies ( CaMg). Hopefully I will do ok from now on.... Lifted the light at 3 feet on 100% power and decreased the PPM’s to 600. Hopefully that will help and I did not create to much damage. Wish me luck. I invested a lot of time and money on this grow but the experience is not there yet. I’m ok with what it is, I’ve learned a lot from this grow.

Week 1 (I think kinda confusing to a newbie) plant seems to be doing fine. Once the second set of leaves came in I moved outside for morning sun. By day 8 it spent the whole day outside. After day 9 it is officially an outside plant. I only put it in the green house at night and when it’s raining.

Will have more info posted when the plants are dried and weighed. Can start the cure process and smoke report, Will use my friends to see if they kept the CBD attributes that the parents had. More to come.

Topped them end of last week, still not given them feed as the farmyard manure they were planted straight into seems to be giving them what they need so far, I've given them rain water when they needed it. Hopefully the sun will return this coming week 🌞

In my experience, mango is a bit hard to to achieve the best looking and tasty smoking buds. I had to do many extra stuff at the end, gave a lot of stress to plants. Fortunately, everything worked out so well, the stress doesn't interfere with the taste much. It smoked very good, hit heavy indica with tropical kush taste. Lastly, Within a control environment with proper knowledge, I did all of these in my whole plant cycle : LST, HST, chiropractic, stem splitting, extreme cold stress, and total darkness.

Buds are getting bigger now and the smell is incredible. Looking forward to planting more at start of may full with nutrients this time to see the difference of yield.

Canopy filling out nicely. Still on the veg feed but flower is nearly out so just gonna too up the tanks then change to bloom nutrients in the next few days. Roots looking good.

i actually wanted to harvest it at the end of the week, but i will give it another week to ripen. the trichomes are not yet at the stage i would like them to be. so far i have not discovered any mould. due to the changeable weather and the sometimes very high humidity, it is quite possible that it will develop. unfortunately this happened with my white widow. let's hope that she continues to do well and that i will be able to harvest her.

( DAY 39 AND IT SHOWS ZERO DEFICIENCIES ) IM ALSO DOING VERY LITTLE, SLIGHT DEFOLIATION This is more of a personal note So this is my first Autoflower grow , now the one advantage of an auto is the speed to which its life span will go , so in doing my homework on the Auto's life span the pros and cons , I choose to keep her short at the start and not add any stress and maximize her cycles and in doing this I was surprised at how fast she went into Flowering, NL 2 day 21 and NL 1 on day 26 , I will say this, i really am liking the speed and vigorous growth of this northernlights autoflower in general and becoming a huge fan.... I uploaded longer vids this time for the Vlogs, you don't have to watch em they're there for ya if you're interested :) ~Update~ To start off the girls look great, I'm excited that I'm back where I was when my "First Grow" failed. What's interesting to me is seeing the big difference in the SSH, the 2 previous girls I had were veracious growers, 3 1/2 days of germination and they had a tap root longer than an inch! This one is not so aggressive and has stronger sativa genetics, thin not phat. The others have been doing well, no pest yet which I'll be doing a bleach wipe down of my side of the garage to reduce the chances of an invasion. ~Note~ I'll be updating later this week with a short vid showing the progress. After not growing for almost a decade, it’s absolutely nostalgic and somewhat of an emotional moment to finally finish a grow again. Mandarin XL auto has sprouted, and us looking good. She is getting acclimated to the substrate, and roots should be seeking nutrition soon. She will be in the organo-mineral Gen1:11 nutrition. Final Report: Grow: The plants has grown very beautiful and healty without pests and diseases. They grown bushy and with medium height during the vegetative stage. I had try to use LST in third veg week but i did't made correctly and after that i dicided to return to grown normally without any particolar tecnique. I used a littel more fertilizer then mine usual and that made the plants grown fast without any problem. In the first two weeks of flowering stage the plants started grow taller and the number of the branches increase, in this phase i only defoliated when the fan leaves turn yellow in late stage. Form the start to the end the flowers grown dense and bigger every day and this time i waited until almost all of them were mature before harvest the plants. I changed the plants from one grow room to another(in the sixth week) when they became too high and they couldn't stay more in the smaller grow box(nothing changed in the enviroment between the two boxes). Equipment and grow box: The enviorment of grow box has been optimized every stage with the right temperature, umidity and air flow. Vegetative temp/umidity --> 23-29 °C/45-55% Flowering temp/umidity --> 20-26 °C/40-50% The air flow was created by two pc fans and one big fan. Harvest: This time i harvest a big numeber of beautifull dense buds and i just discarde only few fluffy buds in the lower branches. The result of this grow is amezing compared to my old expiriences. I harvested the flower and i made a fast curing process after i washed the crop and i let them to dry with a fan on it. After five days a take the branches which were to dry and i did the final trimmig before put all the harvest in a open jar for finishing to dry. I collected all the leaves, fluffy buds and trimming scraps in a bag and i let them dry. Later i put the bag in the freezer and when i collect and dried all the scraps from OG Kush and Dandoverde Haze i did some Ice-O-Lator hash. I used 250g of trimming stuff and i made 11.50 g of hash, I had use a set of 5 bag and i take the resin from the 160µ - 120µ - 73µ- 25µ bags. I pressed all the resin in a great block of tasty strong hash. Always better every time 😊💪 Total harvest ---> 90g only of dense buds and 11.50g of hash.

The pics and videos are from day 37 of flower. All 3 of these are starting to beef up a little bit, they have perfect bud structures. I'm picking up a creamy kinda vanilla smell on them each having slight variations but what do I know? I really want to grow all 3 phenos again sincenmy clone runs always seem to be just a little bit better. I said this on my last post but for anyone droppin questions in my DMs just comment on a journal I dont go thru the dms its alot of the same questions over and over.
