I changed my tent this week, the lamp and the Mars Hydro extractor convinced me that it was good gear so I took the tent in + 😀 Pulling all the branches with ropes is way too much work... I think I'll just pull the 2 main branches down and add a scrog net next week ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- -Water: tap water (280ppm). Got a couple more days until day 56 (week 8) but just wanted to add a few things from this week. The flush is coming along nicely and getting some really nice colors to come out, Really excited for the finish. Just uploaded the day 56 pictures, shes looking beautiful!

Heavy defoliation taking place this week as I am trying to expose the bud sites to more lights. I am taking out most major fan leaves and leaves that are blocking bug sights. I also somewhat lilipopped these plants to remove the larfy bud sites that we being produced at the bottom of the plant to focus more top bud site growth.

Tricombes mainly milky, some half milky, no amber yet. Pistils are starting to turn orange, white is still the prominent pistil colour at the moment. Couple of leaves are starting to yellow but all up, apart from a slight nute burn the girls are doing nicely. Smells like blueberries, rosemary and chives.. thank Christ for the carbon filter!

These girls are really starting to go nuts! We have come to the end of week 5 and they are already starting to pack on the bulk. I had a little issue with nute burn earlier in the week. I think it was because I was allowing them to dry out to much. I backed it down from 975 PPM to 700 PPM for 4 days and now I am back up to 800 again and they seem to be happy. I also think that my light is just a few inches to close. Its at about 16 right now and the leaves at the top are just not looking their best. It's a 340W light so backing it up a few inches shouldn't be to big of a deal. I moved it back to 20 inches from the canopy. Hoping this helps a little. The humidity here has been absolutely WILD! Tent fluctuates between 55% and 65% and I can't make it budge without the dehumidifier which raises the temp way to high. Outside the humidity hasn't dipped below 70% in over a week. Very strange, hoping that I can keep the room clean and keep enough air moving through the tent to avoid bud rot. FINGERS CROSSED

The plant grows. I have now added an oxygen pump to the water tank. Let's see what effect that has. You can see the progress every day. I've also bought some phosphoric acid to keep the PH down (hopefully). My water tank is very large, about 75 litres. I also have a few holes in the lid, so a lot of rainwater gets into the tank through this and also through the openings in the pots. Never had to top up the water yet lol. At the end of the fourth week I'm happy with the growth, especially as it's my first plant. -------------------------- Die Pflanze wächst. Ich habe mittlerweile einen Sauerstoffpumpe in den Wassertank gegeben. Mal sehen wie sich das auswirkt. Man sieht den Fortschritt jeden Tag. Ich habe außerdem Phosphorsäure gekauft, um den PH-Wert endllich stabil unten zu halten (hoffentlich). Mein Wassertank ist sehr groß, ca. 75 Liter. Außerdem habe ich ein paar Löcher im Deckel, so dass dadurch und auch durch die Öffnungen in den Töpfen viel Regenwasser in den Tank gelangt. Musste noch nie Wasser nachfüllen lol. Am Ende von der vierten Woche bin ich zufrieden mit dem Wachstum, vor allem da es meine erste Pflanze ist.

04/01/2023 - 56 days since my little girl sprouted from a seed Third week of bloom for my Banana 🍌🍌🍌 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - the girl responded well to the change in nutrients, so I continue to feed the same as last week when I adjusted the nutrients for flowering Jungle Environ X - bud stimulators 🌼 Bud Candy - bud stimulators 🌼 Atami - ATA Calmag - it is recommended to use Calmag when growing under LED lights I stopped the Hesi Root Complex - no longer recommended this week Training: LST: just a slight LST, I attached some small twigs with string to let more light shine on them 💡💡 Defoliation: I did more defoliation so that the leaves did not overshadow the already forming buds and the plant could breathe freely - Banana was not so leafy, but it still needed a good cut 🍃🍃 Light: Mars Hydro TS1000, the girls are doing amazing under this great light, I can see a big difference compared to my past results 💡💡💓 In general: The girl is very strong, she has a strong stem - trunk, that is the basis for a proper plant 🌴. It is a sativa, which is why it has the highest photoperiod in the tent. Buds are already forming at the ends of the twigs 🌸 and there are many branches 🌾. It resembles a small dense bush. 🌸 Week 3 Flower – Growing Strong, Tall, and Vibrant! 🌱 Hey Grow Fam! It’s already Week 3 in flower, and I’m thrilled to bring you this update because these plants are doing phenomenally well! Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Fruit production is well underway, and it’s absolutely amazing to watch the canopy fill out as these girls reach their potential. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. The Blackberry Moonrocks have a really solid structure, they're looking super healthy. They're nice and big, but it does seem like they could be stretching a bit more.
