tent is starting to get nice a smelly and is giving off a fruity kushy smell.

All good was draping a little but just needed water and Nutrients so I watered and fed them

[ Information ] For all information on this grow, including strain and room details, please see the first week of veg. [ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

After 7 weeks of slow grow under LED (i had to wait for my flowering room to be free), the first week of CMH. I intend to let them get used to the new light for one week before launching flowering.

02.11.'24 After 5 days of drying, this little girl who was a little bigger than a meter gave 950 grams and a little bit of popcorn...this picking was 870 and a little bit of popcorn, and 4-5 weeks ago during a storm, one branch broke, which yielded about 100, but let's say 80 for sure, a total of 950 grams of beautiful, huge, potent buds

The Tropicana Cookie is an awesome strain with a great sweet and woody aroma. I had some issues in the beginning with the development and the grow of the plant but she bounced back. She got cut today and put to dry.

I will also be top dressing her in about two weeks to keep the microbial colony fat and happy! 7/3- The weather continues to be hot and humid and the daily watering of the GG4 Sherbet FF continues. I also removed a few shade leaves that were below the canopy, as well as some in the middle of the plant that were blocking a lot of light to new shoots. 🎉HAPPY 4th of JULY!🎉 7/5- Early this morning we had a thunderstorm pass through early in the day, which provided about an inch of rain in a short time. I went ahead and watered in the afternoon, but only gave the GG4 Sherbet FF approx. 3g of well water from the garden hose. 7/7- The daily watering continues, as does our blistering hot🔥weather. All is well with the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and today, after watering, I got under the trellis net and removed a bunch of shade leaves that were growing straight down through the net doing absolutely nothing but sucking up nutrients better used elsewhere on the plant. They just starting week 5. I've been busy and haven't had a chance to transplant them yet. So they are still in the 1 gallon nursery pots. I will be uppotting them tomorrow and getting them ready to flip in a week or so. They have been super easy to manage. I really like the structure on these two. No crowding, each node has enough space and light allowing them to grow at a good rate. Relative to the rest of the plant. Once they get transplanted and I turn the light up they are going to take off. 😁

definitely should have switched to flower a couple weeks earlier, only my 2nd time doing a scrog, the last one worked awesome, this one is way more full since I only did one strain instead of 4, but now it's too full, I have some real nice looking branches and tops going UNDER the canopy, week 4 I do a final defoliation, I will have to see if I can get these all up and in the net or remove some smaller ones to make space for the bigger branches

Week went very well, still watering every couple of days with plain H20 in the pro mix and perlite medium in a solo cup. I will be transplanting her to a 5.4 gallon airpot here in the next few days. The Strawberry Banana is loving the environment, at around 70% RH and between 79-83 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and around 70 degrees Fahrenheit at night. I am watering every two to three days with just a light watering around the edge of the solo cup. I have coco coir soaking in cal mag solution ready to go in a few days when she is ready for transplant. After transplant she will immediately receive high frequency fertigation every 5 hours or so from lights on and also receive supplemental UV/IR lighting from this Medic Grow Spectrum X. She is currently receiving the V1 Spectrum at 30% which is the blue/veg spectrum.
