Week 5 it is then. I had hoped on a 4 week veg period as I have been so used to autoflowers that this has become my normal. I had also forgot how much I enjoy training the ladies to work better with the l.e.d coverage and limitations of my grow room height. The HST is goi g really well with the Bruce responding with so.e nice fattening limbs and great potential mainstays. The idea is to fool the plant into thinking that each growing tip is the main-stem ( merristem) This will ensure an even distribution of all the available resources. As they progress towards flowering flip , i am trying to get each tip to the pots edge. This will allow me to tie them down to the edges and when the stretch period begins , they will grow vertically to create a ring of main buds. This allows airflow around each bud, which lessens the risk of mould and also allows lots of available light to reach the whole lengths. I did snap one limb of rhe Bruce bit it was the f.i.m so it won't be a huge loss of it doesn't repair in Time. The candy rain is doing a great job of catching up now with only 4 tips to train and plenty of light, I am hoping she catches up this week to be flipped to flower. Both of the Jealousy girls are really healthy and happy. again they are being trained fairly aggressive and are handling all I am throwing at them with twists and bends. First week of flowering went good, had some trouble with my ph meter again, so I ordered a bunch of ph equipment and I’m gonna start fresh with everything new. Lol sick of second guessing my crappy pens. Plants are staying pretty compact so far, they have started to stretch a little bit but we have only done a few tucks on them. They are either gonna stay short or haven’t started there main stretch yet, but we are 10 days into flip so they should be stretching by now. Time will tell I guess. Lol I removed a few of the larger guard leaves up top to open up the middle of the plants more to the light. I have around 40000 lux at the top of the netting and they seem to be taking it fairly well. I’m yet to get my water chiller installed as I’ve been very busy this month and haven’t had time to finish my DIY video for it. Lol hopefully this week we will get it installed and get our water temps down a little lower. I got some more H2O2 coming soon too so can’t wait to get using that again, plants just haven’t been the same without it, but I haven’t been able to find it reasonably priced anywhere near me in a long time. This week we have suffered a few problems with the baby my friend was minding them while I was on holiday and he over watered the girl a little too much by the looks of it and advice I was given by fellow growmies but after 3-4 days no water she was looking better And straightened up and looking a lot healthier and better but we do seem to be growing slow any advice from you growmies would be great thanks also when should I start using bat guano

Almost doubled in height over the last week. Looking good , feeding full formula now. Switching to flower next week right after they are pushed down with the trellis net or scrog.

01/28/23 - Gave her another round of haircut and lollipop. Under the canopy looks lot cleaner. I have better air circulation and light penetration now. Defol also exposes lot more cola sites to the light. Hoping she doesn't go in shock since it's an auto. She is a late bloome, I am just starting to see more pistils. So most likely she will live in the tent for another couple months! 01/29/23 - She drank a gallon of fox farm nutrients (grow and bloom). I was worried about sending her in shock with latest defol. The way her canopy turned out a day later, absolutely gorgeous 😍! 02/01/23 - Frustratingly did another round of defoliation. I see pistils but she is not ready to come out of vegetation. I might contact ILGM to figure out what's going on here. 02/03/23- End of week 9 for this girl. Still in preflower. The bud sites are getting thicker and I am seeing more pistils. It's nowhere near where I want it to be but I've decided to give it the time it needs.

Fastbuds is really starting to make me a fan of autos man there plants grow so fast and so large in such a short amount of time it’s almost unreal. I fell a little behind on the nutrients that’s why the leaves are a little light but it’s coming back around. I have not grown a lot of autos but it seems they require larger amounts of nutrients than photo plants normally do

it grows so fast. The lower leaves are shaded and away from the light. So I cut them as the plant gets taller I really don't have a good setup to be able to clean my roots. I tried this week anyway. I watered each pot with 2L (not enough I think :/) of water at 450PPM PH: 7 then after I gave 1L of water at 900PM PH: 5.5. There was a big puddle in the room afterwards. But it wasn't that hard to clean up after all. Transplanted to final pot for finish, seven gallon fabric

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!

As of day 36, the Blue Dream'Matic is turning into a monster. She's the largest autoflower I've grown at her age, despite sharing my 6sqft tent with another plant. As the growth has been so healthy and the transitioning to flowering nutrients has been smooth, my main concern is how much stretch is going to occur in this early flowering stage. The new nodes that are budding are getting tighter so I'm optimistic about the quality and yield come harvest time.
