Beginning of week..
Still waiting on these damn pistils to finish up.. Trichomes are still looking pretty clear for the most part.. Plenty of milky but Id rather have a little amber starting and still seeing mostly milky/cloudy.. Not in it for the clear trichomes lol.. I prefer the couchlock effect more anyway. I have read that i stead of counting flower as the day of flipping to 12-12 because outdoor growers have to wait till they see flower starting.. Which can take up to 2 weeks after flipping to 12-12.. So I guess adding 2 more weeks to what I thought.. So.. Expert Seeds say the longest she could take is 64 days.. We are beginning week 7 of flower if we look at it that way then.. Which would mean that today is only day 49 or so... 63 days will be about 9 weeks of flower... Some shit like that.. Ugh. I should keep better track of the days lol. I could just do it by the weeks.. But I feel like this strain is already going way longer than she should have. I can tell the end product is WORTH THE WAIT for sure!!!

Ok so I went ahead and mixed a batch of pH'd water with some General Hydroponics FloraNectar Fruit-N-Fusion.. 1qt of water with 2ml of the mix... I'm hoping to stop the yellowing from spreading to the buds at this point since I need to push her another 2 weeks, at least! Hopefully it will help the terpene profile also.. It smells like it should lol.. This stuff smells delicious.. I cant wait to see what it does when used throughout an entire flower cycle.. Not all stupid like I did this time lolol.. Just not trying to add anymore salt nutes.. Or any nitrogen I guess since its getting closer to harvest.. I wish I would have been using it the last 2 weeks at least.. Oh well.. Live and learn!..
Mid week..
Ive been still watering with Flora Nectar FruitNFusion in pH'd to 6.1 tap water during the day.. And just pH'd to 6.2 tap water that is left in the fridge to be able to water with cold water at lights out.. Not doing much to this strain.. But my other strain is turning super purple! Its so pretty! Im actually trying to create some feminized pollen from a cut from this plant. Its such a heavy yielder and super dank asf.. These nugs could break rocks lol.. Rock fucking hard.. Anyways.. Just waiting till she's ready to be harvested!
End of week..
She has fattened up some this week. I should have never flushed so early lol. Live and learn tho.. Smells are lingering alot longer than they were before.. Now the whole house smells everytime I pic her up for watering and daily inspections lol.. She is slightly turning colors.. Reds.. Pinks.. Some purple.. Done with this week.. On to the next!...

She’s looking strong this week. I can tell her buds are starting to fatten and she looks like she’ll be taking her time to finish. Also stoked about the new beans!

Got an ounce from her. Not too much as far as yield but the dense bud structure and purple hues made it all worth while. Pressing it for rosin and it is perfect.

Grow Diary – Week 7, Day 2 of Flowering
Buds are stacking thick and frosty, and the tent is getting louder by the day. Trichomes are popping and the top colas are starting to bulk up nicely.
Noticed she’s looking a little heavy on the nitrogen — darker leaves and slight clawing — so I’m dialing my A & B down a bit on the next feed. Still holding pH at 5.8 and PPMs just under 1000.
Lower sites are getting more light now after daily tucking and some selective leaf removal. Airflow’s solid, RH around 60%. No signs of mold, just sticky, stanky progress.
Finish line’s coming. Let’s ride.

Flush week,
Finally through the worst of a nasty heat wave, getting some cooler night temps just in time.
Trichomes are showing enough amber Im going to flush for a week or so.
These buds have me excited as they are dense and juicy!! The smell has been intoxicating to say the least.
Already calling this plant a %100 percent success regardless of issues or harvest or quality, simply based on the fact I just LOVED watching her grow and I swear, just being able to smell her on the daily for the last 6 weeks has really just been incredible…. Say what you want, hopefully she holds up on the smoke test but yea, that smell, I will miss it.

End of Week 7 and finally the 2nd 250W Lamp is here!!!
Tropicana Cookies going strong, the Skittlez seem to wanna grow a little more before coming into flowering. Will change the Lightning to 12/12 if it doesnt get better.
Plants drank wel over 40L of Nutrients this week.

1/30/21Saturday morning had me lounging, watering, pruning and a photo shoot. I am hoping for a quick recovery from the middle plant after some pruning was done. I was hoping it would stretch one last time so I could move the light but I am parked there for the time.

1/31/21Yesterday’s work paid off and the plants look a bit more on the dank side today.
Today’s feeding day which mean the last for week 11.

Initial cuttings entry for this journal on the to-be-pollinated F2s. We’ll be backing out each plant specimen against some F1 pollen in an effort to trait stabilize the best bud of the lot. Still debating on pushing my luck with just the aero-cloner through the whole shortened cycle. If not I’ll have to cobble together some sort of shallow dwc bin from scratch to accommodate them for the long haul. Pollen as soon as we see prevalent pistils.
***Grow notes: 2 cuts from each plant specimen against- #5 potentially a male. All lookn great and perky post-cutting. Let’s hope the F1 pollen is still preserved🤞🤞🤞.

She is unfortunately flowering on 12/12 light cycle with photoperiod plants, but despite that she is doing fantastic. Smells like sweet citrus.

So this week, the Pablo Escobar has grown in height. The leaves are still looking a little bit light yellow, rather than green and we will see how things are going. I have moved the light away from the plant as some of my other plants were getting very tall and needed adjusting.
I have only been given the plant some Trace by Ecothrive for nutrients as the soil that I used has already been amended to provide the nutrients. The plant is still looking fairly yellow. I did not want to add any extra stress by overloading nutrients as well.
I will have to straighten out the stalk. By staking it, as it has grown leaning to one side.
This week, I watered 2 l of dechlorinated water containing ecotrive trace.

The two Tropicanna Poisons are truly beautiful for different reasons. One is a beautiful and perfectly normal plant with a 16 topping that has suffered a few deficiencies but is now rehabilitated and ready for flowering. The other is a beautiful mutant plant that at one point threw a polypeptide internode and I took the opportunity to make a very special and unique topping to see, there is an internode at 3 and it will look very strange.
