Hi all A great week for flower production this week. Temps have been on the high side but within a copable range for growing these ladies. Bruce Banner continues to show the many bud sites getting fatter and her mains are forming together well too. She is a smaller overall height to the other strains so I have boosted her a little higher to get the best light positioning for her. She has a lot of secondary growth that looks promising too. No issues with any deficiencies or leaf colours Candy rain is still catching up with her node distancing but with at least 4 weeks left , there is time. Jealousy #1 and #2 are fattening up nicely on their long thick stems and look amazing already. They have not skipped a beat the entire grow so far. I am more than happy with progress so far and can see a potentially beautiful harvest of summer fruit strains to sit amd ponder in the sunshine with. There are signs on a couple of buds that they are starting to mature the initial pistil sets with a nice golden appearance. Not to a point of being close at all bit will lead to a pistil flush which should help them to start packing weight on for the final leg. So last summer a friend of mine grow a Dark Angel Fem seed from Crop King outdoors and turned out the harvest was full of seeds...so I saved 9 of these seeds and germinated to do an outdoor grow this season. I know chances are I will get hermies just like my friend did but since I have these seeds laying around why not? Germination: 13h on water cup and 24h later tap roots were screaming to be put on soil... impressive. Once put n soil seedlings popped out the morning after, seedlings are under a 25w Sunblaster for now, I have been using tap water on a spray bottle to water them. Thats all for now, stay lit folks! Day 53: + Höhe : 68cm + 1.5 Liter Flaschenwasser + + Dünger für Blühte + + + Canna Terrar Flores (Achtung wirkt wie PH-) + + + Canna Boost + + + Cannazym + + + Canna PH+ + + PH 5.81 Wegen Wetter Test verschiebung um ein paar Tage . Es wird hier einfach zu heiss im Zelt. Day 54: Weltuntergangsstimmung für meine Zoe . Dank des Super Wetters hab ich hier 77%-80% Luftfeuchtigkeit (draussen ist es noch höher ) und es wird auch noch warm . Ergo, schon gestern hat meine Pflanze extreme Probleme mit der Wurzeltemperatur bekommen und hat die Blätter hängen lassen . Ich hab das Licht runtergeschraubt und Abluft extrem erhöht. Ventilation direkt in die Pflanze sonst gibts Schimmel . Aber hilft halt nicht wirklich . Luftentfeuchter läuft auf Dauerschaltung und produziert dann auch noch Wärme, die ich überhaupt nicht gebrauchen kann bei den Temperaturen draussen lol. Ein Teufelskreis :(((((( Day 55: + 1.75 Liter Flaschenwasser + + Dünger für Blühte + + + Canna Terrar Flores (Achtung wirkt wie PH-) + + + Canna Boost + + + Cannazym + + + Canna PH+ + + PH 5.88 Draussen sind 31 Grad , ich hab den ganzen Growroom + Vorraum (meine Wohnung ) über Nacht runtergekühlt so weit es ging (23°C und 22°C). Das Licht noch weiter reduziert dafür näher an die Planze gemacht. Das ist wirklich das mindeste was noch geht. Liegt ca bei PPFD 600 an der Spitze . Wenigstens ist hier die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Rahmen , zwar immer noch zuviel (67% im Zelt) aber besser so als das hier die Hitze in die Höhe schießt . Nach 12h Licht (19:00 Uhr) wird dann wieder aufgedreht und die letzen Stunden mit mehr intensität nachgeholt was nachzuholen geht , denn dann gehen hier erst wieder die Temperaturen runter . Day 56: Läuft wie gestern ab 19:00 wurde das Licht aufgedreht und DLI nachgeholt .

Day 1 of week 3 flower loads of small buds everywhere will be finishing flower burst feed end of this week then starting the pk9-18 should start seeing some big buds on there soon. Starting to smell decent and seeing loads of growth on the buds everyday!

I'm continuing the feed schedule of six, 15 minute feeds daily and am leaving the nutrient level at 900ppm. The HLG 650R is now at 100% output, and is hung 28" from the canopy. I'm keeping a close eye on all of them, looking for the first signs of flower. I also am diligently tucking shade leaves away daily trying to get some light down into the plants. 11/3- Yesterday I decided to do a little bit of defoliation, removing the largest shade leaves on all three which really helped with light penetration. Today all of the plants looked none worse for the wear, and as spunky as ever! 11/5- All three plants are now in flower, I have done LST on all three, tying down branches with horticulture wire. I've also done some defoliation on each plant as they got extremely bushy and were getting zero light down into the lower sections of them. All have responded extremely well to the training and are looking great! Tomorrow I will empty and clean the reservoir along with the 'brain bucket' as the water has really gotten funky and has an odor that I don't like. Going forward, I'm going to be doing weekly changes on the reservoir where I'll empty/clean/refill and add fresh nutrients. In between changes I'll just be topping off the reservoir with straight water and only checking the PH. 11/7- There goes the first week of flower for the FastBuds Strawberry Gorilla's and they're all looking pretty darn good, all things considered. From today, the girl is turning 12-12:) she is really different from the ones I have already had to grow:) she is small, but has quite a lot of branches, weak, and I cut off the hidden branches so as not to save the plant's energy in vain:) beautiful girl looks healthy, drinks 3 liters every second day :) good luck to everyone:).

Week 8: Flowering Stage Rising Temperatures and Weather Challenges The temperatures are expected to rise slightly this week, but intermittent thunderstorms and heavy rain are also forecasted. This unpredictable weather presents a challenge, but I remain hopeful for continued growth. Snail Attack I had been leaving the plants outside overnight, but during a late-night check, I found three giant slugs feasting on my Gorilla Cookies buds. These damn snails just won't give up. I'm seriously considering installing some kind of automatic deterrent system. Feeding and Watering Consistency The amount of water and nutrients remains unchanged. Each plant continues to receive 3 liters of nutrient solution in their 11-liter pots to prevent salt buildup and ensure optimal growth. Growth Observations Banana Purple Punch and Blue Dream: Both strains seem to have halted their vertical growth. They are now fully focused on bud development. Tangie: This plant is still vigorously growing with new shoots appearing everywhere. Tangie seems perfect for low-stress training (LST) and could probably handle a well-timed topping without issues. I had to do some light defoliation to make sure everything receives enough light. Gorilla Cookies: While it’s not growing as aggressively as before, it is concentrating on flowering. Despite this, it continues to gain some height. Looking Ahead As the flowering stage progresses, I'm eager to see how the plants adapt to the changing weather conditions and how they continue to develop. Despite the challenges, the plants are showing resilience, and the buds are looking promising. Update 18.07: Pest Problems Bad news, growmies. During my daily inspection today, I discovered some unwelcome pests. Some leaves on all the plants had white or silver dots, which I suspect are caused by thrips. The Banana Purple Punch plant was particularly affected, with numerous black dots on the top buds, likely aphids. I had to remove two small buds 😞. To combat this, I brought all the plants inside for a thorough shower and removed any affected leaves. I then sprayed them with a light neem oil solution, taking care to avoid the buds to prevent affecting their taste. The Banana Purple Punch plant has been isolated to prevent further infestation. I'm open to any advice or suggestions on how to handle this situation more effectively. What else do you think I should do? Update 21.07 The heat has been intense lately, with temperatures soaring to around 31°C (88°F). Despite this, my garden is showing remarkable resilience. After battling thrips and aphids, my plants are bouncing back. The Tangie, Blue Dream, and Gorilla Cookies no longer display any signs of thrip damage on their leaves. It seems the light neem oil solution has done the trick. However, my Banana Purple Punch remains a bit of a mystery. This strain appears particularly sensitive to nutrients, even though all my plants receive the same care and feeding. While the other plants look lush and vibrant, the Banana Purple Punch shows some troubling symptoms. Some leaves exhibit early signs of nitrogen toxicity, while others curl upwards with no apparent nutrient burn at the tips. Additionally, the large fan leaves are yellowing. Despite these issues, the buds are frosty and thriving. I recently checked the trichomes and found that most are still clear, even on my Blue Dream, which already has a promising main bud. It's clear that patience will be rewarded with this beauty 😍
