Last week for these girls, I'm so happy the way they turned out , started a 10 day flush in the middle of last week , amber tricomes has just started to come in so in a week come harvest it will be around 10-15 amber which is what I was aiming for. The color between all 4 of them is amazing and buds are so fat. Did some light defoliation of the lower fan leafs yesterday and the colors came out even more today. My co2 ran out but got it filled up within 2 days .

very strong resin production, a heavy hitter, nighttime stuff! a real great strain, highly recommended! you can certainly smell the grape with a creamy touch! ps. one of the plants was a mutant, it was very weak, had almost no resin on it and absolutely no scent at all....but it had alot of potency and a awesome yield!

8/22 - There has been some explosive growth among my 4 purple Microdots. They are growing by leaps and bounds each day, 8/23 - So far everything is going smoothly. Just watering each day w/ RO water and organic black strap molasses. 8/24 - Brewing up some compost tea. This will be there first! As they start to get a little bigger I've made a prediction for sex. I think A238 & A239 are male and A240 & A241 are female. We'll see! 8/25- Fed the ladies with the compost tea and used it as a foliar spray as well. They responded very well and continue to have crazy, rapid, growth. 8/27 - They have gotten so big and bushy. I'm going to start a little LST on them today! 8/30 - They are starting to show sex! Still can't tell whether it's male or female...but it should be any day now!

Flowering Day 2: Hope the video shows them well enough. These girls are amazing growers. #1 has gone big with the stretch. i expect her to be the best yield. #2 and 4 are more squat in structure so lean on the indica side i think. #3 is similar in height to 1 but is nowhere near as big. Now the stretch is done i can plan the day 7 defol and strip out of all the small whispy rubbish that will just steal nutes and energy away from the worthy ones. i plan to keep some lower fans without their buds to give extra photosynthesis to assist the others.

Over all it was a hell of a ride, but a good one. My first grow ever learned so much and still learning. Started with 4 plants ended with 3. One of them was mutated or something during veg so decided to pull. This strain grew strong and thrived the whole time. I learned a lot about ph and air flow and VPD still learning and trying to find that sweet spot! I loved getting to know these girls it’s crazy how plants talk to you! Also watching these girls flower and bloom! Into some sweet sticky dank yummy nuggs was amazing such a good feeling! Emm Over all I’m happy with 3 oz ready to keep on growing more and learn to get a better yeild! Super thankful and happy growing

She's moving along alot smoother now the temps been steadily in rhe warmer zone. Doing two of these since the first slowed down put this in just for a back up. But both look to be growing just fine now. Nothing much to note at her age now. Smooth daily growth again as ud expect once the temps got back up. Gonna be giving her another week or so in this current container then she'd go into the Promix with growdots (2 tsp/gal of media) then vegged another 5 weeks prior to flipping If all goes to plan . See how the growth goes tho, can't wait to see these moving thru the flower stage !! Gonna update photos as the week goes , thanks again to anyone checking in on the progress of any of these grows. What a beautiful strain Orange Hill Special is, nice and bushy, great internodal spacing, sturdy and healthy. Happier and happier with how this grow is going. The less beautiful parts on top are my doing, my blind as a bat FIM destroyed half the top of the plant. More patience next time... The super soil is still performing great and I´m pushing up the dimmer to get the ladies used to more light, very carefully because leaves are folding every time. Some of you might be happy to find my European recipe/shopping list for super soil. I tried to make it with widely offered products throughout Europe. Feel free to use it and elaborate on it. If one product is not available in your country, please check the brands at the bottom, which might be available in your country, and substitute. The only thing one could add to the recipe (which I did but forgot in the shopping list) is some Epsom salt. Fed them again with my permaculture tea, all seem to flourish and smells are starting to come from the plant, with that same distinct dankiness I had in earlier grows with this tea. See the germination page and other diaries for more info on my Perma tea. Now they were big enough, some might even say too big, to start the real training. I always love to give them a little bend the week before, to get used to the idea. With some sterilized bamboo sticks I pushed the plants down to expose their sexy undersides.
