Made the flip to flower to start this week. Did a bunch of lst to get the side branches booming for the Scrog. Put a second net right above her to start things off spacing and structre wise. Second she starts to stretch its scrog game on! Got her on a well balanced diet to support her transition period. Can't wait to see her explode and take off! Start rowing me out some colas! Hey Growers! The girls have officially packed their bags and moved into a much fancier place. The new setup comes loaded with perks: an automated controller that keeps the environment dialed in 24/7, managing every device so the VPD stays exactly where it should be (because apparently plants are picky like that). Drainage? Automated. Irrigation? Also automated. Basically, the grow room is now smarter than most of us on a Monday morning. Thanks to multi-frequency fertirrigation, the girls are getting up to 6 daily watering cycles, keeping the substrate pH stable and nutrient-ready at all times. Less babysitting for me, more thriving for them: a deal I'm very happy to sign. Now, onto the Mental Rainbows, and things are finally looking up. After slightly bumping up the Calmag base to 0.6 EC and doubling the daily watering frequency, something seems to have clicked. The new growth is no longer twisted and curled, and honestly, that's enough to give me hope. Now that I'm pushing irrigation up to 6 times a day, I can only expect things to keep improving. A few of the smaller, slimmer plants don't seem to have developed a main cola: their internodes are all growing at roughly the same pace. So while I'll be topping the bigger, more advanced girls that do have a clear main shoot, I might skip the topping on the slimmer ones and let them take their time catching up in height instead. No point rushing what doesn't need rushing. That said, even though these plants had a bit of a rocky start (likely due to a slightly more delicate genetics), I'm still very confident in them. As proven in my last run, plants that struggled early on ended up delivering even better results than the ones that looked bulletproof from day one. Buds are growing😁 I think I might have nutrient burned my plants a bit, especially the Wedding Cheesecake. I've decided to listen the advices from @nonick123 and remove the BioGrow. I'm still searching a good way to water them, they seems to drink more some days, so I try to adapt. The smell is super strong in the room now, it smells really good 😎

My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Week 8 Flower Flush flush flush 💦🚽💦🚽💦 It's extremely important to flush for at least 14 days when using synthetic nutes, or any bottled nutes in my opinion. The aim is to make her cannibalize (fade) as much as possible before she's chopped. By doing this, she's using up her stored nutrients, causing the leaves to eventually die. The better the flush the cleaner the smoke 👌💨 even when in an organic set up, the plant needs to be nicely faded before being harvested. Otherwise she's still full of nutrients. I still feel I'll be able to get an even better flush when I eventually make the switch to RO water, as my tap water holds a ppm value of approx 150. It's not too much, but 0 is always better. She was taken down on Day 57 flower, after a 16 Day flush. I didn't want to take her any further as she was quite stressed being so close to the light. So to avoid getting seeds I waited until she had a beautiful fade before giving her the chop ✂️ I always take my girls down about 30mins before the light turns on so there is minimal chlorophyll production in the plant. This is to ensure the best smell, taste and overall burn after drying and curing. A subtle but very sweet-ish tropical fruit skin kind of smell to her. Her buds are super dense and covered in trichomes. I trimmed off all fan leaves and then each branch was hung in my drying box and placed in a cool area. She was dry after 6 days and ready to be dry trimmed and jarred for curing. I'll post those pics with the harvest update! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

Transition week is underway. Hokuzan has entered flowering under 12/12 and is responding with strong stretch, vigorous branching and healthy early bud-site formation. Feedings have shifted from vegetative nutrition into the bloom regimen using Bio Flores, complemented by Hungry Bacter, Glutton Bloom and Ultra Booster, with Ultra Silk supporting the transition. Plants remain balanced, vigorous and fully prepared for the flowering push ahead.

Made it to the end of week 3. She's continuing to grow every day and widen out too. Still only used water until this point but plan on using liquid seaweed this week. Had a few days of sunshine with temps of 28°c which she wasn't keen on and her leaves were curling up so moved her to partial shade and that sorted her out. I'm super pleased to have made it this far with what looks like a healthy plant. Being a newbie and paranoid it's not right. She looks to be on par with most I've seen at 3 weeks. This particular strain is relatively short at around 60cm when fully grown. I'm not growing for big yeilds, just trying to enjoy the process Any tips or hints are very welcome. 1/7 Gave seaweed as a foliar spray and next day she had a few claw leaf tips. Nitrogen toxicity?? Flushed her the next day. Not had any more clawing but keeping a close eye. Barely had any sun for weeks so considering the lack of sun she's still growing. Can anyone give me opinions in how she's looking?

Week 8 - Dead line is coming, starting week 8 of flowering. The routine is maintained, feeding only with water. The pistils take on an orange color. I think Gorilla Girl will pass 10 weeks of flowering.

Such an amazing flower, really great especially a phenomenal hash producer yall will be super satisfied with this one!! She’s a shorty but Make sure you top 4 to 6 times or even more to have all them gooey bud producing heads , Dirtyblonde is absolutely an amazing plant!!

Another never ending vege week. I took clones and did more trellis work. The PH was up more than usual, they are still alive. I'm glad.

The girls are growing up and doing great, Pineapple and Cheese more than the others. I'm happy overall.

Up on at day 45 of flowering now, and the plants are still doing great. They bounced back super quick from their defol on F35, and are now just slowly fattening up and starting to stink out the tent. Added in some more nematodes and predatory mites (mighty mites) as a purely preventative measure. Starting to ease up on some of the compost teas now as they mature, but they’re still getting some over the next few weeks.
