📅 Week 13 | Days 92–98 📅 🌼🌸🌺 Flowering Phase 🌼🌸🌺 Day 98 🌞 – Apple & Bananas 🔸 Apple & Bananas continues to progress nicely, although the buds are still relatively small compared to the other plants. They’ve become noticeably denser since last week and are now showing an impressive amount of resin production. Trichomes are mostly milky at this stage, with a few still clear . Everything seems to be on track timing-wise. 🔸 The smell is starting to evolve in a very interesting way – somewhat sweet and sour, hard to describe, but definitely more complex and pronounced than before. Very promising. 🔸 Humidity is still on the high side (currently 63%), but it has improved compared to last week. Today, I finally turned on the dehumidifier and cranked all clip fans to full power. RH is now maintained at a more stable 50–60%, which I'm happy with. The dehumidifier does increase temps by about 2–3°C, but that’s manageable. 🔸 She’s also drinking significantly less, which lines up with her moving deeper into the late flowering stage. Day 71 - Starting week 11 and overall looking good still but have a ton of bracts/calyx that are not throwing out pistils. They seem to slowly be coming out on some but looking like I’ve got a ton of them without pistils and no buds actually forming, not sure if I’m explaining it right, all still fairly new to me. The only thing I can think to do is just let it ride for awhile longer and see what happens. Day 73 - Looks like a few more bracts/calyx’s are starting to open and show more pistils. Some have thrown out a single pistil and started to shrivel already. She’s got a lot of milky trichs but still think she’s got a good couple of weeks left, hopefully she’ll fatten up quite a bit. Ended up giving her a gallon and a half of plain pH’d water today as well. Not sure why I didn’t research or why I didn’t think of it but she’s definitely foxtailing so hopefully cutting off one light will help slow it down a bit or something. She’s nice and frosty and stinky so not too worried about any ill effects from it but still not happy. I’m sure a combination of lights, a little heat and a screw up somewhere on my part stressed her out too much. Oh well, every grow is different and is a learning experience. Day 74 - Still chugging along and even though she’s foxtailing, she’s starting to open up more and throw pistils. Other than that, not much else happening with her. Day 76 - She’s still chugging along and not much to really update today. I know she’s foxtailing quite a bit but just letting her go to try and get as fat as she can. Still a lot of clear trichs and bright white pistils so a bit of time still left. She’ll need some water tomorrow for sure. Day 77 - The end of week 11 and I’m probably gonna give her another week then possibly chop. She is just about all milky and just don’t see her fattening up much more. I did give her one more round of nutes today but that’ll be it until the end and just straight water from her on out. If I see some fattening up, then may let her go longer. I may possibly do a partial chop and then see what happens with the lower stuff.

SUMMARY: Started late bloom nutes this week on day 69. Still no issues with her and she's taking 1.8-2L per day and giving around 30% runoff on average. [27°C/54%] DAY 69 ----------- Thursday 11th March 11:00 I made 20L of late bloom nutes with rain water and molasses. 5L at 5.7, 5L at 5.8, 5L at 5.9, and 5L at 6.2. Thursday 11th March 18:00 I fed the NL 2L of late bloom nutes which produced 700ml runoff (35%). Buds are pretty fricken fat this week, super dense and solid, when you squeeze, there is no give.

Gave the lady a good flush a few days ago and have only watered one time since then, still using RO water. Cut out the molasses from her diet, will only be getting water until harvest. Pistils starting to flush from white to orange, I’d say about 30-35% so far. Buds starting to show thickness, which is good. Smell becoming more pronounced each day. The end is very near for this beautiful lady. After harvest she will be getting a 30 day cure, nothing too crazy but enough to bring out the terpene profiles.

Added a humidifier and removed the dome lid. They've been underwatered these last days and their size isn't what I would expect at this point. Update: 01/12 --> As you can tell by the look of those roots, they are ready to be transplanted into a 2 gal pot. They are starting to take off, especially the one on the left. I'll be adding Biobizz Root Juice at low doses in next waterings. Looks promising.

15.08 Day 22 Stretch is coming. 17.08 Mixed a new nutrient solution, optimized for flowering. Unfortunately, my tent got a bit flooded last Wednesday (13/08), so I’m still trying to find a better solution for handling the drain in such a small space. I even considered putting her into the big tent for now, just to be on the safe side.

Flowering day 77 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. Still growing! She started showing some hunger signs....increasing her ppm to about 1100-1200 now. Her top half seems to be about a week ahead of her bottom. I think I'm going to have to learn how to harvest in stages this time. Her lower half is just soooo far away from the light. She slowed down to only growing a half inch a day now....then....She FINALLY stopped growing (i think) Topped out at 44"! At least I hope, I have no more room LOL. I had the light as high as I could get it...then I took it off the hooks and tied it to the top tent bars. and got it a bit higher LOL She's only 2 to 3 inches away from the light now so fingers crossed she stopped growing. D21 - Start of week three of veg for the second girl, while it is only the start of week two for the first girl as I had to replant her. I will probably do the first topping on the second girl this week but I'll see in a few days where she's at. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 5.9. A bit on the low side as I used too much pH down but it'll be fine for one watering. D24 - Yesterday I switched my light from the seedlings program to the veg program, and I'm now reading around 500-600 PPFD across the canopy. On the high end for sure, so let's see how the girls handle it. However, the daytime temp in the tent jumped up to around 30 degrees C after I switched the lights. #tinytentproblems I also added some support to #1 as she has a relatively thin stem but large leaves, so the oscillating fan keeps knocking her around. The second girl also initially had a slender stem, so I guess it is their genetics. (#1 is 12 cm tall and 15 cm wide, while #2 is 20 cm tall and 35 cm wide.) I will need to top the second girl this week as she grows a lot each day. I'm considering mainlining her but haven't made up my mind yet. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 6.5. D25 - A couple of days ago, switching the lights to the veg program made the cover crop explode and turn into a jungle. I decided to trim down the red clover to increase the airflow around the girls and reduce water use. I watered the girls only yesterday, but they were already thirsty again, so I think that the clover was drinking quite a bit as well. After cutting back the clover, I gave each girl around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.5. D27- Today was the last day in week three of veg for the second girl and the last day in week two for the first girl. I really should have topped the second girl already, so that will need to be done as soon as possible. She is 26 cm tall and 38 cm wide, while the first girl is 13 cm tall and 27 cm wide. Yesterday, I removed the support from the first girl as her stem had gotten more robust, so it was no longer necessary. Today, I started brewing compost tea (worm castings, neem meal, kelp meal, biochar, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, and molasses) which I will leave overnight and feed to the girls tomorrow.

Welcome to week 2 of flower! They are all developing quite well. #1 is a little bit over watered I think and quite hard to LST since nodes are stacked up very close together. #2 is starting to get some yellow tips on top. I think/hope it's just a bit of light stress, since she is the tallest and was always a bit closer to the lights than the other two. #3 is growing very well, will get some LST today as well but due to the topping, she is a bit behind the others and just starting to produce white pistols, so for #3 , it's basically start week 1 of flower, not week 2 but it is what it is. Because of the light stress I didn't raise up the light intensity this week. Still at 35% of the Sanlight (~24DLI). Nothing else to say right now. I hope the yellow tips of #2 won't get worse, that #1 will push a bit harder and #3 just needs to stack up those pistols

Day 90 since seed touched soil. Girl is on final stretch, took all nutes out last watering. Today gave 6.3 phed water for last time, maybe if few other girls will show signs of bulking, ill do one more watering. Last week installed dehumidifier, so all environment is way better.
